Pros: The crew was very friendly. The seats were comfortable. But most of all, I felt safe on the flight.
Cons: Nothing I can think of. Thank you for a peaceful flight.
Pros: The crew was great and online booking put our two grandkids on our itinerary with us!
Cons: Our flight from Dublin arrived late, we missed our connection to the Alaska airlines. Since the arrival from Dublin came into terminal 1 and our Alaska airlines flight was in terminal 6 we would most likely have not made our connection anyway. Since we had a 3rd party booking they could do nothing.
Pros: My bags are not check-in all the way to my final destination from an International Flight. My flight was delayed .
Cons: I wish passengers from an international flight has a better checkin baggage policy. I don't have to re-checkin again to my final destination.
Cons: My "window" seat was between windows, very uncomfortable to crane my neck over 90 degrees to see out. Should make that clear before I select it.
Pros: nothing you took me for my money and made me spend an extr $1600 dollars to get home from half way around the world. I felt you would have higher expectations from your service to people
Cons: treated me like i was a person and not someone that you are just collecting money from to pad your wallets
Pros: It was on time
Cons: The ground staff was careless, thus, they just broke my Second baggage in that transit.
Pros: Very smooth landing. Love the leg room, even in economy. Makes me come back to alaska since Im tall! Spotlessly clean, love that being a germaphobe.
Cons: A little stingey with giving an entire can of soda (refused). Probably because it was a regional flight operates by SkyWest. Ill live, just was a bit surprised (my one way ticket cost $400, and I cant even get a WHOLE can of soda? Like, really?)
Pros: Cheap to upgrade to first class, friendly staff efficient boarding.
Cons: WiFi network was broken.
Pros: That the fly was on time.
Cons: I didn’t like the attendance she was rude. They took my ID and they didn’t gave it back Can you please mail to my addres. 4420 Oregon st apt #1 San Diego ca92116
Pros: Flight was on time-ish, no trouble really. Call center folks were great.
Cons: Our original flight was cancelled with no explanation. My girlfriend was notified of this and I was not. When I called to get my flight details I was informed that I was to fly out on a completely different day instead. After explaining that there was no chance of that happening, the call center rep was happy to help. The flight was now an American Airlines flight booked through Alaska. About 3 days before our flight we both received calls from American saying that they did not have our passenger information. Apparently Alaska just didn't transfer that over. We also now had two confirmation codes as the returning and connecting flights were still with Alaska. Once we got to the airport on the day of I was able to print my American Airlines boarding pass, however I could not print my Alaska boarding pass on neither American nor Alaska's kiosks. It was a redeye flight as well so there was no staff at the check in counters yet. We ultimately did get to our destination, but it was such a completely unnecessary headache to get there.
Pros: Flying Alaska airlines is always something I have a bittersweet relationship. I love almost everything that Alaska does to improve their airline. Their wifi is some of the best in the US and its very affordable. Their "picnic box" snacks are awesome and unique, better than what you will find elsewhere, they have USB and full AC outlets at every seat, and their rewards program is the best in the business. By all accounts, AlaskaAir would be my favorite airline out there. But the staff that Alaska hires is just so terrible. Everytime I fly with them, they have simply the worst staff. Pair this with some of the best features of any airline and it leaves me scratching my head on whether or not I want to fly with them or to fly with an airline like Delta which might have fewer frills, but offers much better staff to help you.
Cons: The flight attendants were maybe the worst on any flight ever.
Pros: Overall it was smooth and quick and a great flight. Will be choosing Alaska again.
Cons: The crew's attitude could've been better
Cons: Had to ask for food to eat. Primary meal were heated cookies that could have been used as rocks. Took forever for crew to get drinks and serve. The worst first class I have ever been on. Seats were like riding in a 50 year old car.
Pros: What sets this airline apart from the others is its aircraft. Charging stations, inflight WIFI and the free movies is excellent. I will recommend to any one I know who flies!
Pros: The plane didn't have any mechanical issues.
Cons: The flight was late because the previous plane had issues.
Pros: The flight was quick
Pros: Friendly, on time
Pros: Not just a cookie but an option for more variety of snacks . Not just something sweet but maybe a more savory.
Cons: The crew was very nice . There was a long delay in Stewardess coming to pick up trash . That's really my own complaint. Boarding was quick. Overall experience was
Pros: we drove to salt lake. then flew out to Seattle washington., nice flight. everyone was polite.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the flight was smooth
Pros: Flight attendants were so helpful.
Pros: The option to upgrade to first class for a reasonable price
Pros: the folks at Alaska Airlines were super helpful and outgoing. They really make your happiness a priority.
Cons: I like that they have the power supply for the electronics on board.
Pros: I liked how friendly the attendants were and how the pilot included us on what was going on
Pros: After traveling on United earlier this week and having a horrific experience, Alaska airlines was the complete opposite. I had no problem making connecting flights, and all your staff was very friendly And helpful! I only wish you were in the southwestern part of the country as I live in Tennessee!
Pros: There was nothing out of the ordinary for this trip. I paid for my ticket and I got a ride to Salt Lake.
Cons: Alaska Airline trip was nothing special at all. I did notice more people did not look the crew in the eye as much as in past trips. Passengers seemed more timid than normal engage a crew member, opting more to keep to themselves.
