Cons: "Not much attention from crew. Had to request food purchase twice, although crew was not busy."
Pros: "Everything was perfect!!"
Pros: "Jet blue is a wonderful airline."
Pros: "Large space for sleep. Self service food and drink."
Pros: "The crew was extremely helpful and friendly! I really appreciate their efforts and professionalism."
Cons: "The seats are typically more comfortable. Towards the end of the flight I experienced lower back pair which is not typical for myself."
Pros: "The flight attendants were just great"
Pros: "Great boarding great snacks great entertainment"
Pros: "Everything.... staff was fabulous and accommodating but had trouble with the wifi..."
Cons: "I believe the airline should supply the headsets...."
Pros: "Smooth flying experience all around. I appreciate their "healthy" meal and snack options."
Cons: "Onboard meals are expensive, and of tiny portion, sometimes they run out of meals, so we went hungry during the flight."
Pros: "Entertainment was great, seats with extra space were good"
Cons: "Kathleen, a stewardess, did not bring a blanket after asking 3 times, I turned light on, no one came, we were by the door and it was freezing. Finally I went to bsck myself and she and another gal were chatting. It was early in flight, and hiding isn't helpful. Plus, she was super grumpy from start. It's a job, please do it."
Pros: "Nonstop flight always a plus. Ground crew at baggage check, etc. we're super helpful and friendly."
Cons: "Flight departure was delayed from JFK over an hour and returning flight from LAX delayed departure as well. Very inconvenient for the high fare price. Seems Jetblue has a history of poor time performance. Would probably not book with them again."
Cons: "The ambient lighting used throughout the cabin was too bright and stimulating to let me fall asleep in an overnight flight, should have been dimmed more or turned off. The seats did not help the comfort levels either, should have been able to recline a tad bid more. The carry-on-bag situation is getting out of control, you should crack down on people who bring too many bags or oversized bags that should be checked in instead."
Cons: "Did not like that flight was delayed"
Cons: "Sitting on the plane waiting for someone to come fix something with a tree year old and 10 month old'"
Pros: "Great staff and quick flight"
Cons: "I didn't like that the tv monitor kept cutting out"
Pros: "The seats were very spacious and comfortable with lots of leg room."
Cons: "They didn't provide headphones and *charged* for a blanket and pillow on a cross-country flight. Who does that?"
Pros: "Everything! By far the very BEST airline I've ever had the privilege of flying on!"
Cons: "First off the TSA line was changed right in the middle of waiting in it. They combined two lines into one giant line, putting the other line in front of my line. I know part of this is TSA, but JetBlue has some pull/say in how their terminal works. This doubled my TSA wait time resulting in a 1hr 15 min wait for security. Second, the flight was 20 minutes delayed. Not the best JetBlue day."
Pros: "Fly-fi！Free wi-fi on the airplane"
Cons: "no food，5.5hours ，only water and snacks"
Pros: "Amazing !"
Cons: "No complains !"
Pros: "The crew kept us well informed and were extremely calm."
Cons: "We were stuck on the plane for 9 1/2 hours for a 5 hour flight. We weren't allowed to land at JFK, so we got diverted to Richmond, VA to refuel. Miserable experience."
Cons: "I have never had so much trouble with a website/app as with JetBlue for this trip. Checking in was super stressful, since it was a short layover and I had to go through customs. There were few employees to help when I couldn't print my boarding pass, and when I handed my already checked bag off (it was checked through) without a boarding pass the JetBlue employee was extremely passive aggressive and acted like it was somehow my fault I hadn't been able to get it printed and there had been no one around to ask. The flight crew was highly professional and the flight was good, but I was pretty disappointed by customer service on the ground."
Pros: "On time, moved my wife and I to adjoining seats in row 2 without me asking. They were courteous, on time and well priced. Will fly JetBlue again. Thanks!"
Pros: "Everything was great, customer service was excellent, seats were wide, and plenty of leg room. Although I had the last seat in the aircraft I was still able to recline it. Wifi internet is free and speed wasn't bad, I was able to stream videos the whole time :)"
Cons: "Snack couldve been better"
Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient."
Cons: "The seats in my row were filthy. Not only was there food on the seats but there was crusted food on the pull down tray. When this was brought to Peter's (the steward's) attention he handed me a napkin and water to clean it myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't think I'll be flying JetBlue again."
Cons: "I didn't like arriving at 4:00 a.m. in the morning and having to be at work in a few hours. We were told that we would receive a voucher via email. I never received anything. The delay was unacceptable."
