Cons: I was supposed to have a handicap chair in London & did not so things were difficult for me.

Cons: Should have the seat assignments opened in advance for international passengers, especially who paid for business class.

Cons: Instead of saying what could have been better, I want to praise the excellent wheel chair service at Munich airport. She went above and beyond, helped us find an alternatively connection after we missed ours and while reassuring us about the solutions. She was First Class service. Thank you.

Cons: The pork dinner meal option was burnt … al the way through.

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Cons: The flight attendants were awful. Even before the flight had taken off, I watched one hell at a passenger when he couldn’t find his seat

Cons: When queuing for boarding, some other classes queued on the the same line which made the queue very long. However there was no staff checking.

Cons: For a first class flight, I think they gotta change everything. Concorde lounge in london outdated, bad food, no snacks.. on board monitor was so low in resolution that watching was a pain and movies with subtitles impossible to watch. Compared to LH Air France or any Asien Avery bad

Cons: Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing.

Pros: Bas crew service since economy. All the time i see bottle of water and when i ask for one the answr js always no bottle will bring a cup and disapear. Crew just allowed people. To stand and have a chit chat outloud next to people trying to sleep. It happened 3 times.

Cons: Bathroom are so dirty. Windows are dirty. Food tray is dirty. I wonder if a deep cleaning is done everytime the trip is over. Plz upgrade ur planes as well.

Cons: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!

Cons: They charged for drinks, even soft drinks! There were three annoying children sitting behind us all under the age of 8. They were unsupervised. I didn't think airlines would allow an entire row of kids to sit like this without an adult sitting with them. Their mother was across the aisle.
