Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."

Because as of right now we have been traveling almost 24 hours from Alaska to St Louis. Please call me if you need any additional information."

Cons: "I tried to get an aisle seat and was told that was what I was assigned when I checked in at Beijing. Even though it was in the Premium section with extra legroom, a middle seat is difficult for a 5' 11" person, especially after flying for as many hours as I flew. I was constantly bumping shoulders with people in the aisle and window seats."

The flight attendants did nothing but gossip about other flight attendants (good and bad), their home life,etc. One rammed me with the cart & their body, woke me up, didn't even apologize. Just felt it was rude. I pay for my flight. I was trying to rest on my 4 hour flight before I had to tend to daughter who had cancer, I need the rest. And for what I paid, I should be able to. Not listen to Alaska's drama within."

Pros: "I love the boarding process. It only makes sense to board the back of the plane first. Finally! They have nice size overhead bins. Love the charging ports in the back of the seats. It seems like someone finally thought through the flight process. Even with a little turbulence the landing was smooth and just a little early."

A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

It was a 6am flight and mostly everyone was trying to sleep, but she was so loud that I gave up after trying to. If you tell someone else to be quiet because of sleeping passengers, I recommend you follow your own advice."

Shouldn't have to do this though. PUT FAMILIES TOGETHER ON PLANES, ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN."

We were there before the departure time but the staff gave us a hard time saying they were going to lock the doors on us. It wasn't until the flight crew ran up behind us that they finally didn't have an attitude and said we were fine. Online entertainment didn't work, no shows, the map doesn't have a time or useful info. My row was skipped by the crew for snacks. The guy came from behind first, which I didn't see and then one the way back, he didn't even look at my row or the row in front of me."

Cons: "First off the TSA line was changed right in the middle of waiting in it. They combined two lines into one giant line, putting the other line in front of my line. I know part of this is TSA, but JetBlue has some pull/say in how their terminal works. This doubled my TSA wait time resulting in a 1hr 15 min wait for security. Second, the flight was 20 minutes delayed. Not the best JetBlue day."

As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it."

Cons: "The fact that the lack of knowledge regarding international travel visas by the counter staff and supervisor meant that two days of the vacation were lost. Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for over two hours in temps of 90 degrees. Requested water and fight attendent Bridgette told me she was busy and trying to manage everything. After 1st class got offered their third round of drinks and food, my son attempted to get flight attendant Ed's attention but he refused to acknowledge him. He went to Bridgette who gave water with a hair in it. The crew was unpleasant and did not greet or say good bye. So sad."
Pros: "Suncountry has great service, their seats are not cramped and i think that there is enough leg and elbow room in every seat. The crew was attentive and friendly, the flight was punctual and uneventful."

Cons: "Monitors with Sun Country gate information very difficult to find, if at all. I asked several people about Sun Country and departure gate, and was pointed in several WRONG directions. Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."
Cons: "Flight was determined to be 2 hours late well in advance. No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."
Cons: "Service and customer handling at MSP and JFK were very poor. This airline charges for everything, and if you select an incorrect option and over pay, then too bad... They offer no reimbursement. Buyer Beware."

I keep getting switched from one person to another without any feed back and it's so frustrating. It will be nice if I can get someone to just tell me there is no refund rather than keeping me online for over 10mins."
Cons: "Two hour delay. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, it basically felt like 1” of cotton on plywood, the back support kept popping in and out. The staff not pleasant, as in zero smiling, no welcoming on board and they were short with other passengers. It’s unbelievable that snacks are extra when every other airline offers complimentary peanuts/pretzels/cookies. I had to spend $30 extra for my fiancée to sit next to each other, even though we purchased tickets together. As a Minnesota born resident, who now lives out east, this was such a disappointment. I will not fly with again."

Cons: "I wasn't told that the exit row seat would not recline until I got on the plane. My last trip on Sun Country, none of the seats reclined as far as I can tell. I'm generally very tired by the time I get on a flight, and not being able to recline at all makes for a very uncomfortable flight."

Pros: "Boarding was easy / I didn't bring a carry on so I wouldn't be charged but i had a big personal item and was a bit worried but no one gave me any trouble. Attendants were very nice when I wanted more than 1 cup of coffee. Boarding let you sit right there before you got on the flight / seats were right next to the gate. Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."
Cons: "The flight was delayed because of SC operational impotence and I was missing my connection. SC said they will refund the fare but refused to compensate $200 in fare difference on an alternative flight. I could not afford the alternative ticket and missed my appointment that I have scheduled 3 months in advance. SC customer service manager named Cole enjoyed torturing me on the phone for 30 min saying he was not going to approve the difference in fares blaming on weather. While an agent at the gate indicated the delay had nothing to do with the weather!!! Most horrific experience ever! And I fly all the time"

Cons: "Sun country did a pretty terrible job of delaying my flight. Instead of delaying it all at once, they pushed it back gradually, a total of 7 or so times, until 16 hours later we finally took off. On top of that, they blamed the weather, yet flights were taking off and landing all around us. The fault was clearly with our particualr aircraft or Sun Country management - or both. As compensation, we received a $200 voicher to fly with Sun Country again. I will likely not even use it."

Pros: "I'm not sure what is and isn't in the control of sun country and what aspects just have to do with the weather/airport. Everything was fine but our flight was delayed an hour with no explanation and then we ended up sitting in the airplane for an hour and a half. I assumed they airport crew was loading luggage into the plane. But no explanation was given. The flight attendants were awesome and I ended up with a whole row to myself."
Pros: "I am still at the airport, the flight that was supposed to leave 3 hrs ago has been delayed for repair. I am happy they are trying g.to be safe but this is a huge inconvenience. The airline thus far has offered a glass of water to its passengers and that was before we had to exit the airplane. How nice"

I relayed this experience to the check-in guy at the airport where I had to be in line for a few minutes, and he apologized for my experience and asked if I wanted a seat more at the front of than what was designated for me. I appreciated that offer."

This not only happened to me, but it happened to several passengers. The staff was not helpful and was really cold towards all of us."

Cons: "Flight was over booked and they put me on the next flight. This cause me to lose a days pay for work. when I called the airline. They told me they never oversell and that I was listed as late. The ticketing agent basically lied and said I showed up late. Also, she told me that if I am not their by 2 hours before th flight there is a chance I can be put on stand-by."

My dad asked the crew to put their seat next to each other at check-in but the crew ignored 3. My dad took a seat as given, then flight attendant came and told my dad that he had to move to another, more uncomfortable seat because there is someone on wheelchair has to take my dad's seat! In that case, don't they have to save a seat for wheelchair person in advance? Without asking properly, they just said my dad has to move. Very rude and poor customer service!"

Cons: "I wasn't able to book online or check in which delayed me as I didn't have to check a bag. Every time I tried an error occurred both in the flight there and back. Also, I looked like on my reservation my first name was combined with my middle. I thought it was an error and called and waited on the line fur over a half hour and never talked with anyone. I went into the flight nervous it was going to be an issue. Fortunately it want but the added areas was unfortunate."

Pros: "Gate locations in terminals are quick and easy to get to (30 minutes LESS walking than Delta in JFK Terminal 4). Boarding process was sane, logical and passengers well informed. Seats are comfortable and well spaced. Crew volunteered to be and was helpful. And the plane was clean!"
