One of the fellow passengers was over reacting to some minor unintentional neglect by an female crew member and told her to shut up when she was trying to understand the issue. But the crew handled the situation very professionally.

Pros: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!
Cons: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Cons: After I got in my seat an Islamic lady came and said that I was in her seat. I looked at her ticket and while it was the right seat number, she was on the wrong flight. I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!

Cons: The food was not served well. There were no snacks on the flight. The service was not even prompt. If I request for juice/water it was served to me after 30-40 minutes . I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again

Cons: They flight was moved up about 1 hr earlier. But no email/SMS/call etc. I totally could have missed the flight as a result! Why would they change it and not let passengers know?

Cons: I was charged a insanly high fee for my luggage that was almost twice the price of my original flight ticket purchase. the agent offered no resolution for the confusion in their web descriptions for baggage allowance. This must happen to customers frequently because the wording is not clear. i was very upset and due to this i will NOT fly this airline again. i was charged the price of a first call flight in total for economy service. NOT GOOD

Cons: They never gave my baby's stroller when I landed at my destination..i.e. Houston. They said I have to pick it up only at baggage claim..and I had to carry my baby with 2 hand luggages all the way through immigration until I reached baggage claim...very disappointed with this. ..Other airlines handed the baby stroller as soon as you got off from the flight..

Cons: Worst customer service ever seen in my 15years of flying experience. Initially charged $1000 for 3 tickets for modification of return trip - confirmed the same and tickets issued (i'm fine with this). But, after i made arrangements for new date, I got a call saying calculation error and asked to pay another $500 leaving me no choices. How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly in Qatar for food.....

Pros: Lots of disruptive kids, one of the ethnically chinese (sorry didn't catch her name) was very attentive and supportive of parents trying to keep their kids happy on a twelve hour flight.
Cons: Long flight, infrequent water distribution, half the staff just chatting in the back. Filthy bathrooms not cleaned in flight.