Pros: This was our first time using Alaska Airlines and they were great! Checking in online was easy. Flight attendants and other staff were friendly and seemed to have your best interest in mind. My husband and I had a 20 hour layover in LA coming back from Costa Rica and we asked if we would have to pay another fee to recheck our bag for the second flight. They were very understanding and waived the fee since our overnight stay in LA was technically a layover and we had previously made the whole reservation for both flights at once using their company. Overall we liked our experience with Alaska and would definitely use them again!
Pros: More legroom than any airline I remember flying with recently. Super friendly gate agents ( needed to make a seat change last minute) and fun flight crew. Flight left 10 minutes ahead of schedule since all passengers were on board.
Pros: I had a baby with me and the crew were so helpful! Thank you!
Cons: Work on your website! Logging in was a huge hassle because of several reasons I don't feel like getting into now.
Pros: Our flight was delayed from Mexico, so we raced to another terminal from the international terminal at LAX. He gate had actually been closed but they got permission to open it again just for us.
Cons: My things got stolen and I filed a complaint but no one got back to me!!!!
Pros: Good flight, left on time, arrived early, friendly crew.
Cons: Not that I feel entitled, but the complimentary movies and tv through my computer didn't work at all. The splash screen at airborne.gogoinflight.com worked fine, but airbornemedia.gogoinflight.com just timed out every time I tried to load it. So, that was a no-go.
Pros: The gate staff and flight staff were courteous and friendly.
Cons: The flight was delayed over two hours and even when that delay was reduced at the gate, it was delayed yet again. Plus, my baggage was over 30 minutes late at baggage claim.
Pros: The crew was great, friendly and helpful. Very nice interior of the aircraft.
Cons: No air from the vent. Very warm, was sweaty the whole flight.
Pros: Sure did like the new plane. Quiet and comfortable
Pros: Boarding was quick and efficient. WiFi on the plane was nice. The pilot kept us updated on the cubs game and I thought that was neat.
Cons: I would have liked to see more customer oriented service from the staff. I was having a really hard time getting my bag into the carry on bin but the staff did not help. A passenger did. I also asked on my flight back if I could switch to another row that could lean back since the flight was so empty. The flight attendant just asked me where I was supposed to be sitting and walked away after that. I thought it was rude. I wouldn't have minded if she said no, but she didn't give me an answer.
Pros: All good in Alaska air!!! Would fly them again no problem.
Pros: My trip going to California and coming back home was so nice. I had no problems, everyone were eager to help. I felt so comfortable. The plane was clean. I would travel with Kayak (Alaska airlines ) again.
Cons: I have no complaints.
Pros: Alaska airlines is amazing! I always feel very welcome, and there is never any hassle.
Pros: Airplane was very quiet for a prop plane.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: Roomy seat, expensive change fee
Cons: Bad smell on plane
Pros: Space on plane and staff
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: Reasonable baggage fee. Comfortable flight, seats, etc. Plenty of space for legs (I'm 6'4"). Requested window seat was available. Pleasant, professional staff at the gate. A little rough over the mountains -- but that always happens to SLC. Our flight was actually early. Baggage was waiting for me at the carousel when I arrived -- and I went almost directly there. I've never had that happen before -- great. I will fly Alaska again.
Cons: My only complaint was with check-in. I used the self-serve kiosk, which was easy to follow and efficient. The problem arose when I needed to check my bag. The computer instructs the passenger to go to the "baggage drop-off area," which I did. However, there was nobody there to receive my bag or to check my ID and give me a boarding pass. There was staff helping other customers at the "full-service" area, and I tried to get their attention. All I got in return was a head shake "no." This was especially frustrating since one of the staff members was observing other staff -- not actually working the computer to check in customers. I understand that she may not be able to leave her post to operate another post, but it seems reasonable to walk the mere 10 feet over to me to explain that I am in the right area and someone will assist me shortly. I ended up getting in line, which defeats the purpose of the kiosk, only to see a staff member show up to the drop off area. Going back, everything went fine from there.
Pros: I travel with a fragile instrument, and everyone was helpful in ensuring that I stowed it safely.
Pros: The flight attendant was very attentive to our needs while traveling with 2 small children.
Cons: The entertainment offered was very limited for a 4 hour flight.
Pros: the crew took very good care of us
Pros: The crew was nice.
Cons: THE FLIGHT LEFT WITHOUT ME AND THREE OTHER PEOPLE
Pros: The crew was nice
Pros: Nothing, the flight was canceled without a refund. I highly recommend canceling all business with kiwi in the future.
Cons: My flight could have occurred or I could have been refunded.
Pros: Loved this crew!!!
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Being on time with everything.
Pros: They got us there on time and safe.
Cons: Nothing really you guys did a really good job getting me to where I need to go.Thank you so much!!!
Cons: Really felt happy on time touch down nice journey with delta
Pros: Friendly crew
Pros: Crew was good seats were too tight
Cons: better seats that come with a basic fare
Pros: The crew was amazing! The seat was comfortable.
Cons: Used the self check in kiosk to begin! That was awesome! But after that I still had to stand in line to check in my bags. That part of the process took a bit longer than expected.
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: That was the most uncomfortable and cramped seat I had ever had on a plane flight. Even sitting on the pillow did not help.
Pros: Everything was amazing
Pros: I like that I arrived at my destination safely.
