Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Cons: "CONSTANT ANXIETY!! Our flight to Chicago was delayed. By 2 hours. This normally is not a big deal but it caused us to miss our connecting flight from Munich to Bremen. Then our new flight with a later time to Bremen was cancelled 20 minutes prior to boarding with no more flights to this area. The service center helped us redirect another flight to Hamburg, Germany. We had to fly to Vienna and then to Hamburg. We made it to Vienna after a 40 minute delay however, this delay caused us to miss our connecting flight once again. We were placed on an early flight the next morning to Hamburg which was an easy flight. When we got to luggage in Hamburg we noticed our luggage was missing. Supposably still in Munich. We then missed this flight and missed out on valuable time with friends who live in Germany."

Finally a United Airlines employee took pity on me and got a wheelchair to me and got me to the flight - again, just barely. Over 20 hours in the air, no assistance and poor food. I will never fly air canada again - ever. Not worth the savings. I've spent an entire week recovering and spent the savings on physical therapy due to the damage to my legs."

She brought it back to the airport and refused to turn over the bag until the airport compensated her. (How this happened I have no idea because I stood right by the entrance of the baggage claim and never saw the bag come out). The customer refused to return the bag until the police became involved at which point she agreed to write a note confirmed she did not steal anything. The bag then needs to be sent to me in 2 days and I'll have to verify myself that indeed nothing was taken from the bag. I'm very concerned how this individual came to be in possession of my bag considering, again, I stood right at the entrance of the baggage claim conveyor belt from the time it started to when it ended. As a result, this experience really made me feel frustrated and violated."

If you have a policy of one carry-on and one under-the-seat/passenger, why isn't this enforced? It is not fair to the Group 4 and 5 passengers that there is no room in the overhead compartments and they are forced to relinquish their bags. Furthermore, this results in them having to go to the baggage claim area and wait for their carry-on. This added a half hour to my time and my ride had to circle the airport waiting for me to come out."
