The seats were comfy and SO much leg room!!!! And this was economy class! No joke, I love Alaska airlines/Boeing planes!"

Cons: "Apparent aggressiveness to get as many carry on bags paid for by the ground staff measuring with a measuring tape all bags. I've never seen anything like it. My bag was fine. Then, when they started to take fees you had to come back and pay. It wasn't done right then. The ground staff was minimally helpful. Flight amenities or not, pay for headset and having more than 2 TV shows and 2 movies cost you an up charge even on an overseas flight. One choice for dinner.- pasta so it was vegetarian. Breakfast was a sad roll, one small piece of cheese and ham, and fruit that was that questionable. Overnight flight, pillow no blanket in Economy. Seats hard and leg room was tight. Their Economy plus and business looked a much better way to go."

Pros: "Minnesota was beautiful this time of year! The flight itself was typical, similar to flying Southwest. Boarding moved. The crew were average, nothing above and beyond. Overall decent flight, but then we got diverted. Some positive shout outs to those who worked to make an unfortunate event better: Texas Aero Services and the 20 year olds at the desk were given a challenging and difficult situation which they would not be expected to prepare for and did a decent job. It was a tough spot for them and what Sun Country did to them was extremely unfair and unprofessional. These young men gave credit to the dispatcher at Sun Country who attempted to call up to the CEO, unfortunately he was not empowered enough to take care of the situation. Several star players here, but the team failed. Thanks to Waco Police and the staff at Whataburger for spinning up hundreds of meals in short order beyond the midnight hour. Thanks to KWTX, WFAA, KARE for picking up this story. Finally, to my fellow passengers, I'm sorry we all had to go through this, but to those who were kind, helping, and shed light on this event, thank you. God bless!"
Cons: "Our flight, Sun Country 550 from MSP to DFW diverted to Waco, TX. While unfortunate weather diverts happen, the airline failed to own the situation. The airline was ad hoc and did not have a plan to take care and comfort customers in an unfortunate event. With the lack of communication, I am concerned how this airline would respond in an elevated scenario. The pilot told us we had the option to deplane. After he stepped off, the flight attendant provided conflicting direction that we would all deplane and there was no option to deplane confusing passengers (crew coordination, who's in charge?). Maybe an hour later the plane and crew take off leaving all 150+ pax at what was essentially a closed terminal. Sun Country left no representation on the scene. (lack of leadership and communication). Local law enforcement and the general aviation terminal staff picked up where they could. Sun Country made valid statements with respect to FAA/TSA regulations, but they also blamed the local shuttle company for "not cooperating". The company repeatedly deflected ownership. With regards to ground transportation, we expected that it would arrive within a reasonable time (30 minutes) after deplaning. That turned into hours. I understand bus drivers have a certain fee for getting out of bed at 2AM. Sun Country, as some of us were getting a little stir crazy, I was able to call a local 24/7 hour limo service. They could be at the terminals in short order. For $750, we would get 1 limo, 22 pax from Waco to DFW. Speaking with them, moving 150 people was fairly simple. Sun Country, please try harder. For your new CEO, study this incident and you can see what you need to fix at your company. The most tragic thing I witnessed was a pregnant mother, with lap child experiencing morning sickness in front of everyone at the terminal. What angers me is no one from Sun Country was there to see or comfort her. Those people were in bed or unavailable. There were multiple failures here. In hindsight, it may have been better if the pilot refused Waco and requested Austin where there would have been TSA staff, a standby crew, or more reasonable accommodations. Sun Country could have some contingency contracts with local ground transit companies. There's a lot this airline can take in from this experience to improve themselves, let's hope they do. I would like some consideration for this terrible experience and if this airline cares about its image it should reach out to all flight passengers to apologize and get their feedback to so they don't muck it up again."

