Cons: We asked if the Cajun chicken (which by the way isn’t anything like Cajun chicken) contained any nuts as one of us in the party is severely allergic, only to wait more than 15 minutes and were told they don’t have an allergen sheet so they don’t know! Pls take food allergies seriously!
Pros: Left lake but still made it on time
Cons: Aircraft was hot. I volunteered to check my carry on and on other airlines they’d let you board early but the lady just made excuses. It’s fine if that’s policy but I don’t appreciate made up excuses.
Pros: I was comped an upgrade to first class for the 25 minute flight. That’s something.
Cons: A flight that was already 39 minutes late to board, was another 50 minutes late to take off. You really do get what you pay for.
Pros: The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job.
Cons: There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight.
Pros: The pilot was fine and kept us informed. However, the rest of the crew was awful. Not friendly, did not smile. What poor example of American Airline employees. No food was available in the main cabin. This was a 6:30 p.m. flight and there should have been menu items available, not just pretzels
Cons: Crew and options for food. If I wanted pretzels, I would fly with Southwest. They have better service anyway.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
