Pros: Flight delayed by almost 4 hrs! Bording took a very long time. They checked in my 2 year old stroller instead of handing it over to us when we got off the plane. I had to carry my 2 year old in my arms ( 35 lbs) and my carry-on through the airport because of their poor communication and incompetency!

So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!

Then once we reboarded an 1.5 hours later, we sat on the runway for over 2 hours waiting to be deiced, then waiting to take off with absolutely NO TRANSPARENCY from the crew or the pilot. We were updated ONCE every HOUR. I missed a day of my vacation because a crew member didn't arrive on time. UNACCEPTABLE.

Cons: This turned out to be a 'code share' flight operated by American Airlines. As such, neither Qantas nor American Airlines would allow me to buy premium seats so we could have extra leg room. They said the 'code share' blocks seat sales! Be ware Also found out that American Airlines does not serve meals on flights from Toronto to LAX. I was told they only serve meals on "international flights" but that I could buy a sandwich or snack. Unfortunately they only had 4 sandwiches on board , which sold within the first 2 rows of the plane!

Pros: Plane was delayed repeatedly, then cancelled. I missed work and was originally offered a flight for twi days later. That wouldve been three days in an airport ? I had to purchase a room, taxi, and then spend the following day in the airport as that flight was repeatedly delayed. I booked a direct flight and was not rescheduled for such. Still waiting for reply from American Airlines. First time flying with this carrier and disappointed is an understatement.

Cons: You can't check in at the kiosk on basic economy without an employee badge swipe, and there were no employees available. I had to stop checking in, wait in line, and then the employee that I talked to didn't have the right kind of badge to swipe. So I waited again. Extremely inconvenient. Even after being forced to talk to a ticket agent at check in, they still won't issue a seat. So you have to go to the gate and wait in line again to get a seat. The system is built for maximum inefficiency. It doesn't cost less for them to make me talk to two separate people, it is only to inconvenience the flyer for buying a cheaper ticket. It seems like a punitive system. Boarding was organized and painless. The crew seemed polite. Regarding comfort, the "leg room" on the airbus is ridiculous. I am average height and felt claustrophobic. I can't imagine how a tall person feels. There was no " entertainment" on my flight, so one star for that. I didn't not receive any food and was not offered water, 1 star.

Airline change because of depart time in msp from united to American meaning we had to go from term1 to term 3 at ord in 20 min 21/2 hrs getting home. All delays due to mechanical problems. United needs to get their act together Our last trip with them,if at all possible.

Cons: I'm disappointed that I had to pay to watch the flight tracker, that it wasn't a free option and I had to be continually subjected to commercials that were irrelevant to me.

Cons: Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in.

Pros: Flight finally left for ORD. Staff kept folks apprised and boarded us quickly.
Cons: Continual delays. UAL staff did not address issue of whether folks would miss connections in ORD. Yet we were seated next to the AA counter where their staff was actively working on this issue (missed connections in ORD). Seemed like AA cared a bit more.

Pros: I appreciate that United hasn't gotten greedy with baggage charges and has kept their seating comfortable. Last Frontier flight was RIDICULOUS!!

Cons: Seats are too close together and reclining makes it very uncomfortable for the person behind the recline.

Pros: I really like almost everything about flying with Lufthansa.
Cons: Checking in and obtaining my boarding pass was a less than satisfying experience. Initially I could not check in until arrived at the airport because the first leg of my trip was Lufthansa through United? I tried to check in on BOTH United and lufthansa's website neither worked. I then spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a Lufthansa representitave just to find out I would be unable to check in until I arrived at the airport the next day. Once I checked in to the airport I could only get my seat for the first flight and was told I would have to get my subsequent seats while on layover. When I arrived at my layover, while trying to get my seat for the next flight I was told they were overbooked and I would have to wait 'over there' until they could figure out a place for me to sit. But when the attendant printed my ticket she was shocked to find out I had a seat, and angrily reported that 'I don't know how YOU got a seat, but you did. So go get in line for the flight!' That said, I did get in line, I did get fairly decent seats the whole trip, and all but one employee were overly helpful and nice. However it would have been far less stressful if I was just able to check in for the initial flight.

