They are keep talking around three hours it’s doesn’t problem if a cabin Crew didn’t give them many bottles of wine. They are drinking for three hours with 9 bottles for 3 girls. They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Cons: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"

Staff did not board passengers by zones (although on tickets), or rows (also on tickets) or class (also on tickets). Rather all jumbled up, and although there was possible a good reason for such, no explanation offered passengers, thus increasing discontent. Individual desk personal seemed helpful when asked directly, so possible due to Dubai team /desk team lead policy. Flight seat from Dubai to EBB not one requested and no explanation offered on why although requested made months previous when ticket booked. ."

Pros: "This was my first time getting a bump up to First. Loved the dining options and comfort level. Staff on board were wonderful. Shower a particular novelty but it did perk me up prior to landing."

On my first flight I wasn't even asked if I would like to drink something even though not sleeping and waiting to be asked (I think my complete line was forgotten), there was no smile and kindness, when entering the plane 2 people in front of me did not need to show their tickets so I put mine away - of course I had to show mine a 4th time then and look for it. So annoying. They all look pretty but could definitely be more service orientated."

Cons: "Consistently late departures. Did not keep passengers informed about updated departure times. After serving the food, it took more than one hour to take the leftovers away. During the flight from Dubai -Chicago, hot beverages were served 1.5 hours after the food was served. Crew was not friendly at all. During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

Cons: "The ground staff needs to be more co-ordial and friendly. Am not sure how they are hired but they appear very rude and dry throwing instructions. I travel a lot and in many airlines and whatever the case, staff members of other airlines smile, tell issues if any, suggest solutions and work on it. Emirates staff, it seems, does not know how to talk or smile."

Cons: "I did not see on the website that in order to get Dubai Connect you were meant to spend a certain amount of money. I thought it was due to an eight-hour layover. I have done it on two other flights. When I arrived people had me running all over the place trying to get information on why I was not eligible. If I knew it was based on rate or it was clearer on the website I would not have booked the flight."

Cons: "Due to an accident the flight was redirected which I understand but when we landed in Bahrain it took four hour for Emirates to organize a hotel then we did not fly out until 15 hours latter on top of that there was no communication or assistance with connecting flights. There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

Cons: "Our first flight was delayed (due to the air graft arriving late), causing us to miss this flight. The Turkish Airline staff informed us that we would have to wait 24 hours, purchase a hotel at our own expense, and acquire a Turkish visa, also at our own expense. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

And the 12 hour layover (CDG-IST-JFK) was pretty harsh, though not as bad as 16 in the other direction."
