Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

The crew on AA international flights in my experience are generally lazy, rude, and inefficient. These guys did not disappoint.
The plane sat on the tarmac for 2 hours, it was terrible. No drink service during the flight. Terrible

This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.
Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.
When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.
Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.
How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.
Delays on take off, delays at gate on landing, lugging lost to the ether. power on seats not working, couldn't work due to that and no WiFi. The crew was great and boarding was orderly if confused and rushed.
Gate agents were late…flight was late and air attendants unhelpful.
Crew was excellent. And no surprise that the seats aren’t comfortable at all. But that is every airline.

Boarding was chaotic. Glad we were group 5 and still had cabin storage available when we boarded. I was expecting crew would get our carryons at the gate since theyclaimed it was a full flight.
I appreciated the on-board entertainment options. The meals served were not very good, in my opinion.

There was nothing to like besides the crew. The comfort of the airplane was poor (seat did not work properly and it was not comfortable). The “entertainment” system did not work! On a flight that last nearly eight hours, (which is advertised as having excellent entertainment options), that is unacceptable! Passengers should have been given free WiFi for the flight. The food served on the flight was below school lunch grade food. (With one exception, the ice cream snack). The chicken entree was tough and nearly impossible to cut and eat. The “pizza” served later in the flight was worse. The chicken pizza had a dry crust and the “toppings” were equally not enjoyable. The amount of chicken and cheese were almost non existent. Overall not a flight we would want to repeat!!
They cancelled our ticket, gave us no warning, they reissued it 4 days prior to trip and it was cancelled again when we got to the airport- very stressful, the flight was overbooked so they drove us across Milan to malpensa
not getting moved from our reserved paid seats (purchased months in advance) and not being allowed to get similar seating due to a full flight. This happened on all 4 of our flights roundtrip. We will never fly British Airways again. Still trying to get our $720 back for all our seats....soooo not happy!!!!!!!
