Cons: With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere.

Pros: The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best.

Pros: I had a great seat and the crew was very helpful and nice! It went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances, and we even got there early!

Cons: I accidentally put this in the wrong survey (the PNS-ATL) one but there was a lot of changing of gates and running around before the flight. I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go

Cons: Older plane so the entertainment system was dated and the touch screen didn’t work for me in certain areas, but otherwise it was a great flight. Efficient customs in Minneapolis as well!

Cons: We had to cancel due to the travel restrictions and wete unable to reach anyone at all to help us...we lost everything and had no help or assistance through this and nothing was offered...i would never book again because they dont help you at all when there is an issue...book with the airline if you want any help

Pros: Jason the flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable and pleasant. I was a bit sad saying good bye to my family but Jason’s upbeat-positive energy brought so much happiness to my day. Exceptional employee! Thank you for hiring such a kind spirited person!

Cons: Honestly, I think it was a great flight. I’m used to rude flight attendants, but this crew were great. Probably some of the best flight service I’ve had. I’m going to try to keep flying AA from now on.

Cons: I always have trouble hearing the announcements in the waiting areas at the airports. Why can't they (airports) fix that.

Cons: The snack were very simple. They don't communicate properly all the different snack options.

Cons: Ordered a vegan meal for flight companion pre-flight; we *both* received a vegan meal (it seems like people with incompatible diets cannot book their flights together). Flight seemed to have run out meals since a random third person in my row requested an extra meal and was told they were out. Flight etiquette of other passengers would have been nice; for example, it was also fairly unsafe for a father and child to keep walking up and down the aisles, let alone the bumping into people they kept doing.

Pros: Very helpful in getting on board luggage stowed, attractive interior

Cons: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.
