The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
I liked the friendliness of the employees at the airport
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies

STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.

The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
Most of the delay was due to weather which is not what was at issue here. One delay was due to a missing flashlight and in the end the flashlight was actually found on the plane. The entertainment system is very limited. Live TV options offer only a few channels that are not very appealing. Boarding and deplaning are always difficult. It just takes too much time to get on and off the plane. On the plus side, I missed my connecting flight, but was easily able to book a later flight from the app while enroute.
The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor. I enjoyed the selection of movies and other entertainment.
I was in a wheelchair and went from international to domestic. I was transferred to several different modes of transport and expected to give a tip at each transfer. I was, although, grateful to get to the gate in time for my flight.
There was a delay that affected all passengers with connecting flights.
There were several issues with this flight. I have flown quite often internationally and I was surprised by the lack of presence of attendants other than meal and drink times. The food was not best but I feel that is the norm. We also had to get off the plane once in London via stairs and bus to the terminal. Anyone who had another flight had to then get another bus to another terminal. This causes me to miss my flight and have to rebook.
This flight was fine but had no time to breathe as the connection was late from Sea to ORD.. Super stressful. If we checked bags, the trip would have been very distressed.
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
