Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

Friendly hosts/hostesses; dinner was of acceptable, but mediocre standard

Excellent everywhere but Philly, the most rotten airport in the world.

Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.

bad, made it to connecting flight and they didnt let me board

Our luggage didn’t arrive with us, that puts a damper on the whole trip.

The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.
