Dirty plane. Urine on floor of lavatories, food was not cleaned from previous leg of flight prior to boarding, lavatories only cleaned once inflight. Boarded by group number, but did not inform passengers in terminal. So standing in line for ~40min.

Pros: "Crew was very uncouth and very foolish. The steward insisted that I sit in a row with another elderly pax, though rows after rows were vacant and social distancing could have been enhanced"

Pros: "The flight was not full. . I had 3 seats to myself. So very comfortable and the crew had plenty of time to give individual attention . The flight was very punctual. Arrived 20.minutes early ."

Cons: "Width and depth of seats - very small. I especially noticed the depth - very narrow. As usual bearly room between row in front. The food was very average. I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."

Cons: "I checked in at Hyderabad and the check in staff were more than unprofessional. First they said my carry on bag and laptop bag should be no more than 7 kgs which was wrong. Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."

Cons: "The flight almost landed in Bahrain but the captain decides not to and the excuse was bad weather. So he just turned around and went back to Abu Dhabi. There was no plane for people to board Abu Dhabi and were left stranded. Thankfully the airport staff re-booked everyone immediately and dealt with the situation efficiently in a professional way. I was delayed by at least 8 hours. There was no email from Etihad about the canceled flight or an apology. It was a bit disappointing given that they are my favorite airline."

Cons: "I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked."
Cons: "The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off."

Cons: "Turn on A/C of plane upon boarding (it is the only airline where the A/C is turned on after the aircraft detaches from gate, even budget airlines in have A/C on when boarding) Improve entertainment (more movies / better selection up to date) Increase seating space Improve food options and quality"

Cons: "The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight"

Pros: "New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service."
Cons: "Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."

Cons: "At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."
Pros: "Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up."
Cons: "The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates."

Pros: "The Saudi planes are relatively new and quiet. The seat pitch in coach is acceptable as there were plenty of empty seats on the flight. They offered free connection for texting apps which is nice to have. The entertainment selection was broad enough, but I did not use."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 3 hours without a good explanation. Saying a flight is late because of a late incoming flight is a circular argument - we're late because we're late."
