Excellent hard product, excellent staffs. Lousy app and website that can’t be trusted. App says I have to change my flight due to operational issues. Message was cryptic and misinformation. Have to contact my own travel agent to make sure flight wasn’t cancelled despite Turkish Airlines app and website both denied checking in. Went to airport and had no issues checking in and boarding passes issued.Frustrating and anxiety ridden 24 hours before flight time.

Excellent!! The flight had a chef onboard and each course was served separately from a gourmet cart. Haven’t had this experience for a long time for business.

Boarding was slow -- we ended up being late to take off. It was a packed flight, and there is no effort to board in any orderly fashion. The signage went up pretty late too, so figuring out where to go added to the chaos. The food disappointed me this flight with choices that were not totally to my liking.

Everything could be better.Call center is so bad.You can't fix anything with them.

I’m leaving it really bothered me. My bag did not come in on time and I had medication in that bag that needed to be in the refrigerator and I still throw it out. Are you going to buy things because it came so late

The rules regarding business class lounge hotel/room access were very confusing. Between flights we had an 11 hour layover in Istanbul, but were denied a room to rest as our layover was too long?? Keep in mind that we arrived there at 3:30am after a long flight. Even multiple Turkish airlines employees were inconsistent with the rules. We ended up paying a high price at the Yotel in the airport in order to get some rest. Good thing I did, as a medical emergency was declared on the flight from Istanbul to Atlanta and I was apparently the only physician on board. Luckily I was able to stabilize the passenger and the flight wasn't diverted. The crew called an overhead announcement for a medical doctor, but insisted that I show them a copy of my medical license which I did. Very strange in my 35 years as a physician and responding multiple times to inflight medical emergencies over the years. I was very glad the passengers issue was resolved, but an acknowledgement of at least a thank you from the crew would have been appreciated.

had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.

Amazing trip! No delays, no broken or lost luggage, and amazing food.

The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.

It would be good to choose between a Turkish based meal and an American meal option.
