The route was also akin to being on a rough patch of sea for an hour."

Cons: "I didn't like the lack of communication on Delta's behalf by their employees throughout our plane delay process. We were very delayed, and would be getting alerts on our phones before anyone told us what was going on. The forced us to change planes and didn't explain what the plan was or how we why we were transitioning. A lot of passengers had to ask each other what was going on, due to this lack of direction."

In one instance, as they passed to pick up trash, they took two of my three items. They started walking on, and I tapped them as they passed to pick up the third. She brusquely turned and said: don't touch me to get my attention. No please; quite rude, and unnecessary."

Fortunately another crew member (who we also asked as they went by) brought water to those she had skipped who wanted it. My TV monitor was not working. Aging planes - need a thorough cleaning. The announcements were garbled and very difficult to hear."

Cons: "We only had 45 minutes between flights. We almost missed our flight to Naples due to having to go through security again in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt airport was very congested. I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

I don't know whom I travel with, and I felt at risk knowing that other people know how much cash I have with me. Plus, the money were counted on the passageway to the plane, with people walking by. I strongly believe that you should change the method you ask and check passengers for cash. I heard other details that I shouldn't hear from another women who was also checked. Pros: "The flight from DTW to FRA was made that much better by a particular flight attendant who actually remembered it was my first time flying. She checked with me personally as we were disembarking in FRA to see how my flight was. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was the highlight of the flight. If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it."
