Cons: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.

Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.

Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.

Pros: Crew helped us find new seats on board.

Cons: American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Cons: Due to flight delay I missed my connecting flight, was downgraded, didn’t get my meal and was late arriving.

Pros: Boarding so efficient we left early and arrived super early.

Cons: My flight went well as there was no delay and no issues during the very long flight from Nairobi to Washington DC via Dubai.

Pros: Seat was okay, even when multiple exit row seats were available they would not give it to passengers as they had 500 Dirhams charge on them. Qatar had no such policy when I travelled there two weeks ago they happily let us use the exit row when no one was seated there

Pros: It was comfortable flight and most importantly, our family was finally seated together in our last flight EK 420. The crew were attentive to us.

Cons: The entertainment shows could be better as it was limited

Pros: The tv shows and the games for the kids the monitor was large and they didn’t need an ipad to calm down

Cons: The food , i had better food in the Lufthansa they had jam butter pancakes and mostly a fluffy chewy piece of bread , also both choices were eggs one with cheese one with out !! Why not eggs or pancakes or maybe french toast or something arabic like flafel fool , also the dessert was dates! Not nice

Cons: They gave you a menu at the start of the flight but didn't serve any of that food, and the food wasn't very good

Cons: Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!

Cons: The flight was delayed, and then seemed rushed at call Last Call. Also the ear phone jack was a double that even the TA ones didn't quite fit. Glad it was an overnight flight and slept most of the way.

Pros: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights

Cons: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!

Cons: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Cons: Extra rules about headphones are annoying and no beverage options. Horrible terminal that does not let you get a drink before boarding and gate agent did not update boarding when it was late, so no one could venture off and get a drink of water before flight.

Cons: Though the staff was friendly, I found them a bit unhelpful. I was literally holding three bags and a toddler in my arms, and passed at least three airline crew members. However, not one of them even bothered offering for help. I don’t expect that from a world class airline.

Pros: The crew, as always, was super professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The plane was neat and clean, I was pleasantly surprised with personal items like tooth paste, tooth brush, and slippers. And I was thrilled that you served wine with food as well. That goes a long way!

Cons: I didn’t rate comfort and food as “excellent” as I did other items not because they were not great, but flying on an economy class for 14.5 hours, I can’t force myself to speak too highly about these two items, which doesn’t necessarily reflect my flight experience or Korean Air quality!

Cons: The temperature was too cold to get comfortable. I had on a jacket and a blanket, drank hot tea and still managed to get a cold after leaving the plane. Also the food wasn’t good.

Pros: Food has gotten much better than maybe 10 years ago? Decent quantity and taste. Food is heated.

Cons: Boarding took longer than usual but they did announce that the gate we were assigned was not setup for that plane.
