At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.

Pros: "The crew was friendly and the seats were very comfortable. The flight left a bit earlier than expected. I like that."
Cons: "The person collecting the boarding passes could have used another person helping her."
Cons: "35 minutes delay at Tangier airport after boarding without any explanation. When the aircraft starts its descent, it was a nightmare, everybody was scared .. No explanation !"
Pros: "Crew very attentive"
Cons: "I wanted to buy some duty free fragrance and I wanted to pay with credit card, but they didn't have the one I wanted, and what's more, they didn't have a credit card machine either. So the sale was lost!!"
