Cons: "Flight departure was delayed from JFK over an hour and returning flight from LAX delayed departure as well. Very inconvenient for the high fare price. Seems Jetblue has a history of poor time performance. Would probably not book with them again."

Cons: "The ambient lighting used throughout the cabin was too bright and stimulating to let me fall asleep in an overnight flight, should have been dimmed more or turned off. The seats did not help the comfort levels either, should have been able to recline a tad bid more. The carry-on-bag situation is getting out of control, you should crack down on people who bring too many bags or oversized bags that should be checked in instead."

Cons: "First off the TSA line was changed right in the middle of waiting in it. They combined two lines into one giant line, putting the other line in front of my line. I know part of this is TSA, but JetBlue has some pull/say in how their terminal works. This doubled my TSA wait time resulting in a 1hr 15 min wait for security. Second, the flight was 20 minutes delayed. Not the best JetBlue day."

Cons: "I have never had so much trouble with a website/app as with JetBlue for this trip. Checking in was super stressful, since it was a short layover and I had to go through customs. There were few employees to help when I couldn't print my boarding pass, and when I handed my already checked bag off (it was checked through) without a boarding pass the JetBlue employee was extremely passive aggressive and acted like it was somehow my fault I hadn't been able to get it printed and there had been no one around to ask. The flight crew was highly professional and the flight was good, but I was pretty disappointed by customer service on the ground."

Pros: "On time, moved my wife and I to adjoining seats in row 2 without me asking. They were courteous, on time and well priced. Will fly JetBlue again. Thanks!"

Cons: "The seats in my row were filthy. Not only was there food on the seats but there was crusted food on the pull down tray. When this was brought to Peter's (the steward's) attention he handed me a napkin and water to clean it myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't think I'll be flying JetBlue again."

Cons: "I didn't like arriving at 4:00 a.m. in the morning and having to be at work in a few hours. We were told that we would receive a voucher via email. I never received anything. The delay was unacceptable."

Cons: "Our flight out of Denver got CANCELED along with a whole bunch of others. Seems there were having crew issues, not the BS reasons corporate was saying. Lots of stranded people in Denver. We stood in line for 3 hours to get a refund. (we decided to go with another airline, some people had been stranded for a week!) One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"

Pros: "The prices were reasonable."
Cons: "Check in personnel didn't arrive until and hour before the flight was scheduled to take off which left myself and every other passenger waiting in line for over an hour. The new seats look very nice, but are just hard plastic covered in faux leather leaving passengers with an uncomfortable experience. They did not recline, which wouldn't have been a problem if the tray tables weren't the size of an iPad mini. The seats were so close together you couldn't even rest forward onto the tiny tray tables without hitting your head on the persons seat in front of you. I am by no means a large person at only 5' 3" so I can only imagine how awful it was for tall people! For a three hour plane ride it would be better to go with any other company."

Pros: "Checking my bag was quick and easy but it would have been better had cash been accepted."
Cons: "Charging for a coke? Seriously?!?! The stewardesses were not very personable and ate and chatted amongst themselves for most of the flight."

Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."

Cons: "Unexpected fee for carry-on baggage. Who ever heard of being charged for a CARRYON? The airline provides no service with carry-on luggage- all the work is done by the customer."

Cons: "The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase."

Cons: "When I got to the gate, I was told that I had to pay $45 for my carry on luggage, which I found it to be somewhat insulting (if I had agreed to check-in the luggage it would have been 'cheaper' only $40). This was the first time I had ever been asked to pay for my carry-on luggage, and the basis for me to never fly Frontier ever again. They claim that it was because of the ticket I purchased through a third party, and I told them that they should not advertise any tickets where you intend to charge people for their carry-on luggage. To make things worse, it appears that Frontier does not participate with the TSA pre-check program, and even though I had my global entry card with me, the officer at TSA pre-check would not allow me through this line because of the airline I was flying with - Never again!!! I suspect that on my way back I'll be forced to pay another $45 for my carry-on luggage, which I despise."

Cons: "Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything: on top of the ticket price, you must pay for your seats, carry-on, you name it! The seats are horribly uncomfortable--no reclining!"

Cons: "Paying up to $60 for a carry on. Waiting on the runway for 30 minutes with no communication from the pilot when we landed in Denver."

Cons: "Many years ago, I was an Early Rewards member who flew Frontier any time I could. No longer. The ticket price no longer resembles what you will pay. Now they charge $15-35 to get a seat,another $30-$35 to check or carry on each piece, and sit in uncomfortable seats that do not recline. These extra charges cause long delay at the check in counter even if I already checked in and only needed to check a bag because everyone else had to pay. Now I'll only fly Frontier if there is no alternative."

Cons: "The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. They do not have a complimentary beverage service. The landing was rough and on top of all that they charge for every little thing. I had to pay $60 for a CARRY ON. I will NEVER fly with this airline again, and i recommend you spend the extra cash for an airline that actually cares about their costumers."

Cons: "Given a seat in row 4 which didn't recline- aghh!"

Cons: "What? Wouldnt you think your ticket would actually mean you'd purchased a seat on your flight? Not with Frontier. Extra cost for your seat - ANY seat. And for your carry-on bag. Seats are nearly unbrearably thin and stiff. No recline. No headrest. Miniature tray. Knees push against the seat in front. And not an inexpensive ticket to begin. Last Frontier flight for me."

Cons: "The tray tables are so small it was impossible to use them. We never were even offered water and the cost for a simple soft drink or juice is overpriced. Things we expect and get from the airlines are not available on Frontier. Shame on you!!!"

Cons: "I didn't realize when I booked the fare that I would have to pay an addition amount for a seat on your plane. No wonder the fare looked like such a good deal! I hadn't flown Frontier before, so this was all new to me! You nickel and dime everyone for every little thing, such as baggage, a seat, any kind of refreshment on your flight. The flight I took was short and went fine, but I would not fly with your Arline to far off destinations! Thanks for the safe flight, but it was a one time purchase."

Cons: "Frontier planes are fitted with the thinnest excuse of a seat that I have ever seen. I am a 5' 3" 115lb girl that has flown a lot. Seats nowadays are uncomfortable but frontier takes the cake. Seats were literally just an inch of plastic completely straight backed. I was so incredibly sore by the end of my 2 flights that I was holding back tears. They have an extra charge for everything including bags and soda. I will never fly frontier again."

In addition, they won't accept your checked-in baggage if you're not at the airport 45 min before boarding to drop it off. They made me re-book my flight out of Chicago for the next day and charged me $99. I was only 5 min late to drop my bag off, and because of bad traffic. The airline has no empathy, they seem to be only concerned with charging you at every opportunity they get. I will never fly frontier again."

I think Frontier ought to clone this hard to find ( in this world of indifference) professional person...Although I took advantage of a great price for my travel, I felt I was trade as if I was traveling 1st Class."

Tray table was useless unless you want to put it down and laugh at how small it was.. Other airlines are putting in charging outlet for everyone whist you guys just take away commodities. If you're going to make stuff worse for whatever reason at least give a small commodity that improvs the customers experience. The fee for drinks.. I can understand alcoholic beverages, sort of, but just an average can of soda or life saving water... I mean come on, are you going to be charging for the quality of air we get to breath next? And don't even get me started on the $45 bag check fee and $25 carry on fee.. It's legitimately cheaper to have my bag mailed then it is to go through you guys.. Too bad I already made my returning flight with your airline, otherwise I would never be flying it again unless some serious changes are made. There's no warning of these fees either which I'm pretty sure is called... Ahh can't remember the word for it, but I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm talking about."