Cons: My allergies were bothering me due to the airlines allowing animals to travel as passengers, in this case a rabbit. I am very allergic to animals. My breathing was compromised.
Pros: I missed my flight and you guys helped me catch the next one :D I was able to still make it yo my final destination within the same day
Pros: This had one of the best attendants I have encountered. She was extra friendly and made us feel good.
Cons: The flight was 2 hours delayed.. this cause a lot of inconvienece..
Pros: Everything was on time and efficient. I also liked that the captain came on and updated us on arrival, turbulence, weather, etc.
Cons: Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business.
Pros: Pilot was courteous, pleasant and kept us informed of flight status.
Pros: Everything was perfect and most of all ON TIME Thank you Delta!
Pros: Wonderful plane, delicious food, great variety of drinks. Lots of movies to select from
Cons: Ac not working at last 30 minutes of flight.
Cons: Plane was old flight was right on time
Cons: We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system.
Cons: They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware
Pros: In flight movies
Cons: The flight was 3 hours late taking off which made us miss our connection to chicago so we are stuck in Atlanta tonight with unplanned expenses we were not planning on!
Cons: Very uncomfortable flight. Seats are to close to each other
Pros: Very friendly crew
Cons: Seatbelts very short given ample seat size
Cons: The special meal I ordered was delivered to someone else. The entertainment system wasn't functioning properly and no English susbtiles we're offered for any of the movies, unlike my previous Delta flights (for some reason there were only Chinese)
Pros: Everything from the check-in to the landing was great. We were well informed about what was going on with out luggage (we were on a regional flight) and the assortment of free snacks were superb! I guess I'll be a returning customer
Cons: I was expecting some form of entertainment (radio, overhead monitor, etc) on the CRJ700. But it really don't take away from the experience since T-Mobile partnered with the Wi-Fi service and I received a free hour of Wi-Fi!
Pros: the service in general very nice
Pros: The boarding process in Atlanta was as smooth as could be expected given that it was a full flight. I appreciated the gate announcer's suggestions to everyone about how to ease the overhead baggage crunch.
Cons: Economy is very tight quarters.
Cons: I always hate to hear erroneous announcements. I don't need to know why I need to keep my seatbelt on; just to do it and MAYBE how long I'll need to do it. You don't need to alert me when you're turning the seat belt sign off. There's a "ding" and the light goes off. You could wake me up, or my wife or my sleeping child. It's like they like to hear themselves talk.
Pros: I got home safe
Cons: Plane delayed by over 3 hours and they told me to wait at the airport for 6 hours instead of arriving at the normal international flight arrival times. My day was completely wasted. They offered a replacement plane was old with tiny broken screens, broken seats. It smelled horrible as we were boarding from the tarmac. I'll never eat airplane food again.
Cons: My flight got to New York so late!!!! I missed my international flight.
Cons: Not great communication from gate or staff on board. Failed to provide adequate water. No ice on super warm flight. Just bad experience overall.
Pros: Spacious, clean, great host and hostesses. The flight arrived at our destination 30 minutes early.
Pros: Newer plane! Comfortable
Cons: Nothing just great
Pros: It was only 1.5 hr flight.
Cons: Apparently Delta has decided even if you have a qualified KTN, they can arbitrary decide not to honor do you cannot precheck thru TSA. No way to input KTN at purchase on website and couldn't get it done at ticket counter. Thanks Delta
Cons: Not enough water on the flight and we landed in a parking lot and shuttled back to the airport.
Cons: The entertainment system was extremely difficult to deal with. The screen did not seem receptive to the human finger and often the menu lines were small and very close together, leading to the incorrect item being selected. Finally I gave up and was just trying to put on "my flight", but it just made me take survey after survey, instead of allowing me access to "my flight" information.
Cons: Everything. Boarded, day on the runway for nearly 3 hours, and then cancelled. No hotel allowance and all hotels near LGA full.
Pros: I was cleared for standby! Flight attendant at the stl gate is always friendly and willing to help! I love her!
Cons: I waited almost 6 hours on the phone the night before the flight to get on standby! Almost didn't get the flight! Was charged $50 only to not get on my next flight because it was over booked! Flight attendant was very rude!
Pros: I liked that I was able to get able to get an earlier flight!
Cons: I don't like that I had to pay $50 extra dollars for standby on both legs of my flight! I am a very loyal delta customer and these past times flying I feel like my favorite airline is turning into the bad airlines delay everytime, problems with the plane fare prices too high! I'm starting to think about taking my business elsewhere!
Pros: 10 minutes early departure
Cons: There isn't enough seats in the gate area and sitting on the runway for 10 extra minutes we could have been early
Pros: It was great and very roomy I felt like a movie STAR!!!
Cons: Terrible logistics. Stuck on tarmac because they couldn’t clear the previous plane out of the gate. Fellow passengers missed their connecting flights.
Cons: Canceled flight caused me to remain in a hotel for another day. Confusing check in. No one to help. Machines broken. Unable to disembark from the plane. Bad logistics all the way around.
Pros: Seats were great! No snackage... #covid19
Pros: excellent service very happy with the crew
Cons: Better food
Cons: The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel.
Cons: Be on time. Run planes that aren’t constantly breaking down.
Pros: Pilot was awesome. Beautiful landing. Got us there safely.
