Pros: Crew was very friendly and efficient. Flight was pretty smooth.

Cons: On time departure would have been nice. 2.5 hours late.

Cons: Delta Comfort was no where near as good as a similar class on other airlines, such as Air France or KLM.

Cons: Food. Still horrible after all these years. Salad was okay but meat and fish were gross. Boarding at Heathrow is also not great.

Cons: The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy.

Cons: I was in business class. The seat in front me magazine holder was stretched out and constantly hit me in the knee.

Cons: Boarding took longer than usual but they did announce that the gate we were assigned was not setup for that plane.

Cons: Rotten attitude of most flight attendants (especially boarding door attendant for ATL-LAX portion and first class attendant for LAX-OGG portion). Some of the worst I've experienced in a while.

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Pros: Hours late at both airports and no one offered to give a refund or help with the Uber I’m now going to have to take to get home.

Cons: Flight attendant for main cabin disappeared after first round of service on a 3 hour flight. LAX is horrible. Delayed 30 minutes for take off.

Pros: CLT to LGA Airbus expérience was as pleasant as ever. The flight attendant on the regional EMB from LGA to YUL was exceptional.

Cons: This was a terrible flight. Had a connection that was delayed several times and eventually cancelled without explanation. I was traveling for my best friend's wedding and they did not work with me to try to get me on the next flight. I had to book another flight from another airline.

Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home.

Cons: On the red eye from Anchorage to LAX in Business class the A321 was ok as far as comfort. Same duration flight fromLAX to MIA, same plane, but we received a nice pillow and blanket, as well as a little travel kit and bottle of water. Seems strange there are different standards for the same duration