Pros: "The flight itself was too bumpy and scary"
Pros: "It was reasonably priced. I didn't realize when booking that the reason it's so cheap is that you have to pay for every little thing, but it was only a short flight, non-stop direct, which suited my needs, so I didnt really mind. I gave the "food" 1 star because there isn't a N/A option. Free wifi on the return flight!"
Cons: "Blankets and pillows cost extra. Food and drinks cost extra."
Pros: "The flight attendants were kind."
Cons: "The flight was an hour late to arrive at the destination and there was no explanation."
Pros: "My nap, smooth flying."
Pros: "we had space and although we left late the crew was very accomodating"
Cons: "more food maybe?"
Pros: "Love jet blue. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, attentive and helpful. Best leg room, comfortable seats."
Pros: "The sprite?"
Cons: "The staff was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I was traveling with a one year old and the lady at the gate was very obviously annoyed when I asked her to check my stroller. She said "Ugh I'm just so busy I cant deal with this right now.""
Pros: "Great service as always!"
Pros: "Plane left on time, friendly crew, got upgraded, able to charge phone, comfortably and adjustable headrest"
Cons: "I spent over 9 hours in the airport only to have my flight cancelled. I was able to get a flight for the next day which that one too ended up canceled. I ultimately ended up missing two days of work because of jetBlue, never again!"
Pros: "Was able to get a window seat and had eye masks and ear plugs for red eye flight"
Cons: "They charged extra for blankets and pillows on a red eye flight . Was very cold during the flight and could not sleep. My ear plugs were defective and the movies were slim pickings from the new releases."
Pros: "Free snacks and drinks"
Pros: "The staff was great..."
Cons: "It was more than 3 hours late and it was the red eye. Just made for a long ride"
Pros: "The Mint Class was wonderful. Danny and the other flight attendant were wonderful. Food and service and seat rivaled any domestic lie flat business product."
Cons: "The Direct TV didn't work and boarding was chaotic. The plane was delayed. Baggage staff was extremely slow in Ft. Lauderdale and gate staff in Ft. Lauderdale didn't seem too happy to assist. Ft. Lauderdale has always been a troubled spot for JetBlue with the staff..."
Pros: "Free snacks. Allllll about those!"
Pros: "It got me where I wanted to go."
Cons: "The flight was 2 hours late, very inconvenient to me and my family"
Pros: "Consistent: friendly staff, actual leg room, great price, and of course SNACKS!"
Pros: "There were no trip ups. Flight was on time. We boarded and arrived on time. JetBlue has free wifi and cable, but it was a red eye so I didn't get to enjoy much of it."
Cons: "There was an issue on board that made me wonder whether attendants are at all trained to manage situations of sexual assault. (An issue with another passenger arised and they were unprepared to deal with it). Also, the seats weren't all that comfortable but JetBlue does give you a sleep mask and ear buds for red eyes."
Pros: "Very friendly staff"
Cons: "Hour late to board"
Pros: "Unlimited snacks and water, roomy seats, and helpful staff!"
Cons: "5 hour mechanical delay"
Pros: "The seat was a true misery."
Cons: "The airline, perhaps due mostly to the weather, repeatedly delayed and then cancelled my two flights. Even the next-day substitute flights were delayed. I was supposed to get to my destination at midnight, but I actually arrived one day and two hours later--at two in the morning. Got home at 4 am"
Pros: "Seats and legroom seem roomier than other airlines. Helps that seats don't recline."
Cons: "The additional fees for everything."
Pros: "Good flight, love frontier"
Cons: "Our flight out of Denver got CANCELED along with a whole bunch of others. Seems there were having crew issues, not the BS reasons corporate was saying. Lots of stranded people in Denver. We stood in line for 3 hours to get a refund. (we decided to go with another airline, some people had been stranded for a week!) One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"
Cons: "Seats sucked"
Pros: "The prices were reasonable."
Cons: "Check in personnel didn't arrive until and hour before the flight was scheduled to take off which left myself and every other passenger waiting in line for over an hour. The new seats look very nice, but are just hard plastic covered in faux leather leaving passengers with an uncomfortable experience. They did not recline, which wouldn't have been a problem if the tray tables weren't the size of an iPad mini. The seats were so close together you couldn't even rest forward onto the tiny tray tables without hitting your head on the persons seat in front of you. I am by no means a large person at only 5' 3" so I can only imagine how awful it was for tall people! For a three hour plane ride it would be better to go with any other company."