Cons: Handicap issues. We were exiting on the tarmac in Charlotte- all crew left us on the plane waiting for assistance to get off. Finally when someone showed they would not come up the ramo to get my Mom. I backed her down myself while 5 bewildered airport workers looked confused.
Cons: 2 hour delays on both flights of a round trip
Cons: Waited one hour and 50 minutes for my luggage. The ENTIRE flight had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for our bags to come in on the carousel. There were no apologies or explanations or compensation offered for our wait. Absolutely unacceptable.
Pros: Wonderful and on-time!
Pros: Flight did not take place because of cancelled return flight. the whole itinerary was cancelled.
Cons: because of cancelled flight I had to schedule a new itinerary directly through American Airlines. The cost increased from $947.50 to $1,873 plus airport parking for 17 days.
Pros: A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.
Cons: Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.
Pros: I fflew Delta last Nov. Had meals movies dinner inks etc. American I am serv d beverages no meals and no movies. Getting ridiculous
Pros: Great seats in first class
Pros: No problems, friendly crew
Pros: Professional crew. Good landing.
Cons: Twice delayed because of delays in Newark connection. Need more room in coach.
Pros: We got to our destination safely, and American provided us with extra legroom seats.
Cons: Service was curt and there was only phone-based entertainment.
Pros: Comfortable aircraft with an efficient and present crew.
Cons: First, passengers had to wait in the main terminal for a bus ride to a remote terminal to wait to board. The only food items offered in first class were unhealthful packaged snacks. On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged.
Pros: Everything went smoothly.
Cons: Escape row seat in a non-escape row wasn’t too fun or comfy. Took half the flight to connect to the WiFi to watch movies to discover that the selection was limited and poor selections at that.
Pros: Crew On time Boarding
Cons: Seat space very tight and I’m not a very big person Seat ahead of me fully reclined left me even less space Seats are very uncomfortable Expected more for the cost of over $200 one way
Cons: An S80? Really? This plane was older than me! Horrible plane! The crew looked like they had been up since 4 am. Looked exhausted and unfriendly. I do want to clarify that this was an American Airlines operated plane, not etihad.
Pros: Flying beats driving
Cons: no entertainment or food.
Pros: Quick boarding, on time departure and early arrival. No waiting for a gate at LGA upon arrival - excellent.
Cons: Flight connections time was not enough for mam with infant.we missed the flight should better set up that kind of big airport
Pros: I was so happy I could check in online and boarding was a breeze. I actually got to sit by the window when my original seat was in the middle. So nice of the ladies to suggest it to me.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: The video monitor for my seat was broken. So, low entertainment score.
Pros: Biscotti, pilot, crew
Cons: Seating is so uncomfortable, unable to recline more than an inch or so, then everybody rushes around making you return to an upright position! What's the point?
Pros: everything was on tyime
Pros: On time take off
Cons: Flight was late, got a message from Kayak that it was delayed 3 hours...thank goodness I happened to check again, because then it was only delayed for 41 mins, then it gave me an update that it was only 21 mins delayed, then went back to 41! Pretty inconvenient, and it would have been nice to get a text, not just some silent pop up
Pros: Smooth - trouble free - calm process
Pros: On time arrival
Cons: Everything else
Pros: JAL is customer oriented and it's always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, though the return trip is also JAL, the cabin crew isn't.
Cons: Only suggestion would be to make the connection process a little easier. If the passenger doesn't speak English, the fact you need to print the international ticket in Miami, then re-enter at checkpoint might create confusion.
Pros: The flight attendants were great and very friendly!
Cons: The wifi wasn't very good so I couldn't access the in flight entertainment I also had my own snacks so I didn't buy any food
Pros: Boarding was good, Good flight , good service , plane was small for the distance with limited space for movement ,
Pros: Great selection of movies, comfortable flight overall.
Cons: Only one drink service for 5 hours, attendants not friendly or attentive, and it took an eternity--again with AA--for the bags to hit the carousel. Over 30 minutes' wait.
Cons: Got to charlotte with 80 minutes to connect. Sat on the tarmac for 60 waiting for a gate. Missed connection by <5 minutes. Thanks, AA!
Pros: Non stop
Pros: Laura was very helpful and so was the gate agent.
Cons: No food or beverages for me. I slept comfortably on my flight
Pros: You provide me with the best ticket prices and to me that was the the most important part of of the trip thx
Cons: The airlines charging for your luggage
Pros: Everything was great could have done nothing to improve wonderful set
Cons: Everything was great magnificent service no complaints
Pros: One I love free sodies and two I love free sodies with a smile. I definitely got both with this flight crew.
Cons: Not enough sodies and I couldn't smell my own farts.
Pros: First flight from STL to ORD was amazing. I was upgraded to 1st class...not sure why. Robert was a fantastic flight attendant.
Cons: There was a delay on my second flight from ord to gsp bc there was some type of miscommunication/altercation with some passengers not wearing masks. I have been traveling since 11 am and it was annoying to have to wait another hour.
Cons: The internet connection was terrible i was not able to see anything that was being offered
Cons: Not delayed every leg of this trip and extend the travel time from 16 hours to 30 hours!
Pros: Friendly service
Cons: Cramped seating in basic economy, the upgrade seating wasn’t much better
Cons: No Wi-Fi and no food
Pros: Flight left on time. There was plenty of room. Nice staff.
Cons: It was very cold on the plane because the valve for the heat was frozen.