Cons: We got in SO early, there was no gate ready for us at Newark, so we had to stay on board at least 30 min. Also they didnt allow even 1 person waiting in queue for bathroom, so if you sat down you'd lose your place.

Cons: The second leg of the trip was two hours late which always happens at Chicago Ohare

Cons: Every flight I had was delayed at least an hour, and one of my flights was delayed 2.5 hours, which caused me to miss an important meeting. When I asked why it was taking so long, the United customer service representative was very short and somewhat rude. Not a great experience this time that's for sure.

Cons: Airplane was damaged and united wouldn't rebook us until the flight was officially cancelled hours later. Then United provided only one service person to address all of the passengers needs so we had to stand in line for a couple hours longer. Then they had no hotel rooms to put anybody up for the night that couldn't get a flight until the next day. Then they gave us a measly $10 food voucher. Then our luggage was mishandled has still has not shown up to my house. Then because of the change in flights I had to rearrange transportation home at 1130 pm that cost me an extra $125. A very miserable day because of United's lack of being proactive and poor decision making given the situation and circumstances.

Cons: The flight was delayed multiple times causing me to have to literally run across airport to catch international connecting flight. Gate crew did very little to assist me in securing an alternate flight. On board crew did little to assist me in finding out information and getting me off the plane quickly to get to my connecting flight. Overall they showed little empathy and customer service.

Pros: When I got on the plane
Cons: Late by more then an hour and I missed my connection home. I had to stay the night in Denver and miss a day of work. This cost me an extra day and about $1000 worth of missed revenue.

Cons: One strange thing happened on my United airlines flight. The crew announced before we boarded that there wasn't enough overhead space for rolling bags and encouraged us to check them in. Upon boarding they announced that all overhead space in the back was full. I sat in the back and noticed that the crew closed the overhead compartments even though they were mostly empty. Another passenger opened an empty one and the crew came over and closed it right away, though many people were still boarding. What's going on?

Cons: Very slow boarding. The entire last boarding group had to gate check our bags, despite there being lots of room in the overhead bins when we got on. Then we had to go to baggage claim to retrieve them, rather than having them unloaded quickly and returned to us when we de-boarded. My carry-on is no longer clean; it not has big black spots on it, and came though the baggage claim partially wet from the rain. I was not happy.

Cons: Flight was over 2 hrs delayed so I couldn't even take the flight. Waste of my money. Paid 330 dollars and got nothing. Now United nor you guys are helping. Never again will I use this site

Pros: The flight crew was friendly and I received a lot of updates on my flight infor before my flight
Cons: Although I received a lot of flight info about my delayed flight I wouldn't receive it sometimes until right before the time changes. Also we were boarded and still sat on the plane and waited for almost an hour before leaving the Tarmac and received no reason as to why we're still sitting until over 40 minutes of waiting. Also the bathroom water smelled bad and it felt extra small.

Cons: Boarding process could have been better. I felt I was poorly informed of the technical issues and would have liked a better understanding of what was going on. Boarding and then having to deplane right before departure due to a tire inspection fail was unnecessary. I feel as though the inspection should have happened prior to boarding.

Cons: Flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. No help was offered other than rebooking on a flight that didn’t get me to my destination until the next day and included an overnight stay at a hub airport with no hotel voucher. When told that was unacceptable I was handed a piece of paper listing two “Options” from Frontier. Both options involved going to a website and filling out forms. One for cancellation and $500 in travel vouchers which, after filling out the form and submitting returned with a message that the website was closed. Option 2 was to try to rebook which led to a dead end. I finally called Frontier directly and spent over 45 minutes getting everything straightened out. Now I have vouchers that have to be used by January 1, 2019.

Cons: Seats are hard, no leg room, no lumbar support. Thankfully a short flight.

Cons: My flight was diverted due to mechanical issues, we had to be bussed to my connecting city causing me to miss my connection. No offer of vouchers or food coupons. No more flights to my final destination, had to book thru another airline. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Etc. the"deal" goes away real fast. My fault for not knowing --won't make the same mistake again. Kayak needs to mark or designate these airlines so it is easier to compare apples to apples.

