Every one was attentive, the food was really very good . All and all was an excellent experience .
A thoroughly enjoyable experience in business class, which we “won” in the airlines lottery In exchange for a relatively small deposit. The breakfast served at the beginning of this three hour flight was absolutely phenomenal. I would be tempted to fly Aegean airlines on a transatlantic flight in light of this experience.
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.
Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Food, comfort and entertainment all good. Boarding was messy. Apparent lack of staff to keep things orderly.
Feral children not being controlled by Turkish parents should be addressed by crew rather than allowing them to disrupt the passengers around them. The flight is a paid service and poor behaviour should be addressed.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.
Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!
The crew on the flight were kind. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable and small. The flight was bumpy and we had a very scary moment of turbulence. The flight was delayed 2 hours bc and the check in crew in Izmir were terrible and rude.
Crew was professional, attentive, and delightful. However, the plane was delayed more than an hour. I recognize this was not Lufthansa’s fault, but was inexcusable was that there were no Lufthansa reps meeting the plane to give quick info about gates for connecting flights and how to navigate getting to those gates, especially when it required going to another terminal, going through security, and then returning to the original terminal. This was egregious - other airlines routinely do this when an arrival is significantly delayed.
Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.

When they gave me the ticket in Turkey, they did something wrong, and my ticket did not match with my passport in Munich I got into the line, but because of the problem, I was the last one got into the airplane. They had to solve the problem. Couple people asked to turn the air condition down, but they said that it was broken, we were freezing inside the plain. Food and snack was really poor. I bought this ticket by thinking that I was going to fly with Lufthansa, but it turned out United airlines. I will be more careful from now on, I will try not to use KAYAK. I had bad experience while I am going and coming back. United Airlines did not make it easy.

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.
This airline is the cheapest airline I ever seen I had to pay for my seat and it wasn't even same isle with my husband They charge for everything very rude crew All they think is to sell Who care about customer service just sell you tea coffee water etc.
Gets the job done. Don’t look for comfort or service.

Our Izmir-Munich flight was delayed so much that we missed our connecting flight. We stayed here over-night. Today we were on stand by, but there was no room on today’s flight. We’re now stuck here. Lufthansa has been very unhelpful. How long we’re going to be stuck here? It’s absurd. I had to be at work today.

You adjourned my flight by 1h 30 mns and only updated me 1h30 mns before the new scheduled flight. I submitted an email to Kayak asking for a refund. It was the most stressful experience I've had.

Don't fly Pegasus, terrible service at the airport and boarding was really bad. Both flights I took with them were significantly late. This flight had us all changing the gate at the last moment and it was chaos.withour explanation or apology. The planes have seats that don't recline and seats are really hard. The crew on board was good both flights, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this airline. It's not worth it and I won't be flying them again.
Pegasus Airlines which is the most efficient and cost worth low cost airline all over the Europe

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Online checkin didnt work because of technical issues so we were assigned a set of last row seats and my wife got a seat far away from us. Our seats didnt recline and were noisy next to the restrooms for young kids. Really disappointed with the experience.

Our seats smelled like someone puked on them and they were not cleaned up. It was nauseating the entire flight. Plus their planes are not comfortable. We don’t recommend them.
Long lines to check in at 5 am on October 22 and no nowhere to sit at Izmir airport waiting for the Munich bound flight ticket check in to open.
They literally destroyed our luggage, 3 out of 4 wheels broke, the luggage had some sort of oil (smelled like olive oil) all over the luggage and even damaged some of the items inside (as the luggage cracked everywhere this oily substance got in).
Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.
