Worst trip ever! Not to mention the 3 1/2 hour delay. Flight attendants were unprofessional and even though I was seated in comfort class only offered to move me further to the rear of the plane to enjoy the onboard movies. Will never fly Delta again!😫😖😤

Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Cons: "The seats were so tight that even average size people had trouble getting their seats back a little. Somehow kids were placed in exit rows and seat exchanges had to be made. They ended up in my row. One piece of my luggage showed it was available at the conveyor but couldn't be found. It delayed our long day and was frustrating to think it was missing. No distinction where Delta has it's gates in Mexico City."

Cons: "The aft lavatory had a broken seat lid so they took the entire lavatory out of commission for our flight, and our flight knowingly experienced ground delays so one lavatory for 100 people for several hours is UNPLEASANT. One crewmember was in a foul mood, and due to the lavatory issue, refused to let anyone use the forward lavatory while she was doing drink service, even during an emergency."

"Free" entertainment was difficult to access. Wifi was not readily available, hard to connect.
The flight was delayed and then canceled due to weather or traffic issues. I wasn't given a clear reason. We were not given a voucher to stay at a hotel either. They said it didn't qualify as a reason to give one. It wasn't my fault it was canceled. I will not use America Airlines again unless I have too.

His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Other airlines I've flown the past months always do something for military."

Cons: "I checked in online and had my seats reserved and I only had one piece of luggage to check in. In LAX, as long as I checked in for the flight on time, all I had to do in LA was go to a kiosk and check my luggage myself and give it to the people who work at the counter. The whole process took 5 minutes. However, even though I was checked in For my flight, in LHR, I was told that I still had to wait in the long line for those who needed their boarding passes among checking in tons of luggage. I was given a paper ticket lthough i already had one in my iPhone apple wallet. Besides waiting, for what I thought was a waste since I only had to check in luggage, the gates seemed so far away and the scheduling boards don't indicate right away as to what gate I need to go to. Luckily, my app told me what gate and I was hoping it was correct because I had to walk so far. Basically my gripes were with the airport and not with the flight itself. One thing bout the plane from London to lax, it seems the bigger the plane, the less legroom I had. I felt too close to the people next to me. The plane from Paris had more room."

Cons: "This was a horrible travel experience, the worst I have ever known. My uncle had died, so I had to search for the soonest and most economical flight in order to attend the funeral. Traveling with me was my aunt (his ex wife) and my cousin (his only daughter). Our initial flight was delayed 'due to mechanical issues' and they said we weren't going to make our connection in Phoenix. So they had to reroute the whole trip, which took about half an hour because all of the flights were full. So instead of flying from LGB - PHX - CLT - CAE and arriving Saturday night, we ended up departing from LAX (which we specifically were trying to avoid) almost 9 hours later. From there to DEN - CLT - GSP arriving Sunday morning. Because of this I had to contact the hotel and let them know that we weren't going to check-in until the next day, but I still ended up having to pay for Saturday night. Then, I had to cancel the rental car and make a new reservation to pick it up at GSP and return at CAE since the hotel was close to CAE, plus the return flight was through CAE. Also, wifi was an additional cost (which we didn't use because of this), the snacks were pitiful, and the seats were very narrow and uncomfortable. I have flown with JetBlue in the past, but on this occasion, last minute flights to South Carolina were prohibitively expensive. That being said, if I had known how bad the experience with American was going to be, I would have gladly paid literally double the price for the JetBlue tickets. And in the future, I will be flying exclusively with JetBlue no matter what the cost."
