I got Molly's special pre packed horrible food all through the flight filled with preservatives and prepackaged. I therefore didn't eat anything. They kept giving me kosher food on top of it . That was worse. I did not order kosher food! So on my entire flight, I ate nothing. The hostess finally found a left over but it was horrible as well. A tiny salad with plain head lettuce, not like the Lufthasa food. This continued into breakfast. Molly food was unhealthy and inedible. I ate one piece of packaged cheese for the entire journey.

Cons: The space between rows are uncomfortably narrow (and I am a short person). It also does not help when the attendants would not want to disturb a sleeping but have no problem allowing us to eat off a tray with our forehead touching the back of the seat in front. This happened to me on the entire journey on Swiss from Miami to Zurich to Cape Town. It is almost a health hazard not being able to move and forget about trying to even use a laptop because when the person in front recline her seat, you have no room to even type (and my laptop was only a 13 inch Mac.) I am a million miler on United and this is one of the most miserable flights that I have taken. I also don't like the fact that we cannot get seat assignments until 23 hours before departure- not even for preferred travelers.

The plane just seemed to get hotter and hotter! This was on all four segments across and back! The local flights seemed to be a bit better, and while not as cool as I personally like, they were acceptable. For clarification I am a premier flyer with star alliance, primarily United, and fly close to 100,000 miles per year. To date I have received NO mileage credit for any Turkish Airline flight!

Pros: The big deal for me was that I was upgraded (at no cost) to Premium Economy class. I enjoyed the extra leg room and the ability to lie back (further than in regular economy class). The free drinks were also a plus.

Cons: Waiting to board, outside in the rain while people shuffle slowly onboard and the crew does nothing to speed things up
Pros: Even though we boarded the plan via a bus, I appreciated that business class was given priority boarding the bus.
Cons: The waiting area was a bit spartan, but quite acceptable.
Cons: My entertainment screen did not work even after being reset twice. And the flight was too full to move.
Pros: A380 flies smoothie.
Cons: Drop Off bagage at MIA airport. I did online check-in..but, the line for DropOFF so long and only ONE person attending..i suggest improve desk services...

Cons: The flight was a replacement for a cancelled flight. In addition to this, it was delayed. The flight attendants did not compensate for our inconvenience and were not very friendly or available in general. The incoming flight had been delayed by hours, with boarding and deplaning and a very bad attitude.
Pros: Clean, new aircraft with comfortable seats, excellent in flight service by the cabin crew, great selection of in-flight entertainment. Punctual departure and arrival (very smooth landing of the B747-800!!)
Cons: I asked at the gate in Frankfurt if I would need to show all our passports again before boarding. The Lufthansa gate agent said she didn't think they would be checked again and to just have boarding passes ready. So I packed the passports on my carryon backpack and just had our 7 boarding passes for our family. Then at the end of the jet bridge right before getting on the aircraft, two people were checking passports again. I had to unpack them from the folder in my backpack. Not a big issue, but the gate agent gave me bad information and should have known we needed boarding passes and passports for boarding.
Cons: Flight delay
Pros: New airplane, very nice and comfortable. Great service. Smooth flight.. 10 hours - no turbulence. :)
Cons: They lost Both of my laguages.

Cons: They only had two meal options and the ran out of the vegetarian option. There were many people on the flight that didn't get a meal or had to take the meat option when they would have preferred the pasta.
Pros: Spent to much on the bus, bus was crowd. 2 hours delay. Without clear information of the reason.

Cons: Space is horrible on seat 64A economy seating in the 380 is very tight
Cons: I requested Kosher meal and first time did not get it. I was shocked when I was told that Lufthansa does not serve it on this flight. I am planning to write about it Lufthansa CEO. The airplane was old, one restroom did not function and it was closed. So, the economy class was served by only one restroom for the entire flight which led to long waiting line and discomfort for many passengers.
Cons: The AC was set to way too high temperature. Very uncomfortable. Sweaty and smelly Lufthansa style. I asked to adjust the temperature - the flight attendant said she would . Maybe they fixed it next flight. The temperature is set up by sections. All othe sections were ok except the one with the row 79 in it.
Pros: Both flights were equally wonderful

