They just towed it to the gate late! No announcements were made as to the lateness of the flight until the departure time had actually passed."

Pros: "Liked the food, flight attendants, entertainment and overall comfort even though it's just economy. You just have to come prepared with what you need to stay entertained and comfortable ie snacks, comfortable clothes and shoes, jacket or sweater, pillow, headphones, music. Better of you can bring your own headphones that use bluetooth and headphone jack cable."
Cons: "Boarding process is chaotic at best and starts 20 minutes before take off. It works but it's very chaotic for economy passengers. I am sure it's much easier and nicer for premium economy and business select and first class passengers so you get what you pay for lol."

Cons: "Being delayed 3 1/2 hours...but at least now I know the ' friends' I traveled w/aren't the people I though they were. Their American Airlines flight was on time. They arrived at LAX at 6:30 a.m. By the time I landed at 10, they were already home. Without me."
Cons: "We were unable to access the boarding area until about 15 min prior to the flight for some unknown reason. We were held in an "anteroom" area. The boarding process was a bit confused as a result."

Cons: "First I wasn't told I'd be going domestic . Arrived at the airport 4:30 to catch the internation flight @7:20. Funny thing is I was the only person around. There was the changing of shifts for ground & cleaning etc. No ticket booths. Put passport in kiosk,it said basically no. Finally a ticket agent showed up. She tried my passport ,and nothing. Checked threw the computer & it said leaving out of domestic. Go down to the end of the hall, can check in there. It's Qantas alright, not open till 7:00. Start to panic a bit. Stopped someone and asked. They told me I was at the wrong terminal! Get to other, check in. Ask if I have to collect luggage and customs at LAX. No goes right threw. Wrong. Waited for cases at LAX. Have to collect & go threw customs. No cases, lost in Melbourne. Then I was ignored."
Cons: "Missed as a result of delayed flight an hour the same as on the way out To Sydney which threw a wrench in everything. Both times “to clean the plane” get a system that works."

Pros: "The crew on both legs of our flight were great and did their very best to take care of the customers even in poor circumstances."
Cons: "Our original flight from Sydney to SFO was cancelled due to mechanical issues after boarding over an hour late and then sitting in our seats on the tarmac for over 3 hours. The flight was rebooked for the next day, but on a much older and far less comfortable plane. The plane had no room of any kind, especially for a taller person, and there was no choice but to put your seat back if the person in front of you had. The inflight entertainment was also far less advanced. After having such an excellent flight to Australia I was highly disappointed by the flight home. Other than putting us in a free hotel for the night and paying for taxi fares there was no compensation which cost me a full day of work."

Cons: "Headphone jack and USB charging jack didn't work. So wasn't able to watch any movies. Arm rest was broken. When the seat in front reclines it gets very tight forcing you to recline and do it to the person behind you. Needs refurbishing. The seats are in poor shape and are pretty tight."
Cons: "I had pre-requested a seat and got moved when I arrived but I didn't notice so I couldn't ask to be reseated until I got on the plane and realized. I also found the crew to be blunt and not friendly."

Cons: "The cabin crew was rude and had no self awareness. 2 times where I wasn't finished with my drink and they grabbed it right out of my hands. I was grabbing it so they could clear everything else but they took it as me trying to hand it to them. Both times I told them I was still drinking that and they disregarded it and threw it in the trash without hesitation. It's like they were robots on autopilot. Also, the male attendant in my row would always bump me pretty severely with his bum while grabbing things from the cart."

Cons: "I was not able to check-in on my mobile phone. I was not able to check-in at the Kiosk. I had to check my carry-on bag all the way through to Los Angeles."

Cons: "No info ahead of time about checking in. Once we got to the airport, I was told that I should have known better & checked in 24 hours prior. initially, the agent said that all seats are appropriated randomly. At the gate, I'm told different. I had to fight tooth & nail to get a seat next to my wife (who often gets airsick). It didn't feel good to have to argue & make a scene to accomplish this."

Cons: "I had a flight Auckland-London, booked through Emirates but operated by Qantas. The flight got to London with a delay of 2 hours 20 min, because they made us wait 2 hours 20 min more than planned in Dubai, where incidentally all the other Emirates flights had no delay, only our Qantas one. This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation."
