Movie/entertainment selection was poor. Airline was packed with a Group that was very loud, drunk and partying up and down the aisles."

Pros: "British Airways may be one of my favorite companies I've flown so far. Counter check-in and baggage drop off was friendly and efficient, and was absolutely the easiest I've had in my recent two week travels (where I sadly used 5 different airlines for 7 different flights), if not my overall lifetime of traveling abroad. The crew was friendly, helpful and it was easy to ask them questions. For both the price and the ease of service I would absolutely recommend them again to anyone I know."

Cons: "Plane was incredibly old for a long haul flight, with no power socket and extremely outdated TV's. Seats were dirty and small. We were in row 34 (middle of the plane over the wing) and when they got to us with the food options, they had already run out of the second choice on both occasions. On the first service, we asked the attendant if the food had any fish/seafood ingredients (due to allergies) and she said no. We then read on the lid of the food tray that there was a possibility of fish traces so my husband could not eat it. When we told the attendant about it she told us they didn't have anything else. Hard to believe there was nothing they could do, we've never experienced this issue before. We then asked another flight attendant if there was any food available for purchase but she said no. Luckily, she was able to find a vegetarian dish that my husband could eat. We're grateful that she found this as the next food service was not until 6 hours later. Sad that we had to ask again, we were expecting that they cared a little more. Overall, BA didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. This was a trip to Europe in which we took 4 BA flights and overall, the experience was of that no better than a low cost. Would have a hard time thinking of choosing this airline again."

Cons: "I'm told (late) that BA does not subscribe to TSA prep in the USA. That meant going to the TSA line first, being rejected, going back to check-in to know the reason, then back to the standard long line. Once onboard my seat's entertainment system dies not work. 3 reset attempted with no luck. A month ago, on another long haul flight the same happened. Food was very bad. Salmon so overdone that it was hard to cut, overcooked vegetables and some lukewarm mash potatoes."

Pros: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Cons: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Cons: "The food was not that good, the beef was like a brick and the service Poor , I asked for water twice, by the time it arrived I already had finished, same for bread I had to ask for bread, was not offer, if I didn’t asked for the main course in the lunch portion on the flight they were taking away the tray after the salad and fruit, I did not like the salad, I tried mine and my Husbands that was salt restricted and they were Awful. I travelled business class, the flight was packed."

Cons: "It took forever for them to serve drinks and we are at the back of the plane I asked for a water and it took forever to get it and she was rude"

Cons: "There was an agent at the gate in London who went around asking to see everyone's boarding passes. She should have explained the reason for this rather than just walking up to people and asking to see their boarding passes since this doesn't usually happen. She didn't explain why she was doing it until AFTER some of us refused. She explained it was for added security requirements (random checks) because we were travelling to the US."

Pros: "I loved the on-demand entertainment which starts as soon as you board the plane and continues all the way into landing / taxing to the gate."
Cons: "The system would not allow me to check-in / get my boarding passes 24 hrs prior to barding, which basically left me with a middle seat all the way to Seattle. I considered this a terrible process and didn't get a good explanation why I was blocked from doing my check-in online."

Pros: "Economy window seat on A380 has extra storage unit underneath window (similar to business class). This was really convenient. Still some room underneath seat in front but entertainment box would block large items. Quiet flight no unnecessary announcements from crew. Boarding was ok as I am a priority member."

Cons: "I had the misfortune of sitting with an extremely rude and offensive passenger. He was verbally abusive on more than one occasion. Was extremely rude to crew. 747-400 lovely but very tired interior now....I know that these aircraft will be phased out, so not much can be done in the interim"

This make us to wait 1 hrs in Costume as it was crowded. People who traveled in economy class left airport before us"

I willl be writing a note to customer service. In addition they are cutting back I was told and closed the ticket counter in Faeo Portugal -- not flying them again"

Pros: "The quality of the food was amazing. Flight attendants were very helpful and pleasant. The movie options were also wonderful."
Cons: "It was difficult for me to get comfortable. The lights that shine from above us were shining directly on me for a row behind me and for the person sitting on my left. Boarding was somewhat unorganized as there were people boarding in 2 areas."

Cons: "On the return flight back from London to Las Vegas, I sat at an economy class aisle exit seat on a 747. The flip up TV set wasn't working. One flight attendant initially offered to move me to a cheaper less desirable seat, which I declined. I asked for at least an exit row seat of any sort. A second (more senior) flight attendant then promised he will either fix the TV (by resetting it) or find an acceptable alternative so I "won't need to go the entire flight with a TV." But he never returned and the TV never worked. I didn't fuss because I slept and read instead, but I thought this was a poor follow up and follow through on his part."

Cons: "The connection in London - just one hour - was absolutely not enough. It takes 15 minutes or so just to empty a large plane. Then, if you have to make a connection from one terminal to the other, as we did, you rush to a bus that drives you all the way across the airport. At that point you rush to find yourself faced with going through security yet again. All this made us miss our flight and turned what should have been a 10 hour trip into a 24 hour trip. That is British Airways fault for leaving so little time to connect. When you book your flights, be sure to have an hour and a half at the very least - preferably 2 hours."

Cons: "The flight got delayed and I couldn't make it for the connection flight. I waited for 6 hours to rebook the flight and BA booked a hotel 2hours far from the airport by bus... I got to LA a day after but my baggage didn't arrive. I got it back 4DAYS after. All of my experience was just horrible."

No food was available in the main cabin. This was a 6:30 p.m. flight and there should have been menu items available, not just pretzels"

And Daryl H, was sitting on my paid chair. A nice passenger offer his help and put the carry on to the bin. I will not book this airline again."

I asked customer service to accommodate me with some food coupon since I had to wait for the next flights...they said they don't have that kind of accommodation, really?!!!"

Cons: "To many technical issues with this airline , everytime for the last 2 years there's a mechanical problem or issue with a plane blocking runway . Honestly I've never been on time with an American Airlines flight . I could have taken a bus and gotten to my destination faster, communication is poor , had to walk from terminal 4 to 6 because they have gates at both but didn't post the correct terminal to my ticket , so I walked from 4 to 6 ... Then the delay made me walk back to 4 because of a gate change . Then we waited on the plane for another half hour . All in all its not really the staff but more so the actual operation of the airline that I'm not willing to work with anymore ."
