Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow."

Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

Cons: "I have traveled all over the world. From China to Peru, name it and I’ve been there, and I have never been treated more poorly as consistently as I was by Aeromexico today. After forgetting the bottom of a piece of paper I was not told I needed to keep with me (it was given to me when I landed in Mexico), I was turned away from the gate minutes before boarding. I was told to exit the terminal (with no options as to what to do with my duty free purchases) and pay a 600 pesos fee for a new piece of paper. Ok, fair enough. When I get there, they don’t take credit cards. Aeromexico shrugs their shoulders yet again. I run across the airport to another terminal to get cash to pay for the silly paper, run back to get it, sprint across the airport (again, with ZERO help from the airline getting through security to make my flight) only to have the door closed in my face. Defeated I walk to the module in the terminal to ask for a new flight to be told I have to exit the terminal AGAIN. I ask what I do with my duty free purchases (bottles of tequila I cannot bring in again) and I’m told I should check them in with my luggage. After informing the agent I don’t have luggage (it was a short trip) i was told I would need to purchase luggage. THEN, I was told my rescheduling fee for the flight would be $720, a full priced fare. Never flying Aeromexico again. I’ll take 3 planes on American before a direct flight with them. Enjoy."

Pros: "After the initial delay, the female desk agent got us on another connecting flight without a problem. Second flights attendant was also great."
Cons: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

This seems to slow the process of boarding as know passengers are asked multiple times to check baggage (for free, which is the one nice thing) before boarding b/c the overheads will be too full. Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time."

The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

They charge for bags whether you carry on or check them and it's double the price at the gate if you don't pay at booking, charge for choosing your seat at booking, charge for all refreshments and food on the flight - only thing complimentary is a glass of water."

These seem to be simple adjustments to make for all passengers to see that there was a change but it was never done and led to a lot of confusion."

Cons: "The Frontier website was misleading. On check in it asked to pick a seat assignment, which were charged additional money for. I tried to undo the seat assignment (after I went and read their policy that it was optional.) So the website is fixed, that it can not be changed. So I called Frontier and after a 45 minute hold time was told options (seat assignment) can not be changed and I had to pay for it. This added $24 each way for a total of $48 additional charge. Also only a small carry on allowed. so that added an additional charge of $30. The seats don't recline even a little bit. as it was an Airbus and not a Boeing plane. not as comfortable as Boeing. Less padding in seat also."

While waiting at the gate check, the pilot informed me that it should be at the baggage claim. After waiting an hour for my checked bag, the skateboard never showed up. I spoke with baggage services and they tried calling the gate and no one would answer. I waited an extra hour and still no skateboard. Very poor service"

Cons: "I'm not a fan of when you purchase a ticket thinking you've paid the biggest expense and it shouldn't be too bad after that. Little was I aware I was going to be spending an additional 200$ just to pick a seat (so I could sit next to the person I purchased the ticket with), and check a bag (because carrying on was more expensive). I'd rather have the full up front cost than add it on when I don't have a choice."

Not really Frontier's fault, but the crew could have tried to get the parents to do more. Having once 5 Daughters 8 and younger, more could have been done. Here's a hint: Even a slight effort saying something, to show you actually acknowledge the issue would have been some comfort to those of us around this family. Kids will often listen better to people other than parents."

The price appeared cheap and I had recently flown on Frontier on a package trip booked through Funjet Vacations so was aware that seats are small, not well padded, do not recline at all and have the world's smallest tray for your beverages."
Cons: "When I checked in I discovered that we would have to pay $30-35 for checked or carry on bags each way! Only if you are booked through Apple or Fun Jet are you allowed one free checked bag so beware! This increased the cost by at least $60 per person if you can keep it down to just one bag per person. Also, there are not any complimentary drinks, you will be charged for everything. Lastly, my TS-pre check status doesn't matter since Frontier does not participate."
