Cons: "Wouldn’t let us take our carry-on because they had overbooked and had no more room in overhead. Delayed our first flight and then our connecting flight left *early*. (If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Cons: "I has nothing to do with the flight it self! The original fight was cancelled from Minneapolis to Atlanta (with no notice) I found this out by calling!! I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"

Cons: "The Atlanta Airport is Insane for the handicapped. Try to get through the airport with 1. Your own scooter, 2. How to get into and back out of the elevators and trains and 3. The 1000s of people to make your flight in an hour at this unfamiliar airport Now try to do that when your wife also has to get around with her scooter and try to stay together. Then if your flight gets moved to another gate...and you have 10 minutes to do ALL this again... Never mind the bathrooms while one of us watches the scooters while the other uses the facilities and this is Impossible. Never mind the narrowness of the elevators. STRONGLY SUGGEST AN AIRLINE EMPLOYEE TRIES TO SEE THE PROBLEMS FIRST HAND with a scooter, THEN RECOMMEND FIXES. And don't get me started on the restarants with tables too close together if you use a scooter. Toronto airport is better as a comparison. Alton and Mary Cason"

Cons: "Economy seats have no leg room and seats are very uncomfortable to your back during a 8hr flight. Flight attendants skipped rows for drinks, snacks, etc and would have to be called back. Paying close to a thousand per ticket, you'd expect a little better experience but oh well."

Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

Cons: "Connection flight from LAX to Seattle was dropped off of booking completely. When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."

Pros: "Staff are very friendly. The agent inadvertently gave me my boarding pass twice instead of mine and my wife's, TSA pre-check in Atlanta caught the error and made the security check process so fast and efficient by asking me to skip the line whenI got my error fixed."

Had a small issue to validate my passport in the automated cheek-in botths and waited over an hour to get them to personally validate. terrible experience. There were several of us with the same problem. I chose Delta given their prestige for great customer service, but they definitely need to do something about some of the folks at Logan's terminal."

Cons: "So I arrived in Atl was on standby for the 7:20 flight to Dca airport I had already paid $50 for standby! I got cleared for this flight and bumped to delta comfort. I was super excited to finally get upgraded! Then the plane had problems we were then again delayed and had to deplane. We were told this would be a 2 hour delay. I proceeded to try an get on the next flight at 8:20 while asking about a window seat the lady told me I would have to pay an additional $19! Well I had already paid $50. So the nice lady put me on that flight after I had already asked for window seat. She put me in the middle seat! I get that planes have problems and flights are delayed! There was so much bad yesterday then good and I feel like delta should know. It's more and more bad everytime I fly! Please fix these problems!"

Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Even after seeing it said so in the computer system, they refused to honor it. So this time, I gave up and boarded with the last group. No prior warning was given that this plane would not allow for carry on luggage in overhead bins. Further were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."

Pros: "It was worth while upgrading to premium plus for the first time I was actually comfortable flying the crew is always kind and caring and the food was. Better than usual. Unfortunately Heathrow employees board handicapped people and the are horrible. They didn't come to board us until the plane was 75 percent boarded which is just unacceptable for a wheelchair user who cannot stand. BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

Cons: "AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

The only major issue I had was once I arrived in Honolulu my luggage was damaged. I should’ve filed a claim while at the airport at the time but didn’t realize it until I got to the hotel."

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

After already have walking from gate F, to E, back to F, then C and finally back to E, was a little ridiculous."

Not impressed with deltas service at the airport. The flight crew was very nice."

Five poor people got their bags checks, then the plan was abandoned. In row 31, there were still empty bins. Do yourselves a big favor, UAL, and make it easier, not harder to fly. I have flown United for 30+ years but when you start charging for overhead bins, I am gone. This is insane. Win your customers' loyalty if you want your profits to rise."

Cons: "It is 6:50 PM. We are at the airport in Merida, Mexico. We were scheduled to leave at 8:22 AM this morning. The flight was delayed twice, due to maintenance. We are now scheduled to leave at 9:00 PM. The plane is coming in from Houston. An airline as large as United could have sent another plane here instead of having us wait 13 hours. We have a 4 hour drive to get home after arriving Houston."

Cons: "Too many carry on luggage items. People slow loading and exiting with multiple baggages. I paid for the in-house movie which didn't start until we were up in the air and cut off multiple times. Perhaps if you paid once during the day the next flight you could receive a code that would carry over so you wouldn't have to pay twice"

Pros: "Everything was great. First time using Kayak and first time on United."

Pros: "Everything was very painless from booking to flying! This was my first time flying United and I'm very impressed and excited to fly with them again in the future. I had an hour delay on departure that caused me to miss something but when I called united to move my return flight due to this they handled it great! Based on that alone I feel myself become a loyal United customer! How you handle mishaps means the world to someone like me!"

Pros: "Crew was great, captain was a comedian. Pretty sure he broke the speed limit getting from Denver to OKC (95 minute flight took just about 67 minutes. Hey, the pilot told us he was going supersonic) no complaints here. Again, great entertainment, flight didn't last long enough to enjoy the free wifi entertainment."
Cons: "This was a 6 person row plane. As such, with three on each side and more people front to back, I lost leg and shoulder room. At 6'4" & 280 with size 14 feet, you notice these things."

Pros: "Positive crew made even requests for seat changes happy moments. Even got us there 10 minutes early,"
