Had to pay for WiFi, delayed start, and sat on the runway forever.
As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
The WiFi was out gr entire flight. Had to Diane for almost 1 hour to wait for a gate to open up for plane to dock. Very bad experience.
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.
We had a mechanical delay which made us 90 minutes late (9:30 PM) then land and put into the penalty box because a plane was in our gate? What the hell! We should get priority.Damn American.
Overall, my last three trips on American Airlines have all been either delayed or "rescheduled" due to mechanical issues. At least on delay caused me to miss two possible connecting flights each later than the first. My last option for my last connection required the assistance of the onsite service desk (O'Hare Airport). The wait time for the service desk was such that it jeopardized getting booked on the last connecting flight available for the night. Suffice it to say, my latest experiences with American Airlines have caused me extensive loss of productive business and personal time and can therefore be classified as significantly less than satisfactory.
After multiple delays (I lost count), the flight was canceled due to a "maintenance issue". So instead of a direct flight arriving at 5:00, I had to take a flight connecting through Chicago. That flight was also delayed, partially because the plane from the cancelled flight hadnt been removed from the gate and there was nowhere for the other plane to park. (Did nobody think this might be an issue during the hours after that flight was canceled?) The connecting flight out of Chicago was delayed as well. I didn't arrive until 12:30am the next morning. I should have just cancelled the trip. It wasn't worth the hassle and stress.
Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.
Flight was extremely delayed and they didn’t feed us for a 4 hour delay
Plane took off 90 mins late, on board entertainment was not working, cabin crew was not frequent.
OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.
Kayak doesn’t let you get a refund and won’t work with you at all. I will never use Kayak again.
