Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control."

Cons: "Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."

The lunch was ok, but then the snack (multiple small items) was offered about 4 hours before landing and then an additional snack (mini pot pie) was offered about 2 hrs before landing. This is too much action for people who are trying to get some sleep. Also, abrupt and hard landing."

Pros: "Everything. I really loved that I could track where my checked luggage was, so when I arrived to my final destination I knew my bag was going to be there. The individual TV for my seat, so I could watch what I wanted. Having an USB port to charge my devices."

She barely slept the whole flight and I had a stuardis in a red dress who whem I asked for for a beverage made it seem like I asked for it right now. Didn't say a word Else to me until it was time to land and my daughter had just fell asleep. She told me. I had to take her out of the baby carrier. My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

Everything was on time, and the crew was friendly and attentive. We had exit row seats so the leg room for this 90 minute flight was great compared to our first part (London-Atlanta)"

We kept being put off to someone else and despite being among the first at the gate we ended up being among the last to get it resolved because of being put off to other people only to see the same person help someone else. It was finally resolved satisfactorily thankfully"

Id also like to say thank you for hooking me up with economy plus seats that include outlets to charge your devices. A+ in my book i even got an exit rox on my way home all to myself! Definitely will be using Kayak in the future."

They rebooked me on a flight with a 2 hour layover when I had a direct flight before. Didn't give me any food or travel vouchers and now I missed MY OWN BRIDAL SHOWER! Very VERY unhappy."
