Cons: "More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work."

Cons: "Passenger in next seat was so big that his fst hung over the armrest and he took up 3 to 4 inches of my space. Lufthansa should not let passengers this big fly in economy class. I appreciate my space in economy will be limited but I should be able to use all of my allotted space."

We missed our other flights and sate still in Washington and will lose a day of our vacation. United wouldn’t give us a voucher since it was supposedly weather related so I had to spend additional $100 for a room in DC."

Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Cons: "4/4 flights with involuntary stop-overs were delayed, causing 4 panics and 2 missed flights. Given their proclivity for busing passengers to distant planes in Herman efforts, a 50-minute allowance for changing planes, when added to the frequent Kate departures, is just not sufficient. They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

Cons: "Dropped us off in random country for two days with no information and missing 3 days of our trip and losing money on the trip we paid for. Limited information given to us once they abandoned us following the “emergency landing” that the pilot was “sick” stuck here over 24 hours and now my new flight is overbooked and my boyfriend has a seat but I DO NOT."

Pros: "at RDU after they missed to notify me in time, they were very nice to find me the fastest route on the next day, not miss my whole conference . They give me food vulture also. most of the flying attendances were really kind under my travel, except on the MUC-IAD plane"
Cons: "They didn't notify me in time on a delay and didn't suggested a different route. Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues,this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."

Cons: "We left late due to weather — which is okay— but pilot didn’t catch up in the air. Also, the connection was tight partly because the Prague flight parked at the far end of the field and the bus ride took forever. Then we had so far to walk to get to the departure gate."

Cons: "The boarding procedure was unorganized and extremely inefficient. The family sitting in the row across from us had two unparented and very loud children who were disruptive for the entire 10 hour flight. Even on landing the child was not wearing a seat belt. The woman got up to get her stuff out of the overhead compartment even though we were told to stay seated. At no point did any of the crew members do anything in regards to this family and their disruptive actions."

Cons: "between lunch and supper snack one isle had only one water serving and my isle had none. So for 6 hours we had no water serving. This is why I gave crew rating OK only. Also the supper pizza snack was horrible. By comparison, United gives full drink cans so they last longer. I suggest Lufthansa also should serve full drink cans in long flights."

The same baggage I brought from US is the same weight but hostile to removed down all my clothes. The weight used in Nigeria is not acceptable to many people and it can make passenger run from them"

Pros: "I missed my flight in FCO , Italy, while the Lufthansa staff at the checking desk calling and checking about my booking they told me I don't have a booking . I had all the booking doc and every thing they need on my hand and on my phone from the e-mail. but they kept telling me they don't see it in the system and kept me waiting in FCO airport in Italy for an hour and then they told me "now you can't board on this flight. it's departing in 5 min." I asked so what shall I do now did you solve the mystery ? They told me my booking is cancelled and I have to buy another ticket. When I asked why my booking cancelled and who cancelled it. They don't know. My blood pressure was raising. I felt like they were telling me go away we don't want you to flight with us. I wish I had an option to fly with another airline with in the next 3 hrs coz I had to fly with in that period of time. Otherwise all my plans on the other end was about to get messed up. Unfortunately it was only Lufthansa airline flying with in the next 3 hrs. So I was forced to buy another ticket and fly. My original ticket was a round trip from Oslo to room via Frankfurt stop over in Room and then go to Frankfurt stop over in Frankfurt and then back to Oslo. But they make me buy extra $400 ticket and it was non of my fault. I had a terrible expirance flying from Room, Italy (FCO) to Frankfurt they made me buy another ticket. Extra $400. I complained at the Lufthansa headquarter in Frankfurt airport after waiting for two hrs in line , they refunded me only $200.And they charged me €25 for processing the refund. It's ridiculous. The good service and name Lufthansa use to have is now becoming only a history."

Cons: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Cons: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Cons: "Due to a train mix-up, I arrived at the Frankfurt airport with only 53 minutes to get through security and board. Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

The stewardess took it and said it would be put in cargo, but now they can't find it! Two bad experiences with SAS in a row. Don't want to use them again."

Cons: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

We waited on the plane for most of that half hour with no explanation of why When calling rows to board -- after calling rows 1 through 13 she then called rows 41 and after. She skipped our row 14. This could definitely be an issue with overhead space"

Cons: "We bought tickets on priceline, Zurich to Oslo, paid $150 more for the shorter flight (by 1 1/2 hours), didn't realise the cost did not include luggage ($140 for 2 bags!), boarded late, only served water, coffee and tea, all other beverages were for a fee, landed late, bags were delayed by 30 minutes and soaked with water from the rain, some clothes inside were wet, overall poor experience, airline needs to polish their services and stop the 'nickel and dime" approach."
