Pros: "The crew was amazing. very helpful and great services."
Cons: "While waiting in the check-in line, it would be better if one of the crew would come and ask the travellers if they have got everything. cause I had my Covid test and it was negative. However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. So, it would be nice if the crew would come to the passenger on the line just to make sure they have everything right."

Pros: "We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Cons: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

Cons: "The passenger sitting next to me was really sick due to flu. When i explained the situation and asked for masks to the attendant, you guys did not have even one. I was disappointed with that. I think the flight should have some for these kinds of situation so that other passengers can protect themselves. Thanks."

Cons: "- Tiny, cramped seats and aisles. I'd heard the Quatar has more leg room than other airlines. This is definitely not true. If the person in front of me reclined all the way, they crushed my knees and I'm only 5'7". - Bathrooms were dirty by 4 hours into the 14 hour flight. Sinks clogged, garbage can overflowing. Not just one bathroom. Gross. - Worst flight attendant service I've ever had, and I don't expect much since I've traveled a lot. Service was rushed, coffee cart for our side of plane never arrived, when I walked to the back to ask for some, they couldn't find the milk and made a fuss about looking for sugar. Lots of similar examples throughout the flight. - The baggage claim carousel number never appeared on the screens at IAD after landing. Other flights showed but not Quatar. We waited a while then walked around to check them all until we found the right carousel. Never seen this happen before. - One of our bags never appeared, so we waited until all luggage had come out and checked with the counter. They found our bag somewhere and brought it over after a 20 minute wait. No explanation given. Good thing we'd counted bags."

Cons: "I am quite tall (6'5"/1.92m), the in flight comfort was brutal. It'll take my knees a week or two to forget the constant jamming from the seat in front of me. Otherwise, on boarding was well organized, but very slow. Sound quality on provided headphones was very poor."

Cons: "is it true that Qatar treats the passengers coming to US differently than the passengers going out of US. I noticed that the crew was giving menu cards for dinner when coming back to US. Food quality is very ad, quantity is small also. same story with snacks. they don't offer enough food overall. The crew should be trained better for int'l passengers."

Cons: "After the flight landed we had to present our boarding passes one by one so they could be inspected again and our names were crossedoing off some list. It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

Pros: "The Boarding Emirates at Logan Airport is a nightmare. The staff are unhelpful, and take long time to process Transiting passengers. The Desk is understaffed, and the staff is rude."
Cons: "The flight has enough crew on board, but the staff usually stand together in the galley and keep gossiping, instead of going around once in a while and check on passengers. It's a long flight and crews change but the passengers don't."

I had just come off another Emirates flight but this was old tatty plane, the seating squashed. The plane was delayed on the runway for around 40 mins but no announcement made, the stewards were unresponsive when people pressed the buzzer."

Cons: "we were greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes and then the flight attendants sprayed bug spray multiple times which was terrible given it is an enclosed space. The mosquitoes never went away so the only reprieve was when we finally exited the plane. Awful."

Pros: "Flew Emirates coach Washington to Dubai to Johannesburg and Bangkok to Dubai to Washington in July 2017. New A380-800 planes were superb. Entertainment system is second to none. Staff is efficient and polite. Except for the "required crying babies" on each leg the plane is very quiet and peaceful. The check-in, however is a zoo. But better to put your best employees on the flights rather than on the ground."

Cons: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."

Cons: "On longer flights, they always take your blanket 30 min before you land. I am very cold and tired and cranky at the end of a long flight. I understand they do this to reduce the work they need to do before the next flight, but it still makes me sad."

Cons: "Was sitting in 41D. By the team they came to my seat, they ran out of the standard vegetarian meal. I was told I 'had to pre-order' the veg meal, although it had never happened in the 10+ long haul 14-hr flights I've taken with Emirates in the past. I was under the impression you only had to pre-order special meals like religious (Jain, Hindu) meals and not the std veg meal. Emirates should advise so while booking a ticket. Secondly the flight attendant who was telling me this was INCREDIBLY rude. This was extremely uncharacteristic from Emirates crew as I had always come across very pleasant flight attendants. This particular attendant constantly, and very indifferently, asked me if I wanted chicken or lamb, despite me repeatedly saying I am a vegetarian. This continued for a couple of minutes, and then she got flustered, rudely asked again if I want to eat or not. I said I am not going to eat a non-veg meal, and then she dragged the tray away. Without offering me any kind of veg alternative (Emirates carries pizzas as well in this long haul flights). I ended up not eating anything for that meal. Extremely unpleasant experience which was not expected from Emirates."