Cons: "I booked the flight because my previous flight (Spirit airlines) was cancelled very last minute. I booked this flight and then was informed that it was delayed more than 3 hours. I was unable to work with another delay and was forced to cancel this flight within hours of booking it. I was charged $15 to cancel the flight. So I paid for a flight that was sold to me and not on time and then charged for cancelling it within hours. This was incredibly disappointing."

But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

Lastly, these delays caused the plane to arrive in Tokyo at 12:30AM (originally it was 10:30PM). All transportations options were closed. I had to take a $90 USD taxi fare into the city. JAL or AA should have given travel vouchers to everyone who needed them. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATIONS, BAD RATING."

Luckily I was the second from the last that got the seat, or else I would have to wait for the next flight which would take even longer than just drive to Vegas myself. I asked customer service to accommodate me with some food coupon since I had to wait for the next flights...they said they don't have that kind of accommodation, really?!!!"

Honestly I've never been on time with an American Airlines flight . I could have taken a bus and gotten to my destination faster, communication is poor , had to walk from terminal 4 to 6 because they have gates at both but didn't post the correct terminal to my ticket , so I walked from 4 to 6 ... Then the delay made me walk back to 4 because of a gate change . Then we waited on the plane for another half hour . All in all its not really the staff but more so the actual operation of the airline that I'm not willing to work with anymore ."

Cons: "This flight was delayed by several hours, so I was concerned that I might miss my connecting flight in Denver. I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you."

Cons: "Pretty much everything else. I checked in online - where they clearly state that there will be a bag drop for prepaid checked luggage. There was not. Instead there were three people behind the counter (only two were actually taking anyone from the long line) - who seemed completely confused. They at least knew that the gate had changed, but they didn't know where it had been changed to. I found it. It then proceeded to change 3 more times. The final change was not announced, we all just followed another passenger who had seen the change listed on the airport departure screen. The final gate was "39" a door in a hallway that opened up onto a tarmac. We waited there about 30 minutes (after the scheduled boarding time) before the door opened. They had no scanner for passes, so the attendant had to write things down on paper when we showed him our passes!! The actual cabin is tight, but that's to be expected. What wasn't expected was the random turning off and on of overhead lights throughout the (red-eye) flight. It was like a torture technique. To round out this great experience, the flight attendant instructed us to de-board the plane in order. Row 1 (left side) then row 1 (right), etc. This clearly pissed off many passengers who had no carry-on luggage and could have just walked off while those with stuff in overheads waited. When I finally got to exit the plane, I heard a guy somewhere behind me say "f-you" to the crew as they gave us the traditional "have a good day". We all felt the same, just didn't say so."

They replaced their humane, padded chairs with these ultra slim hard plastic ones that don't recline so you're stuck sitting at a 90 degree angle with basically no padding so they can fit more seats on the plane with tiny tray tables. I'd like to see the CEO spend a couple of hours in one these. I'll never fly Frontier again because they've completely lost touch with the concept of treating customers with dignity."

You wait to print, then wait to check, then wait to drop your own bags (with zero instruction or customer service or signage), then wait for security. They hate for EVERYTHING: just to check in for your flight and pick a seat. $11-17-37 to sit together. Each. And then for bags. $35 to check and $60 to carry on (makes no sense) even when checking in online early. And even more cost to have both checked and carry on. And seats don't recline, that costs more. And have a 4inch by 5 inch-ish tray table. And EVERYTHING costs money onboard from WATER to Pepsi to snacks. It cost an extra $92 each way for two of us to check in and check one small bag. My back hurts and I will ALWAYS pay a bit more for another airline."

Charge for a dedicated seat to ensure you aren't stuck in the middle? Check. Remove the recline feature from all seats? Check. The thing that really killed me though was their "new and improved" seat trays. Instead of the already too small tray on other airlines, they have cut the tray literally in half. All it could possibly hold is a drink. No laptop, no book...Really, were the savings that great over the life of the plane that this was a good buy? The only plus is you have a reason why you weren't able to get any work done on a plane..."