Pros: "Checking my bag was quick and easy but it would have been better had cash been accepted."
Cons: "Charging for a coke? Seriously?!?! The stewardesses were not very personable and ate and chatted amongst themselves for most of the flight."
Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."
Pros: "What is to like?"
Cons: "• Questionable luggage policy • Fees for carry on luggage • Fees for seat selection • Very, very uncomfortable seating • Plane smelled bad • Will not fly again"
Cons: "More delays this time for gas. Sat at gate for 45 minutes after boarding. Doubled flight time essentially. No fun at all."
Cons: "They honey dick you with the cheap plane tickets then screw you over at the the counter when they charge an unnecessary amount for carry on baggage. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN. Not to mention the meal trays can barely hold a lunch-able... Go home frontier airlines.. your drunk."
Pros: "Seats were wider than most airlines and there seemed to be a couple of inches more legroom, but the seats were thin and not very comfortable."
Cons: "Unexpected fee for carry-on baggage. Who ever heard of being charged for a CARRYON? The airline provides no service with carry-on luggage- all the work is done by the customer."
Pros: "The safety of the flight, kindness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the plane."
Cons: "The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase."
Cons: "When I got to the gate, I was told that I had to pay $45 for my carry on luggage, which I found it to be somewhat insulting (if I had agreed to check-in the luggage it would have been 'cheaper' only $40). This was the first time I had ever been asked to pay for my carry-on luggage, and the basis for me to never fly Frontier ever again. They claim that it was because of the ticket I purchased through a third party, and I told them that they should not advertise any tickets where you intend to charge people for their carry-on luggage. To make things worse, it appears that Frontier does not participate with the TSA pre-check program, and even though I had my global entry card with me, the officer at TSA pre-check would not allow me through this line because of the airline I was flying with - Never again!!! I suspect that on my way back I'll be forced to pay another $45 for my carry-on luggage, which I despise."
Cons: "Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything: on top of the ticket price, you must pay for your seats, carry-on, you name it! The seats are horribly uncomfortable--no reclining!"
Pros: "The cheap fare."
Cons: "Paying for luggage that I carried on. Paying for every drink, except water. Paying for snacks."
Cons: "Paying up to $60 for a carry on. Waiting on the runway for 30 minutes with no communication from the pilot when we landed in Denver."
Pros: "The plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Many years ago, I was an Early Rewards member who flew Frontier any time I could. No longer. The ticket price no longer resembles what you will pay. Now they charge $15-35 to get a seat, another $30-$35 to check or carry on each piece, and sit in uncomfortable seats that do not recline. These extra charges cause long delay at the check in counter even if I already checked in and only needed to check a bag because everyone else had to pay. Now I'll only fly Frontier if there is no alternative."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, they did not recline. Crew kept talking loudly at the back and it was hard to sleep ."
Cons: "Fee's for luggage and carry ons. In other airline its already included Fee's for luggage and carry ons. In other airline its already included Delayed flight"
Cons: "The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. They do not have a complimentary beverage service. The landing was rough and on top of all that they charge for every little thing. I had to pay $60 for a CARRY ON. I will NEVER fly with this airline again, and i recommend you spend the extra cash for an airline that actually cares about their costumers."
Cons: "Given a seat in row 4 which didn't recline- aghh!"
Cons: "What? Wouldnt you think your ticket would actually mean you'd purchased a seat on your flight? Not with Frontier. Extra cost for your seat - ANY seat. And for your carry-on bag. Seats are nearly unbrearably thin and stiff. No recline. No headrest. Miniature tray. Knees push against the seat in front. And not an inexpensive ticket to begin. Last Frontier flight for me."
Cons: "The tray tables are so small it was impossible to use them. We never were even offered water and the cost for a simple soft drink or juice is overpriced. Things we expect and get from the airlines are not available on Frontier. Shame on you!!!"
Cons: "I didn't realize when I booked the fare that I would have to pay an addition amount for a seat on your plane. No wonder the fare looked like such a good deal! I hadn't flown Frontier before, so this was all new to me! You nickel and dime everyone for every little thing, such as baggage, a seat, any kind of refreshment on your flight. The flight I took was short and went fine, but I would not fly with your Arline to far off destinations! Thanks for the safe flight, but it was a one time purchase."
