I’m a bigger guy and I understand that occasionally bumps will happen, but 15-20 times on ONE FLIGHT?! The only thing I wanted was an “excuse me” or “pardon me”, you know COMMON COURTESY!"

Pros: "The four stewardesses Cheryl, Juliet, Sandi and Shana made us feel welcome. They were very friendly, warm, courteous and patient. Even though we had to buy the food, they delivered the food very fast and kept on serving us the drinks (three times) even though they plane had some turbulence during those times. We really appreciated the excellent services and the customer-oriented attitude. I definitely will choose to fly with Alaska Airlines in the future."

Pros: "Despite the heavy snowfall at the end of our flight and elsewhere in the country, Alaska Airlines did a great job of keeping us up to date on the delays. They were eve able to make up much of the 45 minute time loss in flight to get us to our destination. The flight crew was in high spirits throughout the flight as well."
Cons: "There was an obnoxious rattling in one of the overhead bins - maybe because the props were spinning faster to get us to our destination 30 minutes quicker. But the flight attendant did everything she could to try to silence it. Eventually, she won the battle."

They also lack in cleaning up soon after serving drinks, snacks, etc.for we had to hold on to our garbage for a while. It would also be appreciated if they can preannounce and let us know ahead of time of what they're going to do i.e. when it's ok to get out of seat and when not."

No folding options. One of our friends has a back pain problems and got stuck for 5 hours. There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline."

This led to missing our connection at LAX and then missing our connection in ORD to State College tacking 6 extra hours to the trip. The late arrival and full work schedule the next day left me exhausted and got a nasty cold as a consequence. I find the frequency of mechanical problem delays to be high and increasing."

Once at counter ther had to put us on flight for next day. (Just informed 5 min ago that flight has been delayed another day cause of plane issues.) they couldn't get us to sit together which I understand but also put me in a middle seat which I'm clostraphobic so that sucks. Told me that I can book a hotel to stay at and they would reimburse me.... eventually. Fought over that for an hour and they finally agreed to pay for Hotel. Overall the trip was great but the departure from Kauai has been real bad. Still waiting to leave the island."

I think the staff and crew were just fine though it's just flying has gotten to be something I don't enjoy and want to avoid as much as possible it's that way with most airlines though I think her blue is a little better on seat space and usually always has the tvs but yeah they are limited where they fly and it I is just expensive and uncomfortable to fly I think."
