Minneapolis is just a great airport. Signs to the rental area were a little unclear but that was not a huge deal as the tram only goes to one stop so you can’t get too misplaced.

MSP is an excellent airport. If possible, obtain some type of precheck clearance for initial airport screening.

We need more maps or layouts of the airport available and what's available when flying to the next airport or where terminals are located to maximize time when there are layovers.

For 7a flight, arrive early! Security lines were very long.

Get to airport early, as they only have two entrances into terminal!! Waiting line long. After checked by TSA, they were very slow moving people along though scanner. I hate going to MSP. It use to be a good airport, but sucks now!!

It was not clear to me that my Air Canada flight would be handled by United, so I had some uncertainty about check-in. A United employee helped me check in eventually. Check for code-sharing partners.

Great snacks and friendly people for check in at Pierre SD!

The connecting flight came in 45 min late but everything else was great

Absolutely easy travels and no cost cutting by the airline.

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked

The seats got pretty uncomfortable pretty fast. The armrests are bigger than on other planes, so I had less room in the actual seat. My butt hurt by the end of the flight. :/ comfort was the primary issue. The crew were fantastic!

I believe that a four-hour trip should have a meal. Delta had none.

Great flight with Delta! Boarding was quick and easy, the amenities were solid, and the plane was in great shape. The flight attendants had a fun, lively energy while staying professional. All in all, a smooth trip — even managed to catch up on some rest. Thanks, Delta!

I was uncomfortably cold on the plane. Other than that it was uneventful and therefore as enjoyable as a plane ride can be.

There was supposed to be a meal served, but there wasn’t and the major toilet was out of order

They made us board and then deboard due to mechanical issue which delayed the departure by almost 2 hours and we barely made our connecting flight. These quality checks should've been done before boarding not after.

Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of all 3 planes.

Was charged for my luggage despite having been on one ticket from an international flight. Too tired to argue after 15 hours on flight. Was charged for rechecking it at JFK airport. Not sure why those off Kenya Airways were required to do that.

De planning was an absolute mess. We were never told that we weren’t at the gate and that we had to go down unstable stairs and then hop on a bus. People were falling, we couldn’t tell who was in charge. Overall terrible communication that ended up leaving a bad impression at the very end of the experience.