Cons: "Frontier planes are fitted with the thinnest excuse of a seat that I have ever seen. I am a 5' 3" 115lb girl that has flown a lot. Seats nowadays are uncomfortable but frontier takes the cake. Seats were literally just an inch of plastic completely straight backed. I was so incredibly sore by the end of my 2 flights that I was holding back tears. They have an extra charge for everything including bags and soda. I will never fly frontier again."
Pros: "The attendants were very laid back and nice"
Pros: "Getting off the plane."
Cons: "Everything else."
Cons: "They charged me for my carry on at the gate!"
Cons: "Charging for water? Really?? Charge me a carry on fee, a checked luggage fee and forcing me to pay a carry on fee for my PERSONAL ITEM that fits under the seat??? You've got to be kidding me."
Pros: "flight was pretty much on time, attendants were steady and pleasant."
Cons: "Seats weren't very comfortable and cramped, baggage charges were excessive, low class travel."
Pros: "The overall experience was ok, I was on time so I can't complain."
Cons: "Every time they have a massive line waiting to check in, they seem to only have one attendant available, causing massive delays checking in. We stood in a line for over an hr."
Cons: "Everything is tribble I will never fly with frontier airline again"
Pros: "The price for the trip was great. I thought the boarding was efficient and the flight crew pleasant. Check in at the airport was very easy although the automatic machines were non functing."
Cons: "Long pre security screening lines. The seating is rather cramped."
Cons: "My military plane showed up a little late so when I showed up to check in their was no one in sight due to there stupid 45 minute policy. So I had to buy a whole new ticket with another airline worth ALOT more then what the Frontier one was"
Pros: "Flights were cheap."
Cons: "You end up paying an additional $30-35 to check a bag or carry on-board, you also end up paying $15-20 to reserve a seat. In addition, they won't accept your checked-in baggage if you're not at the airport 45 min before boarding to drop it off. They made me re-book my flight out of Chicago for the next day and charged me $99. I was only 5 min late to drop my bag off, and because of bad traffic. The airline has no empathy, they seem to be only concerned with charging you at every opportunity they get. I will never fly frontier again."
Pros: "crew was nice"
Cons: "didn't eat, no entertainment either."
Pros: "From the moment I stepped to the tic counter in SEA, the agent spoke with me, not at me...so kind, so sharp and professional...She ( I wish I cold remember her name) set my expectations for my flights...What is incredibly amazing is that everything she drew for me to keep in mind, was exactly how it turned out to be. I think Frontier ought to clone this hard to find ( in this world of indifference) professional person...Although I took advantage of a great price for my travel, I felt I was trade as if I was traveling 1st Class."
Cons: "The walks at Denver's airport. And having to pay for general beverages, including water...not good."
Cons: "inflight everything requires payment."
Cons: "It is ridiculous all the fees they charge. What is your ticket paying for! You pay for the seat, luggage, drink everything! I will not be flying Frontier."
Pros: "It was a beautiful flight and flight crew were friendly!"
Cons: "All the hidden charges were a bit much!!!!"
Pros: "Free snacks and water , tea and coffee"
Cons: "Paying for checked baggage. Nickel and diming us all over the place."
Pros: "Boarding seemed to be quick, staff seemed nice enough, must take some extra training to be able to deal with customers enraged over petty things your airline charges for."
Cons: "No seat recliner, seat more like a plastic bucket racing seat from a race car. Less room to store even my small backpack under the seat in front of me. Tray table was useless unless you want to put it down and laugh at how small it was.. Other airlines are putting in charging outlet for everyone whist you guys just take away commodities. If you're going to make stuff worse for whatever reason at least give a small commodity that improvs the customers experience. The fee for drinks.. I can understand alcoholic beverages, sort of, but just an average can of soda or life saving water... I mean come on, are you going to be charging for the quality of air we get to breath next? And don't even get me started on the $45 bag check fee and $25 carry on fee.. It's legitimately cheaper to have my bag mailed then it is to go through you guys.. Too bad I already made my returning flight with your airline, otherwise I would never be flying it again unless some serious changes are made. There's no warning of these fees either which I'm pretty sure is called... Ahh can't remember the word for it, but I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm talking about."
Cons: "Flight was late, seats are incredibly small and plane was not clean"
Cons: "The seating was very horrible and tight and uncomfortable. Also the seats do not recline"
Pros: "quick flight"
Cons: "They don't offer any snacks. Nothing to drink. Must buy everything. Can't bring stuff from outside, and get it through TSA."
Pros: "Boarded on time. Friendly crew."
Cons: "No leg room. Should serve free beverages."