Pros: Thought I was getting an awesome price but then when chkd in i had to pay for my seat, pay to take a bag & if I wanted a drink I would have to pay for that too. Staff was very cordial.

Pros: I liked the ticket agent in Denver who fixed my incorrectly printed boarding pass.
Cons: Flight was over 2 hours late. Missed my scheduled flight in Denver, did get on a later flight that night, but got in very late. Ticket agent at the desk before I left MSP took my boarding pass for flight from Denver to SLC, not sure if he listed me on the wrong flight out of Denver or if the agent at the desk in Denver printed the wrong boarding pass. A SLC and Las Vegas flight were at neighboring gates when I realized something was wrong. I'd been printed a boarding pass for the flight to Las Vegas instead of SLC. Glad I noticed it before the last flight to SLC left. Was suffering at the time with a bout of diverticulitis, the straight up and down, nonreclining seats were horrific for me.

Cons: The seats are the most uncomfortable seats that I have ever experienced on an airplane and I have flown with dozens of airlines in 35 coutries.

Cons: Packed in like sardines, Frontier has replaced their seats with glorified folding chairs that do not recline and offer a fold down table smaller than a table napkin. Rows have been shifted so there is less room than before! Impossible! No beverages, even water, unless you pay. No food unless you pay. After airfare we than had to pay $17 a seat per person each way to select a seat. (Wasn't that what airfare is, buying a seat?) My 56,000 saved miles have disappeared from the Frequent flyer program with no warning so now I have no reason to Fly Frontier. And won't.

Pros: I liked the fact that I was FINALLY able to fly from MSP to Denver. My flight was cancelled due to the weather. The woman at check-in was very, very good as far as being able to handle a lot of cranky passengers. She kept a positive attitude and was able to book me on a flight 2 days later. Kudos to her.
Cons: No compensation was offered. NONE. This lay over was expensive (two nights in a motel plus food). You didn't even offer me a drink of water while I stood in long lines getting to the check-in counter and then waiting to make arrangement at a motel. I know the weather is out of your control, but couldn't you at least try to make your patrons comfortable after they have been on the road in sub-zero weather, in the snow trying to make their flight??? Enuf said. I will likely not fly with you again.

Cons: I got to airport and flight was cancelled.. frontier couldn't get me on a plane for another 4 days.. I ended having to rent a car and drive the 13 hours to Denver from Minneapolis.. frontier will never get money from me again

Cons: When I went to sit down in my middle seat there was two larger women on either side of me. If I was any bigger, I am a 5' 4" 110 lb woman mind you, I would not have fit in between these women. If you keep shrinking your seats, no one will fly with you. In the future, I will be booking my flights further in advance with an airline that has seats to accommodate someone who is the size of a full sized man or woman.

Cons: The check in counter wasn't opened or staffed until 8:25am when our flight was at 10:10am. The line was incredibly long because of this. The staff was very unfriendly and they were not helpful at all.

Cons: I felt duped. I chose Frontier because of the competitive rate for the flight fee. I had NO idea I was going to be asked to pay $60 for my carry-on bag at the gate! and THEN be required to pay again for a simple drink and snack on the airplane. I understand charging for upgraded options of more expensive drinks and larger snack items and additional baggage, but whatever happened to including the basic courtesies in the cost of the flight!? Again, I felt duped! I will not be choosing Frontier again in the future unless these things change. And, oh my gosh, sitting within 3 rows of the lavatory was extremely uncomfortable to the nose the entire flight! Surely there are better ways of de-odorizing!

Cons: You get what you pay for as they say. Crew was unprofessional, rude, didn't even tell me which way my gate was I had to turn back around and ask. All they were doing was BSing with each other and laughing. Pilot took forever to even take off, we literally drove around on the ground going like 10 mph for about 15-20 minutes, and because we didn't take off when we were supposed to I assume is why our flight got delayed an hour! Never have had a delayed flight until frontier. Then to make matters worse, I checked my bag and they put it on the wrong belt I literally waited for my one suitcase for about 45 minutes! Like wtf get your situation together. Not to mention the $30 1st bag fee at least sun country gives you that.

