Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Cons: "There really needs to be a way the airlines can better make seating assignments. I was in a window seat and the woman in the middle seat was so large that her arms took all of the arm rest and some of my seat area. Even crossing my arms I was unable to not have her arm up against me."

The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

Bathrooms onboard were a pigstie."

Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."

Once pulling to the gate we waited another 15 minutes for someone to figure out the walkway and open the door tom the plane-- all with no communication from the crew."

Cons: "i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight."

Cons: "Delayed at Ohare by an hour. Sitting on the Tarmac for a half hour in Reagan, waiting for a gate. This was our leg back to DC, after our leg to Chicago four days previously. On that trip I did a review and gave the whole trip a 1 out of 5 stars. That trip was the trip from hell, with delays, waiting on the Tarmac, deplaning, almost cancelled, more waiting on the Tarmac, wheels up in Reagan, wheels down in ORD, and then more Tarmac waiting for a gate. So I was already more than perturbed when this trip had similar outcomes."

They book me another flight which has more connections. When I was waiting for my next flight there were actually more flight going and direct to Geneva before my flight. I even ask the gate personel if There is more seats avilable for one of those flight before my flight. They said yes but because I had a luggage it will take time to transfer my luggage and they will end up being delayed. United airlines is HORRIBLE!!! My flight were delayed and with that they should have more consideration for those costumers who were delayed. But instead of being kind and considerate. They had book me a later flight and the worse thing is the itenerary had more connections. Very Exhausting. The other costumer when we were in the line at the costumer service desk some people were given flight which are like 12 hrs away. How Horrible service. I WILL NOT FLY WITH UNITED AIRLINES AGAIN. Very POOR SERVICE."

Cons: "As a military spouse I was not allowed to check a bag free so I paid the fee. When I boarded I noticed many passengers bringing bags on that we're as big as the one I just paid for. They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."

Cons: "PHX is a large airport, and my emailed ticket said Brussles Airlines, Terminal 4. First off, Brussles Airlines is not a carrier at PHX, and secondly no one knew that United was their partner. There was no information provided to me to go to United, which was in Terminal 2. After making a phone call to Brussles Airlines, I ended up getting to the check in gate ten minutes after boarding started. It was a lovely rest of the trip after that though! But please include partner information im the email next time!"

Cons: "Apparently, if you pay extra for carry on luggage and you have seats in rows two and three, you can’t use the overhead compartment, which then somewhat defeats the extra legroom you paid for when your carry on has to go under the seat ahead of you. And the flight attendant was rather rude in her insistence about where my luggage “couldn’t” go."

Cons: "Due to mechanical error, the flight was delayed, we missed our connecting flights, and customer service was rude. With all the added fees, my total flight round trip came out to $502.90, so the options given to me as partial refunds did NOT make sense ($180 if I refunded my entire return flight, which is way less than half my overall cost, or per customer service at my connecting location, “you’d be lucky if you got $80”, which is way less than a quarter of the overall cost). My connection was at Denver and my final destination was Seattle. My options were to fly to Portland, OR and figure out the rest on my own, at my cost. Or book the next flight to Seattle, which was 24 hours later. I got a voucher for up to $150 for hotel, but absolutely no assistance finding and booking a hotel, especially since they were sold out (I was looking for hotels just past midnight) or cost over twice the voucher. Am NOT flying Frontier again and I have shared my experience with friends, family, and co-workers and have strongly advised against this airline."

Pros: "This was the only flight out of 4 that the stewardess smiled and was helpful. Flight 160. I wanted to cry when I was actually treated like a person rather than a cattle call."
Cons: "I barely caught this flight as my connection was an hour late. I wished I had time to grab some food or drink. I went all day without anything but two small glasses of water (1 per flight). My anger though resides in my cheap 250 ticket actually ended up costing over 450. Traveling by air is becoming only for the elite of society. Next time I fly, I will travel with an airline that costs are upfront."

Cons: "$45 bag fee, whether checked or carry on. $90 total added to ticket price. Seriously."

Pros: "nothing. Only purchased on this airline because there was a direct flight"
Cons: "Website indicated online baggage fee of $30 but when checked in was charged $35 All beverages had to be purchased including water"

Pros: "The crew on this flight was good :)"
Cons: "Beverages are not included :( AND I couldn't eat the bag of nuts I had purchased as my meal. Totally understand about nut allergies, but that's one of the few things I can actually have as a snack. I also did not like the lack of space for a tray, which really didn't matter anyways since you don't provide comp beverages or snacks."

Pros: "Curtious"

Pros: "Overall, nothing stands out as exceptional. Just basic. Crew was ok but on both segments of my flight, I found them to be somewhat unprofessional as they were all having personal constrains with each other and seemed a bit annoyed if a passenger needed something."
Cons: "The seats were the most uncomfortable plane seats I've ever sat in. I would recommend frontier for more than a 2 hour flight."

Pros: "If you're flying frontier your not doing it because of how luxurious it is. You're doing it because it's cheaper than most. Yeah they rob you with the bags and paying for anything not water on the flight. But what can you expect for the cost? The crew is almost always good from experience, but customer support online is a nightmare. It is by far and away the worst customer support services I have encountered. The actual people that work at the airport and fly are good but if you need to make a call you are screwed."

Cons: "Worse ever!! Cancelled my vacation to Florida due to Hurricane and was told it would cost $99 dollars to cancel the ticket. The ticket only cost 60 (plus the extra fees-$90 total). Due yourself a favor and drop this air carrier! It is not worth losing customers! You pay for what you get.....cheap equals miserable and uncomfortable!"

Cons: "Our flight was oversold. They bumped 27 people do to a "downgrade" of the flight to a smaller plane. This meant they avoid full compensation do to FAA rules. Got bumped 24 hours because Frontier does not partner with other airlines. Despite never having been given a seat assignment they didn't standby tag my checked luggage and sent it ahead so I had to stay an extra night without a change of clothes, etc. Next day the flight was oversold again and they bumped another 25 people. Every flight this trip left and arrived late. The pilot explained that the baggage handlers were in a contract dispute with management as they were overworked and underpaid. As a result they were also short staffed. Saw many miss connecting flights as a result. I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Departure delay was too long on board"

Pros: "There was, surprisingly, more leg-room in the exit-rows than I've seen on many other airlines."
Cons: "Charging for the checked-in baggage is bad enough, but charging more for the carry-on bag? I could maybe understand charging fees for every customer interaction (a fee for changing ANY part of the customer's name after?) for short-hop trips, but not for flying across the country."

Pros: "Nice and smooth"

Pros: "Eventually I got on as a walk-on"
Cons: "Airport staff was not helpful Flight was delayed 1.5+ hours $30 charge to checkin bag, $40 to carry on bags Uncomfortable seats that didn't recline"

Pros: "The flight itself was fine."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour but Frontier did not communicate this ahead of time. I could have spent valuable time with friends rather than waiting at the airport."
