If you have cabin luggage, you really must board early to get your bag near your seat. But then you have to put up with queueing forever! Like over 30 minutes!! Best not to take any cabin luggage and then board last, but then you still have to wait whilst everyone finds their seat. Not sure how best to do it!!

Get insurance. You cannot trust the airline will be on time and all the risk is carried by the passengers.

Pack your liquids and toiletries in plastic bags and be prepared to pull it all out. London Heathrow airport still does this, and makes you rescan through security between connecting flights even though you never leave their airport. If you think 2 hours between flights (time chosen by them not us) is enough, it’s barely enough if they fly into one terminal and depart connecting from another, so don’t plan to eat or drink anything in Heathrow.

Not constantly changing the price DURING a booking. Felt like bait and switch.

All very smooth airside. Check-in counters were understaffed. The wait is too long. Only two, then three counters were open. Waiting time of 35 minutes is too long. Pls review your rota.

My luggage got lost and until today there is no solution to the problem. It's still missing

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Horrible, flight cancelled and had to come back the next day

Terrible. For clarity - this was the Level flight to Boston. Not Vueling. Would urge customers to avoid this airline. Gate agent was singularly unhelpful. He was argumentative, rude and went out of his way to ensure that every penny was collected for the baggage (which we realized given how early we were for flight we could have saved hundreds of dollars if we checked in on app). No onboard entertainment or WiFi. Half of the front section was empty because the seats did not work! Plane was falling apart.

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible

Bought check in baggage but couldn’t do it at the kiosk, had to line up just to get baggage tag which was a very long queue with only 1 customer service agent handling all vueling flights. Had to wait about 45mins just to get a bag tag and drop baggage.

I liked the regular updates and appreciated the automatic online checkin which didn’t work for our Vueling flight so I had to do this myself.

Overall experience was ok. Flight was overbooked and my travel partner was put on standby while I had a confirmed seat. Not sure how it happened. We were told the flight was booked separately but I booked on kayak.com. In the end we both got on the flight and was even able to exchange seats and sit together. Overall flight experience was good. It was a short 1.5 hour flight from Rome to Paris.

Over 2 hours delay, communicated last minute - and no acknowledgement by flight crew

Boarding was terrible. We were all cooped up in a small, claustrophobic space awaiting to be let out to walk to the plane. Very cramped and very uncomfortable.

Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.

Dislike standing for 30 minutes waiting to board. Coffee disgusting, hot sandwich almost inedible. Staff cheerful. Flight early.

Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.

Easy short trip from Faro to Cardiff. Exceptional staff. Early landing and straight through airport in 15 minutes from touch down.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

It was fine. Communication was great as we were delayed

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.

Easy process and good flight experience The food good be better

Whole way through - far more professional and slick than I expected

Good news was that Bag Check was open two and a half hours before the flight, which is essential with the chaotic immigration process. Flight was okay, but sitting at the back of the aircraft, 3 overhead bins on both sides were filled with crew bags and other misc items, so we couldn't put our cabin bags anywhere near us. To add insult, twice the crew managed to drop items that they were taking out of the overhead bins onto my wife's head, who was sitting in an aisle seat.

You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.

It was good except they could offer free water and tea/coffe

Sat at rear of aircraft and was very cold. As a frequent flyer for many years, this is was the coldest I have ever been. Other passengers and some crew were complaining how cold it was. Sitting near the doors always risks being colder, just the way the aircraft works - but this was exceptional, bring a good jumper. Everything else was pretty standard easyJet - good value low cost carrier.

The plane was postponed for over 2.5 hours, which meant that all four of us missed the check in time for our ongoing trip to Melbourne. We had to buy new tickets for 4 people as we had to forfeit the ones we had. The cost was really unfair. i understand that it was snowing during the first leg of the plane for that morning. Surely the cost could have been shared by the airline and not all by us. I could have bought insurance - but you can see how much I travel. I will need to chose more trustworthy airlines.

Generally a good experience except for boarding in Naples on the flight back to London. We were all standing around for at least 20 minutes maybe longer as there was no seating.

Usual issues with flight delay. Perennial problem of travel by plane.

The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.

Speedy boarding is a waste of money when they herd you on to a bus and take you to the plane and it turns in to a free for all …very unsatisfactory

The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.

Even when you get the priority pass the experience is not what it meant to be priority

I wasn't able to check in before because I had no internet on a long ride over and I had to pay Euro 50 all together I paid an extra Euro 200 on top of the original flight because I had suitcase and carry on and I wasn't able to check in online before And the end it ends up being more expensive flight than a regular carrier You don't save money and the plane is less comfortable

Surprisingly, a very good flight. No wonder that Wizz flights are always full.