Cons: "Being in that seat for 3.5 hours was the worst thing I have ever experienced on an airplane. I think I pinched the Vagus nerve in my abdomen and almost passed out on the airplane. I somehow was able to tell my wife that I needed help, she asked for water, they told me it would be $3 and I told them that I needed to go to the bathroom fast because I was very ill. Made it to the flight attendant's seat by the bathroom and sat there for a minute, then was able to open the bathroom door. Sat on the floor of the bathroom for about 5 minutes and was 100% better. Didn't even need to vomit because my circulation seemed to normalize after getting out of that horrible seat. Imagine - sitting on the floor in the tiny bathroom was more comfortable and actually cured me. They get one star out of 10 from my because they gave me free water. Otherwise it would be zero."

Cons: "Seating is very tight! Horrible, in fact! If you are a short, petite person then okay but even at 5'9", the seating is very uncomfortable. The hidden fees made their cheap flights a joke. Everything is a cost, luggage, tickets, carry ons and so on, so you end up paying the same if not more. Booked on Delta last minute at an additional cost to us but we had reservations already booked. Good lesson learned .... DO NOT use them. You will be much better off with another airline."

Cons: "My Friday 2:31 flight was cancelled. The soonest they could get me to Vegas was 12:49 on Saturday. A short weekend away just turned into a shorter weekend. Spirit would not refund for Hotel or Show tickets that I was unable to attend due to their flight cancellation. Nor would they refund me for the $9 long term parking bill I accrued for standing in their cancellation line for 2 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon."

The woman seated next to us was allowed to board very intoxicated and ended up pooping her pants and we had to sit next to her for the entire flight. Unfriendly staff. Then they lost our luggage that was carrying $15,000 worth of our art that we were traveling with fir a trade show. Terrible customer service trying to recover our luggage. The water in the plane was $3. The peanuts cost extra. The worst flying experience in my life."

Pros: "I was very skeptical and concerned that I would "get what you pay for" with Spirit, given some recently publicity about customer satisfaction, but I found it equal to, if not better than, all my other flights with Delta. It helps to go in knowing a few things (like always book your bags with you initial flight booking), but both our flights were on time (or early), no lost luggage and nothing to complain about. I will definitely be flying Spirit again."

Cons: "Seats much too small for grown-ups. They didn't honor my pre-paid suitcase fee. Nowhere did they warn us the suitcase weight limit was 40 lbs instead of the standard 50 lbs. All in all a fairly unpleasant experience. More information about the add-on fees might help with their customer service. The delays (waiting for flight crew for a different airplane) probably could have been avoided."

Pros: "About the only good thing on this flight was the flight was smooth"
Cons: "No room at all, seats were extremely narrow and didn't recline, fold down tray was about 3x6 inches, couldn't use it for anything. We were stuck on the tarmac for 1 hour due to de-icing procedures then the 3 hour flight. Nothing was offered free for our troubles, we had to beg for a cup of ice to melt to have some liquids, a small bottle of water was $3. We didn't have to beg for the 10 minute infomercial towards the end of the flight trying to get people to apply for a Bank of American credit card. One female flight attendant must have poured an entire bottle of perfume, the smell was over powering, many people were complaining about burning eyes and throats, this attendant nor did the rest seem to be concerned about it. Another concern is we thought the flight deck door is to remain closed and locked the entire flight. The flight crew came in and out numerous times and the flight attendants took turns going into the flight deck for several minutes. The flight attendant who wreaked of perfume spent much time in the flight deck. When the pilots were needing to get back in they dialed up on their intercom phone and were making some kind of comments and then laughing and quickly hung up. We paid extra to board right away due to needing to bring medical equipment to put in overhead bin, did not call our zone as supposed to and by the time we were allowed on the bins above our seat and nearby were full with carry-ons from people seated elsewhere. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" we paid for a cheap flight and we got it, that will not happen again."
