Cons: "Unless you can afford the higher priced "comfort class" or first class seats, the seating is very, very cramped on Delta's 757s. It's a good thing the flight was only 5+ hours (but that's not long enough to get any decent amount of sleep on this flight scheduled as a redeye)."

Pros: "The plane and flight was fine, as was the crew on board. The crew within the Salt Lake airport could have been better. Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though."

Cons: "1. flight was delayed twice, which meant my arrive was delayed in Cincinnati. 2. boarding was a nightmare. After 2 delays, I was crammed into zone 4. I dont fly as often, the seats space seems to be getting smaller. 5. I sat next an overweight person. I didn't like my personal space violated. 6. The flight offer movies, I slept. Yet kept getting elbowed by this overweight neighbor. 7. I am a single, independent person. I prefer to sit near the front. First on and settled and 1st off and gone!"

Wouldn’t let passengers off after shutdown until all gate checked luggage was off the aircraft. Long bus ride around airport. Airport was a mess, with significant construction underway. Avoid Delta to LGA!"

Pros: "Clean plane, great breakfast options included with the flight. Crew was polished, helpful and genuinely nice! Gate agents at NYC were knowledgeable, organized, and quick. Boarding was a breeze. Impressive selection of movies for onboard entertainment choices."
Cons: "I thought the $11.00 fee for 30 continuous minutes of full Wi-Fi access was a bit pricey, esp when it kept getting disconnected and ended being about a collective 7-8 mins of access."

Cons: "I was in a middle seat on a sold out plane. The person in the window seat was so large the arm rest between us would not go down and he extended into my space. Fortunately the flight was short but the combination of shrinking seats and widening fliers make flying uncomfortable."

He said he had them reset mine. Hee must have furthermore until they did the beverages. They tried twice, nothing worked. No movies, no audio, no light. Nothing done, no compensation. NYC to Seattle, a long flight tho not even read my magazines."

Cons: "Flight terminal was changed about 30 to 45 minutes before boarding Flight was delayed due to AC problem Configuration of the plane was terrible. Little leg room but the windows did not align with the seats so a window was shared with two rows making it challenging to open or close a window without disturbing the passenger in the other row with whom the window is being shared. No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

I have taken this flight several times in the last 2 years and written about this issue but now doubt anybody cares about these comments. To make things worse, my seat would not recline!"
