Cons: "Upon arrival to my destination, my golf travel bag came out of the oversized luggage area with the zipper wide open, my things rolling around, and my golf bag (within the travel bag) was completely broken. The interior bag is permanently filthy from rolling around uncovered, and the bag stand is broken beyond repair. When I left, the bag was securely strapped down with extra padding around the clubs. I received them dirty, broken, and unsecured. Upon my return home, the golf bag is now missing. The gentleman at the Frontier desk was doing his very best, but there were several travelers with missing bags and he was the only one trying to help anyone. Horrible service beyond the man that took my claim of lost baggage. I would never suggest someone traveling with golf clubs through Frontier. There is about $4,000 worth of equipment that I am now missing with no certainty of recovery. I'm going to hope for the best and follow-up meticulously."

Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable. I'm 5'4", 135 pounds. The seats are just awkward. There is no way one could nap in one. This is less about their width and more about the angle at which one is forced to sit for hours on end. Overall, however, I've been very impressed with Frontier."

I would use them again if their flight was cheap, i certainly wouldn't seek them out or recommend them based on quality, cost is the saving grace for this airline."
Cons: "They made a big deal about flight time from "wheels up to wheels down" being 56 minutes, and then announced that per Frontier policy no drink service was offered for flights less than an hour. We were stuck on the plane for much longer than an hour, it was super hot, and the flight was late, seemed like they could have made a gesture and brought around something cold to drink. The flight was cheap but look close at the fine print, my bag was small enough to be considered a personal bag but had it been much bigger it would have cost me an extra $50."

Before that, I had actively searched for how much I would be charged for my seat and my luggage both online and on the phone. No answers. I described this process to a lawyer who said there is possibility for a large class action lawsuit. I ended up having to pay $70 in fees (and will again on my flight back home -- probably -- again, there's no way for me to find out from Frontier until I check in). I don't mind fees, but they should be transparent. I will never fly Frontier again."

And they let me board with the incorrect pass, despite the fact that I am obviously a girl and the ticket belonged to a man named Isaac. Help desk was not very friendly, they blamed me for the confusion as their computer system had me on a different flight entirely. I will never fly frontier again. the $50 "we are sorry for your inconvenience" voucher was insulting after my experience."

I tried to explain what had happened and they kept interrupting me and telling me I probably was going to miss my Friday evening flight as it was overbooked. They asked me if I'd like to check my bag and I said sure. I agreed because I never finished my kiosk purchase or agreed to pay the fee on it. The attendant takes my card and swipes it. Then said "It looks like you paid twice. Call this number" and hands me a paper with an 801 number on it. The gate and departure time changed several times. We wee supposed to leave at 7:30 and didn't leave until after 8pm. This was an awful experience and I won't be flying Frontier again."

Never seen this kind of horrible service. I lost my flight coming back from NY because of the bad weather conditions. The airport was insane, we got off in the middle of the freeway because cars were not moving and started running. I left 3hs30 before my flight and still lost it...thats how crazy it was. Not only they didnt offer any help, they wanted to charge penalty and put me on a flight 4 days from then. Tried calling and explaining, no one cares. Never flying this company again"