Pros: Lots of leg room for a regional jet.
Cons: AC was not very good. Very warm on flight.
Cons: Aircraft, cabin crew
Pros: The boarding was quick due to the size of the plane/amount of people. The flight was short- less than 50 minutes.
Cons: It was a 2x2 charter flight with very tight seating. There were some seating issues, and the attendant was a little rude about them to some customers.
Pros: Quick boarding, departed on time, arrived early, good cabin communication
Cons: This is a very cramped commuter jet, just one flight attendant to serve entire plane, she came by once for drinks but not a second time
Pros: Efficient crew. It
Cons: It was good overall.
Pros: the fact that the flight arrived on time without delay and the gates were easy to locate.
Cons: How on earth did my i arrived lagos and only one out of my two bags showed up, i have to extend my stay in lagos and hoping my bag will come the next day, i have to pay $100 extra just to extend my one night hotel booking to two nights.
Cons: Our flight was delayed. We did not make the connecting flight. They would not provide us another flight same day or money back or money for the rental that we required.
Pros: Fast boarding.
Cons: The flight was half empty and when I tried to move a row ahead of me (from economy to economy plus), the flight attendance rudely told me I had to move back to my seat since the economy plus seat was $70 more. However, a reasonable airline would upgrade their customers to first or economy plus to not only appease their customers but to fill some empty seats. Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later.
Pros: He was the epitome of the Friendly Skies. Chatted with whom wished to chat was quite near those that wanted to snooze on this early morning flight.
Pros: Boarding and flight went smoothly and on time. Too short for food or entertainment
Pros: The crew on the plane was nice and helpful.
Cons: I understand pretzels for the most part are allergy friendly however I have a gluten intolerance so I couldn’t have them and i couldn’t download the United app because there wasn’t WiFi available anywhere in the terminal and there weren’t any charging stations.
Pros: Everything was excellent! I even got upgraded to a window seat!
Pros: Service was excellent
Pros: That I didn't have to walk to Fargo. I wasn't dragged off a plane.
Cons: 3 flights to Fargo were cancelled. I was told I would not get to Fargo until 32 hours after my original time I was suppose to land in Fargo. After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period.
Cons: Never on time
Pros: I managed not to use toilet.
Cons: An epic storm (April 27-May 4) caused my bicycle tour across MO to flood out during our trip. Rescheduling my flight back to CA cost &230..same price as RT. Gouging people leaving a massive flood! The governor of MO declared a State of Emergency yet my trip cancellation insurance didn't cover what was clearly beyond my control. I'm left with some hard feelings.
Pros: Crew members were awesome and very attentive both at the airport and on board.
Pros: smooth flight, good service
Cons: hold up to board family with 2 much luggage, overhead bins 2 small
Pros: Professional staff, landed safely, the NY skyline is gorgeous
Cons: Had to get on a later flight, TSA sucks as usual, I'm too tall for that plane
Cons: Small plane
Cons: Flight was delayed so long I missed my connecting flight and spent 18 hours traveling rather than 8.
Cons: Seating...loudness..cost of beverages..getting/storing baggage. Aesthetics
Pros: For the most part the ride was nice.
Cons: Seats were so small
Pros: Because of a 10 minute fix, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for paperwork. I missed my connecting flight because of this.
Cons: My friends dad passed away and was unable to get money back to go to his funeral. Plane was a small express plane which was never mentioned. Had to check bag because overhead bins were too small. No wifi. Dad and Kid took my assigned seat.
Pros: Flight was pleasant.
Cons: My luggage was left behind and it was an awful experience! My medication was in my luggage and could not use it which made me suffer tremendous pain and discomfort. No one got back to me to offer compensation!
Pros: Both flights left on time and arrived at least 20 minutes early. My bag arrived at the baggage claim ten minutes after I arrived, and all went very well. I'm grateful.
Cons: All was perfect
Pros: The service was prompt and professional. The plane on this trip was clean and in good repair. The snack was simple and tasty. It was a pleasure flying United.
Cons: The first flight from St. Louis to Chicago was very small. While I don't have concerns about flying in a small plane, I can imagine those nervous about air travel would feel concerned with the size of the aircraft.
Pros: The boarding process went smoothly and was on schedule.
Cons: Overhead compartment filled up and it was hard funding space for my bag.
Pros: Everything was great on the flight- we even got a snack ( stroopwafel cookie reminiscent of when I lived in Amsterdam ) and a drink. I haven't flown united in a while and was pleasantly surprised.
Cons: Nothing but my flights were short ( under 1 hours)
Cons: Little more time between flights would be nice
Cons: Luggage compartment too small even for a rolling laptop bag
Pros: Was able to get on an earlier flight
Pros: I like the seats and the leg space .they were very comfortable .
Cons: No comment
Cons: The delay. It was approximately a 2 hour delay getting to Arcata.
Pros: Wifi on flight
Pros: Gate agent was great.... Have me an edit row seat. But my 90 minute flight from St Louis, led to a 40 minute wait for my bag
Pros: we were 10 minutes early to the gate
Cons: super cramped quarters, like touching legs to the next person the whole squirmy flight close... the plane was made for little people.
Pros: Rain delayed our take off but most of the time was made up. No complaints!
Cons: Forced to check our carry on suitcase even though there was plenty of room above the seats.