The 50 € boarding fees per ticket are completely unjustified. I lost all my savings because I arrived at the counter barely 5 minutes late (2hrs and 55mine before departure). This feels like an unnecessary penalty. It's especially disappointing considering the initial flight was canceled by WizzAir. I expect a partial refund of the 196 € paid for the boarding.

Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

Attesa lunga nella comunicazione del Gate e dopo l'apertura del Gate

The crew member of my cabin was excellent. The flight was delayed due to air traffic in London. I worried about my connection. The flight attendant eased my worry with prompt updates on the current flight status, as well as helping me log on to BA.com to find out the exact gate info for the next flight. Truly appreciated his help.

Significant delays on the return blamed on weather. Otherwise pleasant and helpful staff. Overcooked chicken on return limited options for dinner.

Our part of four was delayed both ways between San Diego and Pisa causing our family to be split up with three of us stuck in London overnight No compensation or upgrades were offed and we missed work as a result Food very poor and we declined two of the four meals offered I will affirmatively avoid flying British Airways from here on out

The crew was exceptionally good. Came around with snacks and drinks multiple times during the flight. I asked for hot water and they remembered. Responded to call light promptly. Very pleasant. The aircraft was also kept very clean. Boarding was organized. Overall was a great experience.

British Airays fails to enforce its own guidelines regarding carry on size limits. There were MANY passengers with full suitcases stuffing them into the overhead compartments leaving no space for others, like me, who adhere to the posted sizes. I had to put my carryone bag into my foot space, in additon to my carryon personal item, leaving me cramped for a seven hour flight. I was in physical pain, and I attribute this entirely to staff unwilling to enforce limits. The infotainment system was horrible. the touchscreens did dot work correctly, and there was no information on system operation. I am 77 years old, and a lifelong movie-goer. I recognized ONE movie (and not much better TV shows). It seems that BA saves royalty money by limiting its move and TV selection to absolute rubbish. The FlightAware program is the worst informationsystm I have ever seen, it is completely worthless. I pay attention to the safety briefings...in the event of an emergency, one is supposed to assume the "brace" position, except the seats are so close together, front to back, that it is not possible to assume the position without striking the seat in front of you. at age 77, and a lifelong traveler, this is the worst flight experience I have ever had, and I will never fly British Airways again

Boarding crew were extremely rude. At check in, I showed a medical note from a surgeon stating that I had a medical problem that caused me to end up in an emergency room. The surgeon requested that I get an upgrade so I can travel back home comfortably since I was in a lot of pain. I was alone with my daughters (9 and 14). They made a huge deal about giving me seats although there were so many empty seats in business. Finally, I paid a hefty price for it and the seats were exactly the same as in economy cabins but not as good because there was a forced tray in the middle seat that I couldnt even lift so I can lay down.

Delays on take off, delays at gate on landing, lugging lost to the ether. power on seats not working, couldn't work due to that and no WiFi. The crew was great and boarding was orderly if confused and rushed.

This review if for American Airlines. From London to LA, British Airways customers flew American Airlines and there was a small incident on the plane with a customer that was sitting next to me. She had a gluten free meal which she selected online. The flight attendant brought her food and both times, it contained gluten (bread, cracker) and by the second time, the customer mentioned about the issue to the flight attendant because she is highly allergic to gluten. Customer was very gentle and just wanted to note that both her meals contained gluten on the tray. The whole situation could have ended really well if flight attendant just apologized and mentioned she would relay the message to the responsible party. Instead, she entered defensive mode and started making some BS excuse about how the cracker that was supposed to be mine, fell onto her tray instead. Mind me, I already had that cracker on my tray. I doubt I would be given two. Also, she mentioned that the bread from the previous meal was gluten free. REALLY? I ate that bread and it tasted like it had PLENTY of gluten. The whole situation was handled so poorly, not only by that one flight attendant, but by 2 others. The reason I intervened is because the customer sitting next to me was tearing and all she did was mention the mistake which could have cause her health great damage, and instead she received attacks and excuses. AA, you should train your employees how to better handle situations like this. A 'well, I don't see why this problem is a big deal since you (the customer with allergies) read the ingredients and avoided eating the cracker that "accidentally fell" from the tray of the customer sitting next to you,' should not have been coming out of a flight attendant's mouth.

I was unable to board the flight because I was unable to acquire a visa , Brexit changed my ability to get an ETA, I’m a Trinidad citizen and it takes weeks to get a visa

Gate agents were late…flight was late and air attendants unhelpful.