Cons: Using Kayak, the price of the flight looked good. After booking, we found out that Frontier wants $35 per checked bag and $40 per carry on and $11 per seat to choose your seat. This made Frontier only a couple bucks cheaper than Delta that had a much better schedule. Live and learn.

Pros: It showed on time all he time and few minutes before boarding it was canceled. It was canceled because flight coming from different city was not able to make. They knew that but kept & the customers waiting till last minute and there was no attended at the gate. So one needs to exit the security, go to the counter, wait in line for more than 30 min to know what happened and they do not have any other flight to till next day.
Cons: There is nothing to like, I would not even rate 1 star, since there is no option of 0 star.

Cons: They charge me $50 for a seat at check-in They charged me $40 to carry-on one bag at check in They charge for all refreshments and snacks. The only thing that was complementary was a small glass of water. One of the flight attendants asked me if I would be willing to give up my aisle seat that I paid an extra $50 for to take a center seat so a teenage boy could sit by his mother. 99 times out of 100 I would have given the boy my seat. However this was a longer flight and I just had to pay $50 to obtain my aisle seat. When I tried to nicely explain that I just paid extra money to get this I'll seat the flight attendants response was " well he had to pay $50 for that center seat also, so it's basically the same seat". I replied no actually that is a center seat and I'm sitting in an aisle seat so they are different. After I declined to change my seat the flight attendant gave me major attitude about it and went off and informed the other flight attendants that I would not change seats. All of the flight attendants gave me the stink eye the rest of the trip, treated me rudely, & and ignored me as much as possible. I've been flying for my profession for 13 years and this was the most unprofessional crew I've ever seen. This is my one and only complaint about a flight in 13 years of many many flights. I will try very hard not to fly with Frontier ever again.

Pros: Crew was considerate and offered updates as we waited. We were given a lunch voucher and $100 voucher for a future trip -- on frontier and within 3 months. Fortunately for me, I did not have a connection and the person I was meeting in Orlando was also delayed 4 hours from a different location . So I was only moderately inconvenienced. Ordinarily this would have been a very costly event. This is my 2nd trip on the same flight within one month. Non-stop and times are great. First trip was on schedule and solid. Very friendly staff. Planes seemed new, cean, and safe, but not very comfortable (seats did not recline!?)
Cons: Delayed for 4 hours. We all boarded the plane before being told there was a problem, so then everyone had to de-plane and wait near gate for more information. Arrived Orlando too late to drive to destination. Wasted a day of car rental. Must use $100 voucher within 90 days.

Cons: Due to a winter storm, our flight was on hold for 8 hours. We were told all day to "stay with the plane", but in the end our flight was being used to fly the next day 5:30 passengers and we would not have a flight. So we waited all day, patiently, courteously and were left hanging. I was stranded 2 hours from home and wouldn't have a flight out for 4 days. Since I would have had to return the 5th day, I had no choice but to take the shuttle back home. Even the pilot and desk staff assumed we would be flown out in the morning. Frontier seriously needs to work on customer service when it comes to interrupted flights. We, who had been disrupted all day should have been placed on that morning flight. The 5:30 booking should have been delayed due to the circumstances.

And could you get any meaner flight attendants. The poor guy next to me seat didn't work and she practically bounced him off the plane cause he couldn't get his seat back in an upright position. what we thought was a great ticket price ended up being more than Delta!

Cons: There was a 6 hour delay in the flight. The seats are uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything. Not a good deal at all. The basic price is misleading as there is an extra charge for everything.

Cons: The representative on the phone did not care at all that my flight was cancelled, the tone of their voice almost made it seem like it was a good thing. They couldn't even reschedule me. I had to cancel and pay for another ticket elsewhere, not to mention how vague they were with if I'll get my money back. They should tech their people empathy, for situations like this that would at least bring a little comfort.This was a terrible experience.