Pros: They got me on a flight home that night
Cons: I had to wait 4 hours in the St. Louis airport and 4 hours in the Dallas airport. Was a very long day!!!! I do not like to fly American Airlines and that was the only flight that was available. The plains are small and cabin pressure always hurts my ears.
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: I wish we would have known ahead of time that we needed our own personal devises to watch a movie. We would have been better prepared. We didn't" have long to download the Intied app and for some it just wouldn't load so they could watch a movie. I also wish there was a better selection of movie to watch.
Pros: Departed close to on-time. And as a pilot myself any landing you walk away from is a good landing.
Cons: Boarding nearly last there was no room in the overhead compartments. This aircraft is tiny and with my small bag on the floor my feet rested on top of my bag making it cramped.
Pros: Quick efficient
Pros: Flight itself went smoothly and crew was responsive to people's needs
Cons: The check-in process for Frontier is a scam. Initial cost of my flight was $70, but they neglected to inform me of extra charges like carry-on and assigned seating until the time of Check-in, which upped my price to ~$130. Still not the worst price, but it was very scummy that this wasn't just charged upfront. Seats are uncomfortable, which led to many people getting up despite the seatbelt sign being on.
Cons: Frontier made me miss this flight
Cons: El servicio es de lo peor
Pros: Crew very kind and helpful. Seats a little tight
Cons: More leg room
Pros: The ease of getting onboard.
Cons: I paid extra for the exit seats thinking there were going to be more comfortable, they were worse then the regular seats and I felt ripped off. On top of that you charge for water? That’s silly.
Pros: I didn’t like a think since I checked in online and arrived within the 45-60min window to check my luggage. The system said it couldn’t find me. Frontier marked me as a no show before the time window closed
Cons: A full refund or they could’ve let me use that ticket price I’ve towards another flight equal to or of lesser value. What really ticked me off was I had to pay for my bags for them to turn around right after I gave them my card to swipe they then mark me as a no show getting even more money from. I will never use frontier ever again. I’d rather pay more money and delta
Cons: No allowing passengers in the back run to the front when the plane stops
Cons: You get what you pay for! Super full flight, no amenities or comfort
Cons: Upholding mask expectations! Several passengers deviated without accountability checks by crew.
Pros: Direct 3 hour flight! Easy
Cons: Bring on time but not a biggie!
Pros: My seat and the flight crew.
Cons: You being on time.
Pros: Finding a better price than the actual site of the air line
Cons: Nothin honestly.
Pros: We had plenty of room with our young children. Everything was super clean!
Pros: For low fare it’s ok
Cons: It’s ok as we travelled as low fare
Pros: The flight attendants were pretty nice and attentive. The captain was good at keeping the passengers updated.
Cons: The 2 hour delay was not fun while we sat waiting on the airplane. I realize this is not the crew’s fault.
Cons: The flight was delayed twice after boarding, we had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours. I dont think frontier is worth the price anymore, you definatley get what you pay for. I had to check a bag both ways because a checked bag is cheaper than their fee to carry on a bag. There were no complimentary drinks or snack even after having to sit on the plane for so long. I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier.
Pros: The seats had lots of room
Cons: The flight attendants were very informal and not well groomed. The announcements made were not very professional
Cons: Flight was more than 1 1/2 hours late taking off after we had already boarded with only one update from captain explaining that there was a computer problem and he had no idea when it would be fixed but that they were working on it. When we finally did take off, we waited for an additional 30 minutes in Salt Lake while we waited for a gate and another 30 minutes to be allowed off after reaching the gate. Given the amount of time for security and early check-in protocol, I could have rented a car and only arrived an hour later to my destination without having to endure this flight.
Cons: The ticket was cheap so of course we booked asap! Additionally you pay for your seat, some airlines there is free options, sometimes not. But with the price of your seat and ticket with any other airline, it comes with a free carry on bag and even some small free snacks on the flight. Nope. Pay extra hefty fees for small carry on, and of course pay extra for peanuts or even water. So after everything, it’s the same price as any other airline. At least delta has TV or United has snack options or American has decent leg room. Didn’t like either Frontier plane I flew on. Now I know for the future, it’s not as cheap as I thought.
Pros: Crew was fine.
Cons: Please forward this to everyone you know! Do NOT EVER fly on Frontier Airlines!!!!!! They are a total joke and charge fees for EVERYTHING!!!!! Want to carry on a bag or push everything you need into a small backpack? Oh, need to take clothes? Well that's $40...per carry on, $60+ at the airport. Oh, you wanted to sit down? That will cost you...$10 per seat minimum, again more at the airport. Btw, those fees only cover one leg of the trip. You can save by leaving your luggage there. See how helpful we are? You think you are getting a good fare but the fees have made my trip almost three times the initial fare. United is testing similar "economy" fares. None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, they should get hazard pay. They have to try to justify these ridiculous policies. Save yourself money and frustration and NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES!!!!!!!
Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: Missed my flight because lack of people to check people in. So slow. Waited 25 minutes. Figured I missed my flight since the board said on time. It was 2:25. Asked if I could get on 7:30 flight. Took computer 10 minutes for her to see and book. As I left, she said the 2:30 was still boarding. I said, oh, do you think I could still make it? She said the plane was still loading and running a bit late, but impossible to get on because I was booked on the 7:30 flight. I will probably not fly Frontier again. 4 hours later and $50 dollars in the hole for food and drink sitting here dreading my middle seat and no room to move for 2 hours. Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier.
