It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.

The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.

I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable

My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.

The crew was very inconsiderate and rude. My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:00am. I received a call from the crew at 5:40am, asking if I was going to make the flight because I was the only one that hasn't boarded yet and boarding ends at 5:50am. I let them know that I will be at the gate in a few minutes, before the 5:50am cutoff. When I arrived at the gate at 5:45am the gate was closed. Departing early on last minute notice without having all passengers on board is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

FA was a bit strange and dodgy not very characteristic of Delta

Economy travel is really hard with no room to move especially when the person sitting beside you is an XL or XXL size person who if moving could hit your face

I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend

Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.

I am writing to share detailed feedback regarding my recent journey with American Airlines on the New York (JFK) to New Delhi (DEL) sector, which was ultimately diverted to Jaipur (JAI) due to weather conditions. At the outset, I would like to acknowledge that this was a full long-haul flight of approximately 14–15 hours, and while the journey fulfilled its primary transport objective, several aspects of the experience warrant both recognition and constructive feedback. 1. Cabin Crew Conduct and Service Consistency While the majority of the cabin crew maintained a polite and professional demeanor, one flight attendant’s conduct was notably inconsistent with expected service standards. The tone was often directive and lacked the warmth and guest-centric engagement typically associated with long-haul service. This created a perceptible imbalance in the cabin experience. Although other crew members acknowledged and apologized for the behavior, it highlighted a gap in service standardization and supervisory oversight. 2. Inflight Experience (IFE & Comfort) The inflight entertainment system was unreliable, with content failing to load consistently throughout the journey. Seating comfort in economy class was below expectations when compared with other international long-haul carriers. Cabin environment management at times felt unsettled, with noticeable noise and movement in the aisles. 3. Disruption Handling and Communication (DEL Diversion to JAI) The diversion to Jaipur due to weather was understandably beyond the airline’s control. However, the handling of post-diversion communication and guest management was an area of concern: Information during and after the diversion was fragmented and lacked clarity Limited guidance was provided upon disembarkation regarding next steps (transport, accommodation, onward travel) Ground coordination appeared inconsistent, with hotel partners and passengers receiving incomplete or delayed updates Communication the following morning remained unclear, including last-minute changes to transfer timings This resulted in avoidable uncertainty during a critical disruption phase. 4. Positive Acknowledgment – Ground Recovery Arrangements It is important to recognize that despite the initial communication gaps, the overall recovery framework was eventually well executed: Hotel accommodation was arranged efficiently Meal vouchers were provided appropriately Transfers between airport and hotel were organized in a structured manner Given the sudden and large-scale disruption, these arrangements were commendable and reflect the airline’s ability to operationally recover once systems were in place. 5. Recommendations for Improvement In the interest of strengthening the overall customer experience, I would respectfully propose the following: Service Delivery Reinforce consistent cabin crew service standards, particularly for long-haul sectors Enhance supervisory presence to address outlier behaviors in real time Inflight Product Improve reliability of inflight entertainment systems Reassess economy seating comfort for ultra-long-haul routes Disruption Management Establish a more visible “Care & Coordination Team” during irregular operations Ensure clear, centralized communication (single source of truth) for passengers and ground partners Provide structured briefing points to hotel and transport vendors to avoid information gaps Introduce proactive guest engagement (clear next steps, timelines, reassurance) Closing Reflection: While the journey was impacted by both controllable and uncontrollable factors, the overall experience would have been significantly enhanced through greater consistency in service delivery and more structured communication during disruption. I appreciate the efforts made by the broader team in arranging accommodation and onward logistics under challenging circumstances. AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.

Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.

The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.

Delayed flights and lost bags. It was a terrible experience this time.

So i was checked in for the seat number 40K. Unfortunately my seat was not able to recline which end up having very uncomfortable 15 hours flight.

Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.

Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.

Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.

Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.

Boarding was by group and we had to take the bus. There were no elevators so had to walk down the stairs. It would help to have escalators or elevators. Note I had a special needs child and the gate crew was rushing us in. The bus was full but we were packed with no seats to sit.

The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY

The entertainment is pretty boring. There are no new movies or TV shows from February. The food is just ok on the Atlanta to Frankfurt leg, but better on the Fra to Bengaluru leg.

Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

My experience would have been greatly improved by arriving on time to connect to my Porto flight. The staff that dealt with the aftermath of the late arrival evidently booked my group into a hotel in Frankfurt. This reduced my time in Porto Portugal a day and half. I do want to commend Jorge Klein for his hard work. He spent a great deal.of time trying to rebook the flight and he eventually did rebook for the next day and did provide accommodations for me overnight. This was a big issue for me and the group I traveled. The rest of the trip was good.

The plane was so old, it needs to be retired! The windows were rattling we paid for premier economy and there was no footrest. Video console was so old, barely had any games for kids. Video console is very slow to react. The gaming console was broken. The foldable food table was sticky and the air hostess had a rough time opening it and closing it for us!!

The map feature on the display at the seat had challenges. The biggest issue was the flight had no WIFI. Most of the smaller planes now have free WIFI. American Airlines on the flight over had WIFI you could purchase. With 8-10 hours on a single flight, the ability to do work via WIFI is essential!!

My experience with IndiGo was terrible. I had tried to check in online. I could do the DEL to LHR and from LHR to JFK. However, I was unable to check in for the CCU to DEL flight. There was no explanation of why I could not do so. After 2.5 hours of being shuffled from one place to another, I found out that because I was on a codeshare flight, I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. For 2.5 hours, no one was able to explain this to me.

A little bit late but it went smoothly overall. Delicious food on Indigo!

The business class seating arrangement for LHR to MAA was very uncomfortable. The movie options were terrible.

Even in business class, no 2 members of our family including kids were able to sit together. I booked the tickets months in advance. The all my luggage was left in London and arrived 2 days later. It took hours to report the missing luggage at the airport and 3-4 hours to recover one of the bags from the airport with mind bending amount of paperwork. Worst experience ever, I would seriously reconsider traveling by British Airways again.

Overall, the food and entertainment were great. The staff were amazing, polite and professional. They did not have WiFi on board on this leg but that was okay. There was a delay in boarding from London and landing at Mumbai airport but the pilot communicate DC the reason for the delayed landing. They even sent us an apology afterwards for the delayed landing.

Experience with British Airways was hopeless and the response from ground staff after flight cancellation was hopeless
