Plus the multiple gate changes by PHL which are to be expected. Just a regular PHL departure,..."

Cons: "The cabin crew on the flight to Barcelona acted like they really didn't want to be there. From telling me that they'd serve everyone when they had the chance when I asked for water to shouting down the aisles to each other while passengers tried to sleep and having an overall feeling of being incredibly stressed out by basic requests (a bottle of water, help operating the entertainment screen, etc), they made the flight decidedly less enjoyable than an intercontinental flight in economy class already is. They were not rude to me personally, more just disinterested and apathetic, but I did witness one of the flight attendants being downright rude to another passenger. This was not a British Airways crew, but an American Airlines crew, and they treated us like they were doing us a favor by paying us any attention rather than treating us like it is their job to serve passengers courteously."

Cons: "First, passengers had to wait in the main terminal for a bus ride to a remote terminal to wait to board. The only food items offered in first class were unhealthful packaged snacks. On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged."

Cons: "1) American's boarding process seems to be driven by ticket price and nothing else. Every other airline I've been with boards families with small children first. It lets those families and get on board and get setup so that they don't block aisle access for everyone else. American seems to board based on how expensive your ticket was. So, the aisles get blocked and boarding takes forever. 2) The cabin crew gave pretty apathetic service. When our baby threw up on us, they just told us to go clean ourselves up in the bathrooms. They gave us a can of soda water to help clean up, but that was about it. 3) When my wife asked if the bread was dairy free (for our baby with a dairy allergy), the staff's response was to turn to another staff member and ask them, "Do you want to go back and research that?" In the end they just told us they didn't have time to look it up."
Cons: "Escape row seat in a non-escape row wasn’t too fun or comfy. Took half the flight to connect to the WiFi to watch movies to discover that the selection was limited and poor selections at that."

Cons: "First of all, the announcements that come on after we take off and last for 20 minutes is very annoying. We have brains, we can figure out how to plug our head phones in to watch the inflight entertainment. After saying the “show” was going to start, it never did. The screens were down the whole time and it remained black. good thing I had my phone with a movie on it, or I would be very bored for the 3 1/2 hour flight. Never flying with American Airlines again."
Cons: "An S80? Really? This plane was older than me! Horrible plane! The crew looked like they had been up since 4 am. Looked exhausted and unfriendly. I do want to clarify that this was an American Airlines operated plane, not etihad."
Cons: "Domestic flights with American are atrocious. The plans cram too many people into such a small space. Leg room is non-existent."

Cons: "Seated next to two obese people and when combined with narrow seats made it all but impossible to sit comfortably on my seat. Flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to missing part. When flight arrived in SLC, gate wasn't open (at nearly 1 AM) and had to wait on tarmac again for 10-15 minutes."
Cons: "For a customer-based service, I found it disturbing that one of the flight attendants was abrasive to passengers on this flight."
Pros: "Flight was good, there was no entertaiment, so i put one, but the flight was only almost 4 hrs. At night."

Cons: "I've never been so cold on a flight in my life. Had two blankets on me and still shivered the whole flight. Others in the cabin were wearing coats and sweaters - in July. Crazy cold."

Pros: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Cons: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"
Pros: "The FAs on this flight were nice, engaging and caring, the way they should be, so I was happy about that."
Cons: "There was a teenager in front of me that was turning back every few seconds and made me nervous what she was looking back for. Then, there was an elderly woman sitting right next to me that kept pushing me every time she'd get out her tablet, pills, pocketbook, etc. By the end of the short 2-hour flight, I've had it with her."

Cons: "Only one drink service for 5 hours, attendants not friendly or attentive, and it took an eternity--again with AA--for the bags to hit the carousel. Over 30 minutes' wait."

Cons: "It was a 6 am flight and the crew looked like it was a 6 am flight. No smiles. No energy. They looked like they didn't like their job. Maybe they needed coffee."
