Cons: "I really hope that kid's menu can be updated/changed in the system at least 24/48hrs before flight, as that was the first time we ride Qatar (we have no idea the menu) So we only order it once during the outbound flight."

Pros: "Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!"

Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating."

Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

Pros: "Qatar is quite possibly the best airline in the world, especially on its long haul flights. It is heads above the other two major Persian Gulf airlines. All the employees with whom I dealt were excellent and customer-oriented. The planes between Doha and London were new, had more space than older planes and had an excellent selection of movies and TV shows. I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

While it was important for me to be there when I found out this information because I needed to reschedule my connecting flightso due to the delay, this should not be required. Qatar Airways, knew the flight was going to be delayed at least 10 hours before they announced it. They should have already began the process of rescheduling connecting flights and figuring out problems before passengers arrive to the airport. I probably spent 45 minutes at the ticket counter working things out."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

The check in Staff Mr. Gaurav at India airport was rude and over smart while talking to me, he pretended he was busy , but who is FREE in this world. Poor experience at the time of check in. and yes Thanks to Sonam who walked extra mile to talk to customer care of british airways and resolved for my ticket. Finally I could board. Even if ticket was suspended why it was not informed me to take any pro active action, why I had to wait in long queue to know that my ticket was suspende, IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF BA ???"

Cons: "- my headphone jack was broken so I had to ask to move 3 times, and then finally walked up to the back of the plane to ask to be seated somewhere else - This particular flight had an unusually high number of babies. I was seated next to a couple with twin babies and of course they cried every so often. Only a few rows away there were another two babies. - food selection was super heavy on sugar or carbs. Entre choices were pasta with tomato sauce or chicken with cheese ravioli. Almost no one chose the pasta. Please introduce healthier options with actual protein for meat eaters and vegetarians."

Cons: "The aircraft was unbearably hot - crew member in rear economy member said it was 42 degrees at one point. Took almost 2 hours to get the back of the plane (where I was sitting) down to 27 degrees. Understand that temperature can only be reduced in small increments but why was the temperature on board allowed to get to 42 degrees prior to boarding?? The crew were brilliant, and hats off to them for working in such difficult conditions."

Such as asking all passengers to remain seated allowing connecting passengers off the plane first. Something I've seen done on many other airlines numerous times."

On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."

Pros: "Traveling alone, especially in another country, can be daunting but at least there was no language barrier, almost! The aircraft and personnel were fine as expected. Much as expected in a domestic flight in the US."
Cons: "Having to pay for a drink of water was unexpected. Not having to deal with cash for purchases saves the hassle for attendants, but the credit card machine did not work, there was no alternative machine to try after I was told "we have been having some issues", and as a result I was unable to have anything. The associate seemed unconcerned and unapologetic and simply walked away. Poor response."

Pros: "Great selection on entertainment and the flight attendants were very attentive."
Cons: "I'm accustomed to another airline that gives a bit more seat space and you can order snacks often."

Pros: "Easy boarding process , flight was on time, airplane looked fine crew was nice"
Cons: "Having to pay for water is not cool, there are basics you know."

Cons: "Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways."

Pros: "Ear phones for those of us who did not bring any. Having a meal and drink available and at no extra cost."
Cons: "Not knowing if I could get an extra drink after the food was served, would have been helpful. Snacks of chips, pretzels would be tasty. Offering more water or a larger container offered would help. Explaining how u have to get to the next terminal would help. Having to go to many shuttles is confusing."