Pros: The staff that handled baggage was nice. Also, I liked that we made it safe.
Cons: My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again.
Pros: The flight attendants were nice.
Cons: After a 10 hour layover, they stopped the boarding process because a toilet malfunctioned and we had to wait another 45 minutes. The lack of complimentary beverages was pretty annoying as well, especially considering that after buying my tickets, I spent an additional $75 on checking bags as well as another $50+ to choose my seats at on-line check in. Of course nowhere did it mention that if I simply checked in at the airport instead of doing it online beforehand, I could be assigned seats and it wouldn't cost me anything. I drop $1000+ on airfare, checked bags, and sneaky extra fees, and you can't even give me a $.50 can of soda for free? I've flown Frontier before, but the customer service has gone downhill in the past few years. I will never use this airline again and I encourage others to do the same. They're providing an inferior service and staying in business by offering "cheaper airfair" which they make up for by tacking on exorbitant luggage fees, sneaky online fees, and neglecting customer comfort.
Pros: The seat terrible no movie no water over 4 hrs terrible 35 dollies carry on bag at the end is more expensive than any good airlines Was on time departure but that is what we expect flight attendant didn't even want to answer if I have to pay 2.99 per Soda ... the price is in fmenù in front of you... and quote
Cons: Every thing is bad
Cons: No real complaints about the flight, HOWEVER, Frontier's luggage handlers (probably in Denver) ruined a piece of my luggage. I got home very late and didn't notice the problem until the next morning. I checked their baggage policy and noticed there was a four-hour window to report lost or damaged luggage, so I was out of luck on a $100 piece of luggage. I recognize damage can be caused by any airline, but when you have to pay to check a bag AND carry one on, you would think you'd be given more than four hours to report a problem.
Cons: I've never felt more taken advantage of by a company than I have for Frontier airlines. I purchased my ticket on a tight budget, only to find that the cost more than doubled from fees when I arrived at the airport. I was expecting to pay extra for a checked bag, but have never flown with an airline that also charges $40 for an overhead bag. I ended up spending more on luggage than my actual ticket (2 bags), which turned what would have been the cheapest flight option, into the most expensive. They also have a seat fee- yet another last minute slap-to-the face charge.
Cons: How is it acceptable to place someone who is highly allergic to dogs right next to a lady with a service dog on the flight? I spent 25 bucks to upgrade my seat to avoid the nuisances of an everyday flight. I didn't think I'd be stuck next to an animal. How is it acceptable to not disclose that I'd be stuck next to a service dog? I was miserable the entire 2.5 hour flight back to denverz I am extremely irritated.
Pros: getting off the plane
Cons: one crew member (aft steward) was a little tyrant. I was waiting for a seating error/confusion to be resolved and he kept harping to get out of the aisle and take my seat (which was occupied). He then closed all the overheads when we were half boarded - making new arrivals scrambling for storage. Also, all the hidden fees!! I paid 1 1/2 times my airfare in more fees. I'll fly another airline before choosing you again. I have flown over 500,000 miles in the past 20 years and this was the worst.
Pros: Crew did a fine job.
Cons: Booked over Kayak which did not inform me of the excessive charges for things like booking seats or carry-on luggage. In addition, the new Airbus planes have seats that do not recline, made of rigid foam padding, and tray tables that are smaller than an iPad Mini. There was no food or beverage without an extra fee. There was no entertainment. Frontier would be a lot further ahead if it worked with services like Kayak to report consistent cost of fairs compared to other vendors. The bottom line is that this is the last time I fly Frontier, and the last time I book using Kayak.
Pros: Prices we're good. The on flight staff was friendly, it's unfortunate that you have to pay extra for non alcoholic drinks and carry on bags. Gone are the days of cheap flights AND honey roasted peanuts. But I guess that's the trade off for cheap airfare now a days.
Cons: On our departing flight my husband and I had gotten us and our 4 kids up to the gate only to realize I had forgotten to add my lap child to my ticket. I get that it was not convenient but the lady was very short and rude and angry with us, she treated us like complete idiots. While it was an unfortunate thing to have slip my mind, it happens! I was bound to forget something when packing and prepping for me and 4 kids to travel. We offered to show our post on Facebook when our daughter was born as proof of age. But she gufawed that ridiculous idea. Because obviously we could have set up fake accounts and hacked the dates to make it look like our kids was under 2!! Really!?? A social security card doesn't even show birth dates. Anyway, the whole charade left us feeling very embarrassed, frustrated and like we were criminals or something. She handled things very unprofessionally and showed us no empathy whatsoever. She told us we would not be allowed onto our return flight without a ss card or birth cert. Which we got when we reached our destination. Upon boarding for the return flight the workers were great. They let us right on the flight and didn't even ask for the birth cert. or anything. They used common sense. Which is what I wished this other flight attendant had more of.
Pros: We got to our destination.
Cons: Seats are like sitting on a piece of plastic and they don't recline, which was funny every time we landed or took off they would ask to have the seats put in the upright positions. The minimal savings you think you are going to have go away quickly when you find out you have to pay for a carry on and pay for a checked bag. Oh and you want a soda and a snack on your 3.5 hour flight? better be prepared to dish out for them as well. When you are getting on the plane they have billboards going down the walkway that say Featured on Frontier and Showing soon on Frontier, but no TVs to view on. No place to plug in your devices to charge like the other airlines I use.
