The seat was not even cleaned. It has full of cookie crums probably from last flight's passenger. Its basic expectation that, seats are clean.

For some unknown reason, my checked bag didn't arrive at the same time. I got to my destination about 30 minutes late (5pm) and my bag was delivered to my hotel at 2:06am.... in the past 4 flights with AA, they been delayed and I've missed connections and my bags. Poor service.

2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

Better perks for corporate employees whom travel often and spend a lot of money with the airlines. Snacks were terrible chips crackers are ideas. Flight and crew were great comfort was fine entertainment not so great so so called status members means nothing

Maybe focus more on delivering a good product vs selling me a damn credit card

I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.

Flight was delayed multiple times without giving any particular reason and the only thing that was communicated was that 'Aircraft is getting ready'. I was stuck at SFO airport for 15 hours and finally took Southwest Airlines flight back home to Dallas.

I had the best flight crew I have ever experienced in all my years flying with AA. I would specially like to thank Till Tatum/96038 for her kindness professionalism and outstanding service! My son turned 8 years old one day before our flight and she went out of her way to make him feel so special. We will never forget this flight! The whole crew made a special card for Frankie’s bday and it really touched our hearts. He will never forget it and neither will we! Thank you with all our hearts! We hope to be on more flights with Till Tatum and this amazing crew.

Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior

Its usually good but this flight was just mediocre. It WAS, however, on time, and got us home early. We had asked for a special meal. The one we got was not what we had requested and the staff said there were no extras so we my family essentially went without food on this 10 hr flight. Not the end of the work. Breakfast was a dry cold bun with some salad leaves and a slice of tomato. That’s it. Skipped it too and ate at home. I expect better from American.
