Seats continue to get smaller and thinner which means less comfort for such a long haul flight. The seating arrangement is probably worst at this airline. I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."

Cons: "My son Adam is in Mekele Ethiopia having flown most of his journey with Lufthansa. For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."

Pros: "First Time on Lufthansa and came away extremely impressed. I'm a million miler on Delta so I know a little about flying a mainline carrier. Lufthansa blew me away with the level of service and friendliness. It was a short (90 minute) flight but they still offered a free breakfast sandwich along with the beverages. Flight Attendants can switch from German to English without hesitation and were very professional. Look forward to flying with them again."

Cons: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Beware if traveling with family."

Normally, that would be okay except one of the two standard meal choices was also vegetarian and seemed much better. Pros: "Entertainment System was pretty good. Food served was nice and overall I was pretty impressed with the crew.. Normally most of the European and American airlines crew has a lot of attitude and are not the friendliest of lot but this set of crew was pretty good. Seats were also not too cramped like AA or UA flights."

Cons: "Iberia airlines, operating for BA, refused to honor the tickets we had bought via Airfare .com. Would not let me fly!!!!!!! After several hours they found a way to put us on a later flight--got in late, had to stay overnight in Orlando. Don't understand!!!! Wife and I are in 70's--spent 22 hours trying to get home!!!"

Cons: "Delayed 19 hrs due to crew illness. We were given a hotel room but the promised meal vouchers did not come through and BA would not answer the phone calls of the hotel staff to verify meal money. Missed a whole day of our vacation as we could not reschedule our connection until 24 hrs late. After the long wait the first day to be told what was going on, with much anxiety, on the second day there was also a delay boarding. Although it was short, of course everyone was on edge. And BA did not tell us what was happening!!"

Cons: "When I arrived to check in at 5:48am for my 6:20am flight, I was treated very poorly. The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

Pros: "I was by automation assigned to a window seat, which I always seek to avoid. But before the flight, I had read in the WSJ, that such a seat was one of the safest, for health reasons! I give thanks to the random seat assignment gods!"

Cons: "The worst international flight I’ve been on in years. No seating room. The movie was shown on tiny screens in the center aisle (which I didn’t think existed anymore) and was barely audible and tuned in and out. The plane also lacked air conditioning. A truly awful experience."

Cons: "It would have been helpful if American Airlines would notify passengers when they have selected a window seat where no window exists. I am very broad shouldered and that extra 3 inch well the window creates is crucial for me. Terrible 4 1/2 hours in a very uncomfortable position."

Pros: "They had the decency to book a hotel after delaying the flight so long it made many people miss their connecting flight."
Cons: "Being more considerate to the customers and not changing gates last minutes or delaying the flight an hour before take off. Also not sending ones luggage on a later flight then having to wait to pick it up and find out it never arrived after you go speak to costumer service. Worst service ever!"

Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

Crazy security for no reason. -Tiny seats -No legroom for an 8 hour flight -No creature comforts or modern day technology like personal TV's or charging ports. Only 3 Small TV's along the the middle aisle. I remember flying on a plane like this in 1986. Played movies from 2012. Smurfs? Really? -No headphones offered -Burned my finger on the overhead light!!! Still have a blister!"

Cons: "Plane delayed 5.5 hrs. Maintenance. New crew. Vomit on floor. Bathrooms broken. All before we board. Then @ gate for 1hr. Cancelled. 1 hr in line waiting to rebook. No shuttle to hotel. 3 hrs sleep. Front door broken at hotel."

Cons: "I didn't know it was American Airlines. I would have bought a different ticket had I known it wasn't JAL."

Cons: "my luggage was lost between Dallas and St petersburg russia and I waited 5 days to receive it"

Cons: "Paid extra for exit row seats, felt they were not worth the extra money. The extra legroom was great but the armrest did it move and I felt like I was sitting in a box."

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to a "computer problem" that was subsequently deemed to be eligible for a paperwork fix."

Pros: "The flight was on time. It was serviced well by very friendly flight attendants. I enjoyed it very much."
