Pros: "The crew made a really uncomfortable situation (maintenance on an antenna for an hour after we had boarded the plane but before we left the gate) bearable. All flight attendants and the pilot and co-pilot were pleasant and sympathetic to the frustration."
Cons: "I think there needs to be an additional element to the seat selector that does not allow two very big guys to sit next to each other, thereby making all three seats very unpleasant- and I say this as one of the big guys."

Pros: "Efficient crew. Good movie choices. Clean bath rooms. However - I wish every airline in each bathroom had a notice on the toilet to PLEASE LOWER THE SEAT AND COVER! I prefer using the bathroom after another woman has used it!"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Cons: "Although my TSA Pre check number was on my flight coming into Atlanta, it wss not on my fight leaving Atlanta. That caused me to arrive at my gate 5 mins before boarding time and prevented me from having time to eat breakfast before my flight."

Cons: "Customer Service was horrid except for last attendant. At one point one rep sent us running out of a secured area to retrieve our luggage and then go to British Airways for connection. We had 45 minutes in front of BA ticket rep to get us on BA182 and they took so long we missed the boarding due to reps slow processing to issue ticket. Then we were stuck outside of secured area."

Pros: "Flight attendants were very helpful and gave us free headphones and adjusted our seats so we could sit together as a family. There were no delays to ATL just 48 hours after the power outage the regular scheduled flight schedule had resumed. Great Flight, Great Crew!"

Pros: "The bathrooms were incredible dirty. I take longhaul flys very often and Delta definitely has the dirtiest I've seen! Bathrooms were very dirt on both flys (from and back to Rio)."

Cons: "Although I paid for a first class ticket I was seated in coach. The plane was a commuter jet, and I suspect that Delta added one or more rows of seats because even though I'm of average height and less than average weight I had no leg room at all, and the hip room was minimal at best."

Cons: "No opportunity for seat selection. Seat didn't recline, no blankets available so whatever part I couldn't cover with my jacket was cold from floor up (so no ability to control source), so no sleep, bordering on hypothermia. Seatmate was huge and continuously overflowing into my space (even though he suffered more than i did). Will endeavor NEVER to fly any flight involving Delta again."

Pros: "Upgraded to first class so had more room, nicer seats. No lines at TSA, had the first gate past security so a short walk. Nice shopping and food choices."
Cons: "No meal served on flight, only drinks and cookies / popcorn. No entertainment at all. You have to provide your own device. There was wifi but not free, it was so slow I couldn't download the entertainment app, so I gave up and slept. No access to Delta lounge with domestic first class WTF?"
