Pros: I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable.

Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach.

Pros: My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!

Cons: I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable.

Cons: Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that
Pros: The entertainment selection was good, though I didn't need to see the blurb about having vloggers available before every movie. One of the very few airlines to use boarding by rows, which speeds up the boarding process.
Cons: The legroom is very cramped, pretty difficult to eat your meal with the seat in front reclined. The crew were not very attentive: they completely missed me while I was waving the rubbish on their collection rounds. In the end I had to dump it myself in the toilet bins. The PA system is too loud compared to the rest of the entertainment, had to remove the headphones for each one of them.

Turning the seat into a lay flat bed (and returning it seat at the end of the flight) takes some effort--not the simplest of processes. I'm not tall, but my feet protruded into the aisle so I was being disturbed whilst sleeping. Seat is also quite narrow--feels quite claustrophobic when sleeping.

Pros: The Qantas lounge in Singapore is very nice. Nothing special relative to some others like Cathay, but lots of showers and good food are the key for a stopover, and the Qantas Lounge has that. The meal options are better out of Singapore than coming in to Singapore, The "order ahead" breakfast concept, where you place your order for breakfast when you board has it pros and cons. The personal service is nice, but one needs to know almost 12 hours ahead of time what they feel like eating. Overall a positive, but for me, it's hard for me to anticipate my appetite. It was my first A380 flight (together with the Sydney - Singapore leg), and overall I was disappointed relative to the Dreamliner. Yet it stands out as a positive the way that Qantas has configured business class on the upper deck. It's quite peaceful.
Cons: Mostly an issue with security, two separate very long lines. The lines are marked priority and economy, but those are not adhered to. The seats in business class are not very comfortable. I feel like I had more comfortable seats 15 years ago on BA, and the world has come a long way since then. The planned upgrades are sorely needed.

Pros: The crew was pleasantly pleasent when passengers make mistakes but firm as need, thus getting what needed done as pleasantly as possible.
Cons: Entertainment system was stuck and stay stuck on kids program and system had no way to get back to main entry point. Software programmers had either failed to put in a "home" icon / link on the Kids home page. Also, turning system off, and leaving it off for 3+ minutes did not do so either; this likely a failure of software designers to specific such or system itself not functioning per design.

Pros: Economy cabin red-eye service Perth to Sydney included sandwich and drink soon after departure, quiet cabin with ample at-seat entertainment for those electing not to sleep on the way, and cold bottle of water immediately upon decent in the morning. Being from the US, the cabin and service level far exceeds domestic service offerings from the large US carriers. Value quickly exceeds that of low-cost carriers, especially as a checked bag is included.
Pros: Impeccable service, food, and overall experience from the crew. It has always been a joy to fly Qantas, and I'm glad to see that is something that doesn't change.
Cons: If you are going to travel with a little one, have the common decency to help your poor wife take care of them as well. You had three seats, the entire middle aisle, yet you decided to take the open seat next to me so they could lay down together. That was nice, I get it, sure. But if your baby is going to cry for hours (and hours, it was a 10.5 hour flight, that poor kid must have been exhausted), pause the movie for a minute, and maybe try to help. I don't mind being inconvenienced for the little ones, I'm a dad of 4 myself, I've traveled a lot and know how it goes. But jesus christ, she's your wife, that's your child, try taking care of them.

Cons: I had a flight Auckland-London, booked through Emirates but operated by Qantas. The flight got to London with a delay of 2 hours 20 min, because they made us wait 2 hours 20 min more than planned in Dubai, where incidentally all the other Emirates flights had no delay, only our Qantas one. This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation.

Pros: There was clear communication at the Gate Lounge as to why the plane was delayed, what was being done about it, and what to expect. The crew also tried quite hard to be helpful whilst on board the flight.
Cons: The cabin seemed tired overall, not very comfortable and lacking in newer amenities such as USB outlet, charger, wifi. The food was terrible - barely edible I would say. I was not offered an alcoholic drink throughout the flight and when I requested a wine, it never arrived. The trolleys seemed to be piled high with rubbish.

Pros: First time I flew Qantas and it was a flight from Melb- Dubai and then Dubai - London. I sat in row 62 and the food three times the food selection had run out the fruits and beef curry. I wasn't able to check in online which was quite annoying. The crew from Melb-Dubai were fantastic. So friendly and talkative and I think one was called Jordan.

Cons: One negative experience was that there was only 1hr 30mins between connecting flights. Between departing international flight - picking up luggage/toilet stop and clearing Immigration/Customs then catching bus between Qantas international domestic terminals we were racing to catch flight. As we arrived Qantas domestic terminal our names were being called over along with info the plane was awaiting our arrival. In my experience 2hrs is minimum time between connecting flights - otherwise good experience.
Pros: The ES on my failed three hrs into a 13 hr flight. No music no movies just a black screen. Staff unable to help. The cold salad option included raw potatoes, inedible raw broccoli stocks & green beans. Tough grisly ham bits. More like rubbish bin material than food.

Pros: First we had a mechanical after boarding. I was rerouted through Atlanta. That flight is now delayed by 2hours. I then had to reroute to West Palm Beach instead of Ft Lauderdale. I will leave 9 hours after my original flight time and arrive 8 hours later. Just ridiculous

Pros: Small cubicles are pretty comfortable but a little cramped . No they are upgrading their business class to larger "suites" and that will be good . The food is good but nothing to write home about . Your payment system works well but as usual there is a somewhat limited library.

Pros: I liked that from China to Seattle on the flight itself they took very good care of us making sure we were all comfortable, hydrated and well fed.
Cons: The Shanghai airport did not open luggage drop off until 3hours before my flight when I was told it would open 5 hours prior, as well as tried to get me to leave to rent a hotel for the night as my layover was a few hours, then delayed Seattle boarding for over 45 minutes, once we were on the plane we were then told we were number 25 to leave therefore leaving us another hour and a half of a delay.

Pros: It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Cons: Took first available train , arr. Freising at 9:50. Arrived at Terminal 2 by bus ca. 10:25. I am handicapped and a slow walker, so I got to departure floor ca. `10:40. Waited in line at self-serve check-in; found out that it does not have ability to process numbers (for US address). Attendant was not helpful and nasty. She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig

Cons: Both Lufthansa and United's boarding announcements fail to account for passengers' impatience and neglect of boarding group procedure. Lufthansa doesn't clearly identify when un-prioritized groups should begin to board. United should make clear that unspecified group members attempting to board prematurely will be held to the back of the queue for their appropriate group.

Cons: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Pros: The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained.

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on.
