Check in was not the greatest as had to talk to an agent to clarify things and then he transferred us to another agent who had difficulty processing my credit card as there was a system glitch and not a card error.

Check in was not the greatest as had to talk to an agent to clarify things and then he transferred us to another agent who had difficulty processing my credit card as there was a system glitch and not a card error.

Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.

On time. Clean. Efficient. Just what is required for the short hop.

Our luggage didn’t arrive with us, that puts a damper on the whole trip.

The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.

Gate closed way too early - over 1 hour before departure. Put onto next flight. Ticket had been changed without notifying us.

They did not provide free WiFi, It could be purchased for, I think, around $25, This seemed excessive.

It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