Cons: I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier.
Pros: We landed safely
Cons: The flight crew was atrocious. They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you.
Cons: The flight was delayed several times, never even offered a free drink for the trouble
Pros: Nothing. If I could say that I liked something, it would be that I liked that my flight wasn't any longer than it was.
Cons: Both planes (departure and returning) were old, dirty, and I have sat in more comfortable metal folding chairs than the chairs on these planes. Frontier charges for everything. They charge for seats that recline, charge outrageously for reclining seats with a ting bit more leg room, their beverage service is not free, only water is not charged. No snacks either. Luggage that is considered carry on at any other airline is charged at $60 at the gate and the flight attendants pander and really push passengers to apply for their credit card. Horrible all the way around and we will NEVER fly Frontier again. Ever.
Cons: Fronteir created new seats that do not recline, are quite thin and small tray tables that don't lock. The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline.
Cons: The flight was delayed a few hours. It took forever to Get out of the gate. It took an hour once we landed to get in the gate and deplane. I was given a seat on the computer and then when I got on the plane there were two people with same seat. The floors and seats were unbelievably dirty as well. I have never seen so much trash and crumbs everywhere. It was an awful experience. Our trip to Vegas the first night was ruined because we were planning to see a show Thursday evening and landed two hours late and could have possibly made it but we sat on runway for an hour before deplaning.
Pros: The only thing that was bearable was the staff. They were pleasant enough and continually apologized for the massive delays.
Cons: Both flights were delayed. The return flight was delayed by three hours. I understand things happen but rather than feeding me a line of bs about how it's only going to be "a little while longer" I would have rather have been told that the flight wouldn't board till three hours later. Because the flight was so late I missed my shuttle and ended up getting a cab which was an expensive toll I was less than pleased to pay. The plane seating itself is uncomfortable as all hell. Granted I'm 6'3" with a muscular build I could have chose a stretched seat but for a 1.5 hour flight I didn't think the extra fee was worth it. This and several other minor things have convinced me to never fly Frontier again so long as I can help it.
Cons: Pretty much the experience. I had a pretty lengthy layover to begin with. The delayed flight was absurd. It doubled my layover with little to no notification as to when it was going . It is was pushed back 5 times with no announcements from any Frontier employees. Plus once the plane finally ended up showing up, the gate was staffed with one employee that was seriously overworked. Everything was delayed again. Once we boarded the plane, there was yet another delay from the maintenance crew and there was no estimated time for departure. This seriously is making me consider never flying Frontier again.
Cons: I felt duped and deceived by the slimy nature of your airline not being upfront with its prices. $13 dollars to choose a seat??!? 40 FREAKING dollars just to WALK on the plane with my carry-on?? I thought Fronteir would be like other airlines but no, I had to pay $53 TWICE just to walk on the plane for my round trip flight. If my flight is going to be $106 more than what I paid on the ticket, then tell me upfront so I can know not to fly with you guys. And after all of that, being tricked into paying more than HALF of my ticket price in stupid hidden fees, your plane was cramped and austere, lacking the padded chairs, ample legroom, normal-sized tray tables, and conplimentary beverages available on countless other airlines. So I basically paid $100 extra for a cramped and uncomfortable flight. I was disappointed in your airline as a whole and will never be flying with Fronteir again.
Pros: The safety of the flight, kindness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the plane.
Cons: The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase.
Pros: the crew made the best of a miserable corporate policy; the baggage arrived - 45 minutes after landing.
Cons: 2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!
Pros: Plane was clean. Seats were very comfortable l, but not much leg room
Cons: They charge for for everything on this flight. Checking in - it cost $35 to check your bag in - $40 of you want to board with it! I do all the work and I have to pay more? Then to pick a seat - any seat - it is another $5 - $25. I understand that for premium seating (ext, etc) but any seat? Finally - drinks and snacks - that costs money too. While the fare looks cheap - beware of all the add ons. At a minimum, you have an additional $70 to $100 to the price of the ticket This does not turn out to be a cheaper price....beware.
Cons: Although there were warnings that "fees may be applied", I could not find how much those fees would be until 24 hours before my flight when I checked in. Before that, I had actively searched for how much I would be charged for my seat and my luggage both online and on the phone. No answers. I described this process to a lawyer who said there is possibility for a large class action lawsuit. I ended up having to pay $70 in fees (and will again on my flight back home -- probably -- again, there's no way for me to find out from Frontier until I check in). I don't mind fees, but they should be transparent. I will never fly Frontier again.
Pros: The flight, the crew, the updates from the airline and Kayak was great. Frontier is a great company and very affordable.
Cons: The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!
Cons: Baggage drop lines were unbelievable. Foreign travelers were in the same line as domestic. There were only four agents to handle 100s of passengers. When I checked in online, to select a seat I had to pay an additional fee and then was also charged for my carry on bag which increased my fare by $68. In addition they do not participate in TSA precheck which further delayed my security process. Although I had allowed plenty of time (1 1/2 hours) to drop my bag and get through security by the time I got to my gate my flight was already boarding. Additionally you are charged for everything on the flight even water which for a 3 1/2 flight is ridiculous.