Cons: The noise of the bathroom doors. Every time that one of the 120 passengers use one bathroom close to my seat I wake up suddenly, because is very hard the impact to close the door and at 2 am was terrible.
Pros: I appreciate that Lufthansa sends updates about the flights and gate changes before every flight. The crew was excellent.
Pros: The air crew were very attentive and respectful. They treated coach passengers as well as first class on any other airline. Lots of entertainments were available on the flight.
Cons: I was careful to prepare my luggage so I only had a carry on. Unfortunately, the weight limit for carry on baggage is incredibly low, so I ended up having to check my bag anyway. I understand the process and why, so this is only a minor complaint. But I do wish the weight limit could be a bit higher.
Pros: The crew was very attentive.
Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
Pros: Crew was very pleasant.
Cons: There were no announcements at all about the delays! It was confusing and poor service.

Pros: Jet was a CRJ900 and was very comfortable. Had to check baggage before entering plane but worked out well and helped with the boarding.

Pros: Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair.
Pros: Transfer time is not sufficient due to customs in Sweden customs inspection takes too long for only one staff.
Cons: If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying...

Cons: my ONLY complaint is that I preordered a VEGETARIAN meal and got a VEGAN meal. NOT a big deal, but they should be aware of the difference.
Cons: SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers.
Cons: Flight delayed, had to take 2 other flights to get to the final destination. Arrived at 9pm instead of 2pm.
Cons: The seats were very uncomfortable
Pros: Entertainment great, plane clean and newish. Breakfast way better than most competitors on transatlantic. Fruit salad, hot good sized rolls, yogurt, thick slices of ham n cheese so much better than BA’s downsized granola bar and mini muffin ( that they also serve in the upgraded class!
Cons: You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing.
Pros: The customer service was great & they attended to my son who has a disability & flying on his own. He arrived well & happy so we were pleased with the service.

Cons: SAS is packing in 200 passengers in their Airbus 321, so no space and seat comfort like 0. Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase.
Pros: Every one from the check-in counter to the baggage claim was gracious, courteous and very interested in my well-being. It was quite a lovely experience..

Pros: My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink
Pros: I was only charged half the price for my checked suitcase on the return flight - after I called SAS the day before departure.
Cons: It doesn't really matter that other aspects of the flight were ok when I had to pay £60.00 for my one regular-size suitcase, and I don't find out until I am standing at the check-in counter. Why do travelers have to pay for checked luggage, at all?
Pros: SAS plane, customer service and meals.
Cons: Lost my luggage when the other 3 people who I am traveling with got theirs. Not sure what went wrong there. No SAS personnel was available, actually there was no airline counter even. I filed a lost and found report at the airport. I will contact the airline , hope they will find my bags or at least provide vouchers for my one week vacation.

Pros: Technically, since the first leg of my flight was changed I no longer flew this route, but it was through the same airlines and they fixed my issues no problem.
Pros: This was my first flight in SAS and it was a wonderful experience. The crew was pleasant and the seating was spacious and the plane was clean. Very refreshing atmosphere.

Cons: I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel.

Cons: The customs agent was slower than slow.. This is no exaggeration -/everyone on our flight, the following flight, and a few of the flight after that went throug the other line before we did. We do not know if she is training , being rediculously conscientious, being too social or a power/control thing. We had plenty of time, I feel sorry for people who had tight connections. LOTS of people switched lines but we didn't know it would continue to be rediculous. There are stairs to climb from the gate which will be a problem for people with any physical issues ( bad knees). The plane took off late and this time we were nervous with a tight connection in Stockholm Location of Gate display is slower than most airports and we were told It changes at the last minute. We will avoid the Oslo airport in the future.

Cons: Boarding was a little strange. Not sure why the gate stayed closed up until boarding time so passengers had to stand in line until actual boarding instead of being able to sit and relax. Also not sure why we weren't permitted to check in online like previous.

Cons: Gate attendant in Stockholm was not pleasant to my travelling partner, when she was concerned about me being able to get on the flight in the rush from leaving the very delayed flight from Reykjavik. she was not empathetic; was unhelpfully directive, impatient.
