Cons: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Cons: Plane was late, food terrible, wifi broken.

Pros: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.

Pros: I like when the flight was over and I left the plane. This airline is the worst in the business.

Cons: The women at the gate rambled on and on each time she spoke. Rather than sticking to the boarding zones and keeping at that it was a constant annoying reminder about having to pay more money. The flight attendant don’t do their job. They spend more time Selling the credit card program than anything else. I was asked to put up another passengers seat tray as this passenger was asleep. This is not my job. They all stood in the front gossiping about who knows what instead of staying on the ready for the passengers. They look down upon and speak down upon. As If the crew was doing us a favor when it because of us they even have a job. Worst airline experience ever. I will never fly this airline again. The gate agents a check in couldn’t even speak proper English.

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.
