$493 Find Cheap Flights from Mexico City to Ho Chi Minh City

I paid $7,000 to fly round trip to Porto. I thought it was for business class. But on the leg from Miami to Newark, and again from Newark to Miami, i was in coach. One time in the middle seat of coach. From Newark to Porto I was in business class as expected, and it was fine. I fly to Portugal once per month, often paying $5,000 for business class. Usually i fly American Airlines. I'd be happy to fly more with United Airlines. But my experience was disappointing because i was put in the coach for almost half the flights.

Terrible. No customer service, no food, no drinks on a 6 hour premier economy booking.

Mean flight attendant. I wanted to reuse my plastic cup, but he (Matthew) said he can't for safety. I then said "I don't want water then" and he poured me a glass. I hope Matthew gets herpes and spends the rest of his life poor, lonely, and homeless.

I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.

Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues

Flight was delayed 45 minutes because originating flight was coming from Newark. No complimentary snacks were offered on this 5+ hour flight. No screens for the flight, but movies offered if you had already downloaded the United app (which I hadn't on my ipad). No USB ports, only a flimsy plug-in port near the bottom of the seat that was hard to see and kept coming unplugged.

The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.

I understand weather is an issue, but making us chase our plane down at five scheduled gates across three terminals in an airport the size of O'Hare was unfair. They'd have probably been better off to leave gates as TBD until the inbound plane is in final approach instead of running us all over the place. Also, props to the consistently-unprepared ground crew in Richmond for once again leaving my lane parked short of the gate because they couldn't have a crew in place on time with 2 hours notice...

Flight and crew were great. United didn't inform crew of immigration process which was disappointing!

Flight left on time. Boarding was easy. Arrived to EWR 30 mins early. Luggage was deplaned in good time. Overall a very good experience.
