Cons: "Getting on and off the plane took some time, but doesn't it always? Economy class was slightly more comfortable than many other airlines, but nothing to write home about. Qatar Airways really shone in the food, the service (both onboard and off) and the entertainment. Good experience."

Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

Cons: "People were allowed wheel chairs without a doctor'snote. 59 wheel chairs passengers is ridiculous. Make it a requirement wheel chair assistance required a doctor's note. And check hand luggage weight. Many bags excceeded the limit."

Cons: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."
Cons: "Missed Connection due to late Arrival at Heathrow from BOS, causing us to miss connection to MXP. then took a flight to LIN. Problem, was rental car was near MXP. It cost $129.70 for taxi , but have only been reimbursed $64.26 even though told at the counter that we would be reimbursed in full."

Cons: "1. No toiletries were available for business class even on this flight. 2. There was no food choice especially if you prefer vegetarian. 3. Even if One presses a button to request for some water, no one comes to the seat; this habit of BA continues for the good part of the last decade. Reminded me why I stopped flying BA! 4. No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Pros: "Plenty of entertainment in the headrest screen to keep you occupied, including lots of TV, movies, trivia games, and even a chat for travelers on board to connect."
Cons: "It’s the old 2-4-2 row setup. Nobody likes being in one of the two middle seats. We booked through AA which meant we couldn’t check-in online on ba.com. We got what was left."

Cons: "My issue with flying back American is that...I didn't. They boarded us on the plane, moved down the tarmac, and then checked to see that we had a brake problem. They took our plane out of service (which I get, I would want brakes before takeoff), but then they never updated us on our status, until I physically went to the counter to ask an hour later. This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Luckily, I was able to book JetBlue and get home earlier (8:00pm)"
Pros: "We had to wait in the airplane upon arrival in La Guardia NY because wheelchair was not ready."
Pros: "The seat. The BC lounge , the A380 BC. The food the service all ex excellent !"
Cons: "The crew wasn’t friendly at all, not personal at all , I even brought chocolates all the way from California and only got a thank you from one cabin crew. Not friendly or personal at all"

Cons: "They ran out of food! There were no snack and I had to go without food from AUH to IAD. No snacks either. The focus was on selling food. A truly sad experience. I thought Ethiad was among the top 5 airlines but this experience puts the worse that the top 25"

Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty."

Cons: "Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport ."
Pros: "The cabin crew in first class and coach were excellent... went well beyond the call of duty... AA and United can learn from them!"
Cons: "The boarding procedure was pathetic... the first class coach was overloaded and after a 10 minute drive a steep ladder to climb!! Kind of difficult if you have been traveling for last 18 hours"
Cons: "Disasterous! The flight departed 3 hours late because of some mechanical problem. So missed connections in Abu Dhabi, although Ethihad could have held a later connection to BKK for just about 20 minutes for us to board. The huge hassle getting lodging from the airline to take an onward flight the next day. Your staff would not accommodate us at the airport hotel so we could avoid the need to obtain a visa, which takes a minimum of 3 hours wait. We finally gave up on the visa and decided to just stay up overnight at the airport. That caused one kind Ethihad staff to finally make issues us an authorization for the hotel at the airport. We would never fly your airline again."
Cons: "Unusually the crew were quite stand off. Normally cheerful and accommodating this crew gave you the feeling you were in the way and tiresome"
Pros: "Good sized seats and new aircraft, AUD airport is very pleasant and customer friendly. The vegetarian snack sandwiches are very delicious. I wish if they could offer them in every meal and to toddler passengers."
Cons: "I buzzed the light for service 3 times and not once did the attendant come and check on my needs. Our attendant was not customer friendly- infact I don’t recall her smiling once throughout the 13 hour journey. Overheard her being stern and rude with other passengers. I specifically asked the crew to deliver my stroller in AUD for transit since we were flying the next day and they didn’t fulfill our request. Luckily AUD airport has strollers so we used one and took it to our hotel. The fact that Etihad doesn’t provide hotel accommodation for 14 hour transits is beyond ridiculous. Really disappointed in this lack of arrangement for long haul flights."
Pros: "Same good entertainment. Flight left and landed on time. Breakfast was enjoyable but they had ran out of options so I didn’t get a choice, but still enjoyed what I got (banana bread)"
Cons: "I don’t recall there being an announcement to say that the flight was boarding, only the screen in the waiting area saying so."
