Again miserable muslim meal with only vegetables! Not enough room in the cabin for the personal bags that I had to put it under my feet for the whole trip ( +10 hrs ) having my legs stuck between the seat and the bags .

1- the aircraft from cairo to munich was so small that they didn’t allow the carry on baggage and I had to put it with the check in baggage. 2- the special meal ( muslim meal ) that I ordered was a veggie meal !!!!! With no meat or chicken at all , apparently they don’t know what the meaning of a muslim meal is ! It means to have halal meat , we are not vegetarians ! 3- my baggage didn’t arrive to the airport and I filed a report and was told that I will have them tomorrow and now after four days the baggage didn’t arrive yet and I was told that one of them is missing !!!!!!! I can’t hate them enough.
New plane, 737-Max. More fuel efficient, quieter, more in-cabin luggage storage.

We had to wait almost two hrs on the plane before take off.
Nothing - the flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was delayed by about 2 hours. Luckily, was able to get the flight switched to a Chicago - London direct flight.
The connecting flight from Philadelphia to Manchester would've been missed. So, American Airlines booked the same flight for 24 hours later. Luckily, they offered a different flight. Due to the flight changes, the prepaid ground transportation from Manchester to Leeds wasn't used. Transportation from London to Leeds had to be purchased at a much greater additional expense.
The flight got delayed from salt lake and we had to spend a day in Charlotte before another flight came
Food could have been better. Plane was 1/2 full. WiFi was not giving all the movies. Only 6 or 7 to choose from.
