I don’t think you’ll like the shoulder require people to pay to reserve seats. Also for the people in the bulkhead row the luggage locker nearest to their seats should be vacant. Both sides were filled with crew or airport items.

The flight went well. However the leg room in coach class is very very tight. We arrived early but could not get to the gate early….sadly. Also something about off loading cargo- we had to wait to deplane. There was not clear explanation for that.

Awful. Flight was late. Follow flights cancelled. No person at the British airways counter for hotel voucher. Awful service.

Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.

Well unfortunately our connecting was cancelled and next flight delayed. Was in airport 9 hours. Flight itself was good. I’m sure it was a FAA problem.

I noticed the crew was so much nicer and friendlier. It would be nice if British Airways would serve soft drinks during the flight

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

horrible! after going through hell and back to get a flight home after my flights got cancelled I also had a delay of 2hrs stuck inside the plane because of some technological problem.

The booking agent, cheapflightsfares, messed up, and the information for the seats we paid extra for was not sent to American Airlines. We were separated on the return flight and sent to the lowest economy section. The flight attendant helped arrange seating at the back of the plane to allow my wife and me to sit together.

We had airport assistance which was good except at Heraklion it was very difficult to find any staff to ask where to go which proved stressful
