It was very good excitement. We Enjoy everything except the food
The crew was awesome. My husband fell while traveling to the WC and got a head abrasion. The crew helped him greatly and a physician that was also on the flight checked him out as well. They all get an A+!
Online check in and seat assignments are terrible. All 4 flights
Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
My flight was great. Service by the crew was great. Only issue I had wss it got extremely warm mid way thru the flight. To the point it was a little uncomfortable
As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option
The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.
Website for Egyptair Plus needs to be refined or go back to the old one...!

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.
Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .
Transit through Cairo was abysmal. Will be informing colleagues A route I will never take again !!!
I had to wait 1 hour at Tashkent airport till they find my reservation number this is very poor
